Ive lived here for a year now and I must say being the very 1st tenant in the building was a bit challenging but the new management came in like a tornado and fixed everything and made me feel like my voice mattered even after all the new tenants moved in. My view overlooking west San Jose and downtown is beautiful and being able to walk to everything in minutes like SAP and whole foods just icing on the cake! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VESPAIO for anyone looking for the best downtown San Jose has to offer!!

Wow! What a stunning place to live- quiet, friendly neighbors and AMAZING OFFICE STAFF. Shout out to Paula for being an exceptional human being and making me feel so welcomed in my new home. And shout out to Chris for being awesome. Shout out to Jay for helping my application process to smoothly. So excited to live here!

Been here 3 months and wish I had known about the massive security issues here. People have been seen climbing fences to get into the community pool, spa and gym. Many car break ins and thefts, including right off my front door mat on an upper floor! Homeless have used our spa as a bathtub and sleep under the stairs within our gates. Management refuses to address the security issues in any meaningful way and I am now considering breaking my lease.

Jay Lapointe (Assistant Community Manager) was very pleasant and accommodating. He made the tour experience a very good one. Top notch! The apartments are beautiful! It is strategically located, just a few steps away from the WholeFoods, the SAP center, and the train station. Highly recommended, especially if the prices fit your budget.

Personally had a very bad experience during initial stages dealing with leasing office. That tells me a lot of what I could have got myself into, had I rented an apartment in this complex. Given the competition and options out there, this is utterly nonsense in my opinion. Did not have a second look!

These apartments look amazing on the website. The website is super easy to navigate and the team responds within the hour! Im looking forward to them starting tours.
