Cory from maintenance was very nice and and came quickly when we put in both of the maintenance requests. We were asking to get out kitchen light - which was burned out- and our refrigerator water filter replaced. They rang the doorbell and got the jobs done! We appreciate all of your hard work.

Awesome experience every time with the maintenance team and office management. Manuel and his team are super quick, kind and respectful every time I’ve submitted a maintenance request. Same with the office management whenever I have to interact with them. Very good service as you’d expect in a place like this.

Been living here for a year now, that entire time in quarantine. The leasing office has been incredibly friendly and nice. They can even recognize me in a mask.As far as the apartment itself, no complaints at all. Every time I have needed help they respond quickly. I live on the first floor and have not had any issues with thin walls or hearing my neighbors. I love the pool in the summer, and the fire pits are great.

I moved into Cannery Park in January and I’m so happy I chose this complex. I get so many compliments from my friends on how beautiful the apartment is and I love my top floor unit, which is super quiet and peaceful.Although we can’t enjoy the amenities fully yet due to Covid, I can’t wait to! Beautiful pool, fireplaces places and seating areas throughout, a very well designed gym, plus there is a cute dog park next to the complex.

Cannery Park is a beautiful complex! The staff in the front office couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful if they tried. We are in our second year of living here and have had no problems to speak of. Any maintenance issues are taken care of within 24 hours. And that’s right down to changing out light bulbs! There is a great dog park, pool, gym, and two rooms that you can reserve for parties or meetings. One opens out to the pool, and both have kitchen facilities. There is secure parking, and have not seen any of the same issues other secure lots have had. It’s a bit pricy, but with all the great amenities worth it. (Unfortunately COVID has put the kibosh on using most of them for now).

Wonderful staff.Also, Maintenance staff is great. Sometimes there are delays but they fix the problem (no patches :) ) .

Most beautiful apartment complex/community I’ve ever experienced. The units are bright and spacious, the amenities are very high class, and the staff is extremely accommodating. The neighborhood is also very welcoming and there are plenty of good restaurants and markets within walking distance. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in San Jose.

Honestly, Cannery Park by Windsor deserves 10 stars! I’ve loved living here, it’s easily the best apartment I’ve ever personal lived in. They’re clean, management is SO helpful in any way they can be, and it definitely feels like a community here. They also have a great fitness center (it’s what sold me if I’m being honest LOL) and great community areas! The location is also great, very quiet and we’ve loved living here as a family.

I was very impressed with the leasing office staff. They were very friendly and helpful answering our questions and showing around. Maya was our leasing agent and she was very professional and quick to respond. The apartment complex is new, has nice amenities, is clean and has a friendly environment!

I researched and visited over 10 apartment complexes in the San Jose area before choosing Cannery Park. Not only are the amenities and space here the best for the money, Michelle and the staff have gone above and beyond in the few months weve lived here. In 3 months, I have witnessed the hallway carpets steam cleaned 3 times, and although I only had 2 minor maintenance requests so far, they were both resolved within an hour of submission. Peoplehere are nice, and its dog friendly with a park next to the building and walking distance to all Japantown restaurants. Ive seen a couple reviews on walls being thin, and Im on the first floor and have never had an issue with neighbors above or to either side. Overall, the upkeep here has been nonstop with the maintenance team and Michelle, Matthew, and the rest of the front office are as nice as they come! Highly recommend.

This is the first place my fiancé and I call home! It was easy to pick this apartment complex over the others we looked at in San Jose. Common areas are aesthetically pleasing, staff are friendly and accommodating, and they are dog friendly! Happy to call Cannery Park our first home!

Cannery is great, it’s super clean, and it’s well maintained. My favorite part is how friendly the Leasing Office staff is. Michelle is amazing! She’s so professional and handles any issues promptly and is seriously so nice.

The place is well built, and the service team is good.However, my overall staying experience was not as good, because unit 4079 frequently plays loud music late night. Sometimes the music kicks in when you are working on projects in the afternoon. Advice: Do not rent a unit next to 4079.

We moved from Omaha NE to San Jose and Michelle was so helpful. She got us into our new apartment in less than three days!! Although we get NO signal in our new apartment we can always just switch providers. This property is so dog friendly it makes us very happy. Have not yet met any residents, but I’m sure they are awesome. Will update this post is anything changes!

I loved living here. The customer service and maintenance are both excellent. Great things about living here: high end touches such as walk in shower, dual sided sink, French door refrigerator, built-in desks and shelves, full sized front loading washer and dryer, nest thermostat, small park with popular dog park right next door and super quiet building. I seriously never heard anyone except the occasional door slam from the hallway. My washer died and they brought me another one from an empty unit same day. Every complaint or issue is handled promptly. Never had any issue with break ins or theft. Tons of garage and outdoor parking. They let me switch apartments for free and also offered to paint my unit whatever color I wanted for free bc I wasnt happy with the color scheme. Cons: Road noise is bad when window is open if you live on the 10th street side, smell of hops from the beer factory if you live on 9th street side, someone constantly letting their dog pee in the stairwell close to the dog park, only three elevators in this huge building and two are in the first building, no way to buzz people in means you have to walk all the way to the front every time. No hot tub!Windows dont have screens...seriously. These huge windows are great for letting in tons of light, but you have to buy your own screen. Never really got to use the amenities bc of COVID, and its strange that their use is still so limited given that other complexes have theirs open. No other complaints. Close to ideal.

We have lived here for 6 months now and highly enjoy it! The leasing staff is the most professional, genuine and helpful out of all the complexes I have lived at. We leased our apartment site unseen and Corina was very helpful with sending us pictures of our unit and working with us even though we couldnt be on site. Everything was as promised (which is not always the case with site unseen). The apartments have nice finishes and are very spacious. I would highly recommend living here!

Everything about the place is fine. HOWEVER, sound proofing is BAD. ITs JUST TERRIBLE... Luxury implies a high bar all around. If youre going to charge top dollar then make sure that something as basic as sound proofing is DONE WELL. If its not noise from the street, its coming from the common space, if its not the common spaces its the neighbours. You can hear FOOT STEPS, TV sound, MUSIC, DOGS BARKING I mean why on earth would the builders not think about sound proofing the units ???? As soon as the lease is up Im moving out.....

Ive lived at Cannery Park for almost two years and have really enjoyed it so far. But I especially love working with some of the people on their staff, who are incredibly responsive and attentive. Whenever I have a maintenance emergency, no matter the time of day or night, I always get someone at my door within minutes. Most of the time, that someone is Troy, who is so nice and so efficient in coming in and fixing whatever issue I have, whether its a broken pipe, lights, or anything else. His attitude is great, and he gets the job done quickly and effectively, while also being incredibly nice and neighborly to me and my dog. At the leasing office, Michelle is my go-to for everything. Shes nice, fun, and really cares about your issues and concerns, and acts on them immediately to rectify any situation. All of the Cannery team is great, but these two really knock it out of the park every tine!

To the reviewer who mentioned the amenities (you cant use any of them except the pool, which you have to reserve. Its been like this for over 7 months. There hasnt been water for the last couple of days. The management isnt nice. You will hear every footstep from your upstairs neighbor. I dont want to live here anymore.

As someone with high expectations, I am thoroughly impressed Corina and team! Since moving in a year ago the property management company has changed At first, I was a little nervous because Cannery Park had been such an awesome place to live, and you never know what youre going to get with a new team. Corina and her leasing team go above and beyond to make living at the property such a pleasure! From adding new equipment to the gym to handling issues that arise expeditiously, they really have made it a great place to live!

This is a really bed experience for me. I have live here for 6 month. EVERY NIGHT I can hear the upper floor stomp the floor. I write so many email to the office. And it still happen now. Today at 8:30am the stomp from upper floor waked me up. Imaging how heave is that. This is not the first time they wake me up at morning. After I send email multiple times to the office, now they ask me to transfer to other apartment room. I have many stuffs. How can I js transfer by myself. Who gonna pay for the moving fee. Or what should I do if this still happen after I transfer? I feels like this is not just the neighbor problem. I can feel how bad is this building quality, it’s really bad sound insulation here. I wannna move now. Can’t wait.

As previous tenants mentioned, if you are sensitive to sounds, dont choose to live here, if you really want to, go for the highest floor. This way, you dont have to hear people above you walking all the time.

Moved in to Cannery Park by Windsor back in March and have been so pleased with the whole experience! The team is extremely transparent during the renting process and overly responsive. I did a lot of research of new apartment communities around downtown San Jose and am pleased with this overall decision. They communicate well especially with all the challenges and forever changing rules of COVID-19. I feel safe here and see that the team is making an effort to keep the homes here clean and sanitary.Ive lived in other apartments where the leasing team would never get back to me and I would have to send 4 emails and call multiple times before ever getting a hold of a live person. Not here!! Everytime I send an email with a question regarding rent, the pool, a package... I always receive a response within a few hours at most. I appreciate this so much!A few perks to highlight:-Parcel service: pick up packages through a secure, 24 hour, and well-organized mail room. You get a notification when a package arrives and use a code to open the locker. Sometimes the larger lockers are stuffed full, but Im sure this is normal with everyone staying home and ordering more online deliveries-Cleanliness: There are trash and recycling shoots available on each floor and a large bin for cardboard in the loading docks. For the most part, all of my neighbors are super clean and respectful about trash.-Elevators: There are elevators making moving easy and convenient.-Parking garage: the spots are large and fit my SUV. Sometimes I have to park on a higher floor and the spots are open and random.-Finishing touches: all of the appliances are newer (especially the Whirlpool washer/dryer). Theyre front loading, which I love!! The kitchen has lots of cabinet space.The more I settle in, the more I can tell Im going to be happy here. As I save for a down payment for a forever home, Im glad to be at Cannery Park. Definitely recommend it!

Lived here for over 6 months. The staff in the office is attentive and sharp. They address issues quickly and are knowledgeable about the property. The living space is above par for what is comparable in the area. The amenities and common areas are also well done. If you work from home or occasionally the office space is great, and not too crowded even with the property close to capacity. I wish we had a Jacuzzi with the pool but the large bath tubs in the units make up for that!

Really nice neighborhood next to Japan town. I would love to move here but cell phone coverage is not ideal for my business. Cant rely on wifi calling. I lived here for a month and had to move out due to coverage.

This apartment has great maintenance staff and the leasing office is helpful. I have lived here about 1.5 years now and if there are any issues, maintenance is fast to respond. The common areas and amenities are high end and so are the finishes in the unit. The neighbors are sometimes hit or miss, but that is apartment living. Kudos to Gabriel in maintenance and Michelle in the leasing office for going above and beyond to be helpful.

Moved in May 15-2016, and have been happy I made the move since. First off Ill start with this, people who have written negative reviews about the staff here and the apartment building in general must have not lived in any apartments prior to moving here. I lived in several high rise luxury apartments,and I must say Hanover Cannery Park has been by far the best. The leasing agents from day one were beyond helpful and efficient with getting everything going and any side details involved. “Maya” has been so delightful to work with. Shes kind, patient, and extremely helpful whenever I have question/s. This building is absolutely beautiful. The common areas remind me of 4-season hotel regardless of the negative comments out there. The fact is that there is no way you can make some people happy no matter how much you try. I along with so many others have been extremely happy with the staff, location, condition and amenities this place offers. The building and units themselves are great. The floor plans are much better than most of the new buildings going up around downtown, very realistic use of space and design. Not only is each living space the height of elegance and class, but the amenities offered are outstanding. Again the staff has been more than accommodating and are willing to go above and beyond, as well as addressing any needs/concerns I have had. Simply put, if you are looking to move in San Jose, this is the place. The only thing that could make me happier is to buy into this place!!

The coffee is delicious. I love lattes. They are rich in texture and strong in flavor. They have an assortment of pastries, bagels, small grab and go salads, and snacks. They have a free parking lot on the side of the building across the small side street, which is super convenient.

Wouldnt recommend another apartment in San Jose. Hanover is most luxurious and staff is professional warm and welcoming. Wife and i moved in in a rush and they were able to make it work and get me settled quickly. Big thanks to Maya Bianca and Stephanie for making the move easy for us and feel at home right away. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience here since I moved in. I toured a good number of other places in the area; this apartment building is unlike any in San Jose area. The amenities are super luxurious and convenient, especially when I have family and friends in town. The movie theater, club rooms, pool, fire pit lounges make this the perfect place to host. The staff is amazing, and will truly go above and beyond for the residents. They have been quick to resolve any issues I have with the utmost friendliness and professionalism. They have made the living experience here that much better. I would definitely recommend Hanover to anyone looking for a new home!

I recently relocated to the Bay Area from LA where I had friends living at a Hanover property. After touring several apartments in San Jose and surrounding areas, I came across the new Hanover Cannery Park! Stefanie gave me the best tour and helped me find the perfect apartment for me. I love living here -- it feels like home!

Best apartment in San Jose! I checked 5 apartments in a 10 mile radius (after narrowing my search down online using pictures and reviews). This place was by far better then the rest. I got a 4th floor unit facing south, the unit is very well made when compered to other apartments, with lots of storage room, giant closets and very cool finishes like a built in office table. What makes it better then any other apartment is the bathrooms, These are very Vegas like bathrooms with a big tub and a separate shower, super cool. The place itself is very well kept and the amenities are great with a gym that you can actually work out in. The location is close to everything with a dog park and a farmers market next door. I have been living here for over 3 months now and truly love it. Michelle at the front office is awesome, always very friendly and helpful. Lived in many different places and this one so far is up there.

We recently moved in to Hanover Cannery Park complex. The floor plans are great and the services and amenities are superb. It is like living in a modern, luxury hotel at a very reasonable price. The staff are super nice, so professional, and always there to help. All of them live on site, so it is like having 24-hour resident assistance! Every single member of the staff, especially James, Aaron, and Stefanie with whom we had interactions, is so welcoming and friendly.We had the pleasure to work with Stefanie from the very first day. She is the most professional and caring agent/RA one could ask for. She walked us through the leasing and move-in process step by step and made our transition very smooth and pleasant. Shes been always available and been responding to our inquiries in a fast and professional manner. Shes gone beyond her way multiple times to assist us, just like what friends would do for each other. We are very pleased with our new place and new friends, and definitely recommend everything about this complex, especially getting to know its friendly staff.

If it were not for my husband having to relocate for work, we would have renewed our lease in a heartbeat! The staff, especially managers Bianca and Stefanie, as well as Maya and the rest of the leasing team, always went above and beyond for us. They helped us get settled in and were always quick to respond to our many emails with questions. As for the building, the security system is almost too good--fobs are required to get throughout the complex and the garage gates are incredibly fast! We will miss our days spent by the pool and grilling in the courtyard by our apartment. For anyone considering living here, once you meet the staff, you will without a doubt understand that their warmth and hospitality is the reason so many of us chose to call our Hanover home.

It was a Friday, we had three days to find a new home in San Jose. My wife and I were stressed out from the long drive and were short on patience. Lucky for us, Maya from Hanover Cannery Park took us on a tour of what was ultimately our new apartment home. She was kind and understanding of our situation, patient with our requests, responsive and efficient in providing us with our paperwork and answers to our questions. We loved the apartment complex, amenities (especially the proximity to the dog park/dog washing station for our puppy) and location so close to the fun in J-Town. After we saw a dozen other other apartments and houses, we returned to Hanover on a Sunday night after the Leasing office was supposed to be closed. She took us through our potential space one last time, Maya then stayed late until our lease was complete and our deposit submitted. She made our move in process a breeze as well. We love our new home and have Maya and Hanover Cannery Park to thank for it.

They have one of the most professional and courteous service from leasing to exiting the rent. It tends to be stressful when you move out from one place to another but the property manager has helped me a lot in the perspective of tenants. You are hardly find those apartment in bay area. We have been blown away by the professionalism and caring demeanor of the staff at Cannery Park. We stopped by without an appointment to tour available units - we were graciously welcomed and had a great experience. Aaron is the man! He took us on multiple tours (because we couldnt make up our mind about which apartment would fit our needs best) with the utmost patience and knowledge about the community. He sent us a timely email with every piece of information we would need to know about move in expectations and scheduling. On top of the superb staff, the layouts of the apartments, quality of appliances, and community amenities (including a well-stocked gym, awesome lounging areas both indoor and outdoor, and a luxury pool with poolside cabanas) make Cannery Park a dream!

Phenomenal property & team (Bianca/Stephanie)!!! I was recommended to Hanover by a friend that lives a few blocks away, I was absolutely blown away from the moment I walked into the lobby!! Once I toured the property and got to see all of the amazing amenities (clubhouse/fire pits/pools/movie theaters...the list continues), I knew this was the next place Id be living - my friends toured the property with me and they were in awe, everyone loves coming over to hang out!Unfortunately for me, I received a job offer one month into living at Hanover which required relocation to a different state - Im very sad to go and will miss living here especially because of their superb customer service and going above and beyond attitude!If I ever relocate back to the area I will be back at Hanover Cannery Park! I recommend these apartments. The quality of finishes and the great service received from the team in the leasing office are synonymous with what can be expected at a 5-star luxury hotel. I have been astounded by the superb service and endless assistance received from Aaron, Bianca and Stephanie. Every request Ive had, big and small, has been handled with the utmost of professionalism. Their sincerity and warm approach to customer service is certainly an asset to residents and the organization for whom they work.

Place is squeaky-clean with great modern amenities near the downtown area. Parking is quite spacious and lots of indoor space. Also has a nice Courtyard area with pool and lots of room for private conferences and private gatherings. Its a great place to live especially if you want something more modern near the heart of downtown. The building just opened in early 2018 so grab a promo deal while they are still available.

Dont rent here. Both my bikes got stolen locked in their bike room. Both of them had U Locks. Additionally, my car got broken into. Things happen and I get it, but they did nothing about it after I told them. They waited until dozens of bikes got stolen before installing security cameras. This place is next to a questionable area. It needs a security guard. For the price, it just isnt worth it. Learn from my thefts.

Cannery Park Apartments has been the best complex I’ve lived at for last 11 years in the Bay. The staff is unlike any other, they have made this place home. Maya, Bianca, Stephanie, and the entire staff are patient, professional, and always go the extra mile—with a smile on their face. My apartment is more like a condo, and the closet space is UNREAL. I just renewed my lease for another 18 months and wish I could have extended even longer.

By far one of the best apartment buildings in the Bay Area. Apartments are spacious. Amenities and common areas are a huge perk—especially the four courtyards. Shout out to Stefanie and Aaron who are always so warm, welcoming, and all around friendly/professional!

BE CAREFUL OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!Extremely unprofessional leasing office staff. We came to Hanover Cannery Park last Thursday for a tour of a 2b2b unit. We were satisfied with the property, and then asked the office staff to calculate the monthly rent after the 4-week free concession. The guy confirmed that the monthly rent is $3376, and he also said if we submitted the application by the end of the day, he would waive the $700 security deposit. We thought this was a fair bargain, therefore immediately applied for this apartment. We were very happy that the application was approved, until we received the welcome letter yesterday. On the letter, it shows the monthly rent is $3517 after the concession. I called the leasing office this morning to ask for information. The staff told me there was an error on their website, and he mistakenly relied on the number showed. Their website use the 6-week free(move-in by 05/31) instead of the 4-week free discount. (See the attached screenshot, we use our move-in date, 07/21 to check the availability, this unit 3045 has base rent of $3,761, and the 13mo special is $3347. Our unit has base rent of $3,786, so the 13mo special should be around $3370).I understand that this could be a mistake, so I demand a refund of 2*$45 application fee and $300 deposit. The guy told me he would issue the refund of $300, but not the $90, because the application fee is not refundable. This is ridiculous! We reasonably relied on the leasing office staffs false representation. It is not our responsibility to do the calculation of the rent. Now you tell us we must pay for your fault???I was very angry, and threaded to sue them for fraud and misrepresentation. After talking to his manager, he finally agreed to refund me the $90 as well. Although I get my money back in the end, it costs me an unnecessary hard pull of my credit report. So, be careful before you apply for this apartment!

It’s been a month here and so far it’s been great and community is quite good. It’s brand new apartments and leasing options are attractive. Stephanie from leasing office was extremely helpful providing tours multiple times and helping complete the paperwork and move-in. Post move in the Aaron and other office staff have been very helpful with requests and issues.

I came here to write a review and I was shocked to see that some people rated this place less than 5 stars.The staff are extremely helpful, the apartments are amazing and the amenities are always maintained.I honestly like every thing about HCP and definitely recommend it.

When I first moved here last year, the staff was super helpful and friendly. However, I have been quite disappointed recently with the management. I have been emailing the office multiple times over the past couple of months for different reasons but none of my emails are even acknowledged.Definitely not the premium service I was hoping to serve in this building.No wonder why the rating has dropped from 5 stars since last year.Poor management and not to mention how many break-ins we have had over the past couple of months.They could hire a private security to prevent the break-ins if they really want to prevent it.

This property is absolutely beautiful, from the sitting area in the lobby to the friendly leasing staff! They were so friendly and made me feel at ease when looking at apartments. The Property Manager, Bianca, the Assistant Property Manger, Stefanie, & Maya all greeted me, making me feel so welcomed. Maya toured me showing off the great amenity spaces & apts. I moved across the country for my job and this was the 5th place I toured, once I met the staff & saw the apartments & amenities, I knew I wanted to live here. I would definitely recommend touring/living here!

I’ve been here for a little over 4 months now and I absolutely love it. The amenities are awesome, pool is beautiful and they have so many courtyards to enjoy the outdoors. Totally worth it.

We had awesome support from the leasing agents when we moved in. The apartment is just like what you see in the pic. of course since all the units are literally brand new. Big thumbs up to Stefanie for the help she provided. So far our experience has been great here so hopefully it stays that way.

Hanover Cannery Park is one of the nicest apartment complexes I have ever lived in. The amenities are next level, the apartments are impeccable, and the entire experience is excellent. And shout out to the leasing staff - Maya, Aaron and Bianca go above and beyond (even if it means grabbing something from the office for me after hours in their pajamas).

Hanover Cannery Park exceeded my expectations. The management team is very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home in San Jose.

Truly a beautiful place to live- the amenities are amazing (we love the dog wash, gym, pool, tons of common spaces!) and location is ideal (in the heart of Japantown). The staff is kind, friendly, available, and so purposeful about cultivating a community. Thank you!

Beautiful property, great customer service with the office staff. They are always willing to help me, if I wont be there to receive a package or even to walk my dog while Im stuck on a flight.

Poor security (see other non-paid reviews), bad neighborhood, subpar management, skeevy billing system, deceivingly luxurious, and no sense of community (quite the opposite).Just a brief overview of what youll deal with if you live here. The high churn rates for these apartments is a solid indication of Hanover Cannerys failure to keep residents in the community longer than the first lease term.

With my job, I’ve lived in many apartments and HCP is by far the best. It has it all, beautiful apartments and great people. The HCP staff always goes above and beyond to help out a resident. I’m glad to call HCP home.

This is truly the best apartment experience you could ask for! The Hanover Team goes above and beyond to help with any problems that may arise. The maintenance is outstanding when it comes to any situation, small or big. Other than that the complex also offers unique and thoughtful public amenities- like outdoor firepits, bocce court, and even a doggie spa - to in-unit benefits like nest thermostats! You will love every aspect of this apartment complex!

My bike got stolen from HCPs locked Bike Storage room last night. It was locked with a Kryptonite U-Lock but metal dust on the ground and burnt rubber remains likely means the theft sawed right through it without anyone hearing/noticing.This has been an on going issue but theyve laid out a improvement plan several months ago that I assumed was being implemented promptly. The only bandaid fixes in past 2 months were a new replacement glass door (inviting breaking in) and security plates to protect the door latch (is already showing signs of aggressive tamper).I shouldnt have to learn about more bike theft incidents through Yelp. If this had been communicated to all residents, I would have moved my bike in to my apartment. We only got one email notification in February but apparently more bikes have been stolen since then.I expected better and quicker service for luxury apartment when it comes to safety and security but I have not seen that.

Its officially been a year and I couldnt be happier with HCP!!! From the staff to the amenities to the great location, this place is hands down one of the best places to live in San Jose! Thanks HCP!!!

This review is long overdue, which is surprising given how regularly Im reminded of how exceptional these apartments are.The building and amenities within are excellent; the gym, the media rooms, the pool, and the lounge and common areas in between. As great as they are, theyre also not particularly busy or crowded, so its very easy to enjoy them comfortably. The apartments themselves are just as nice; tastefully decorated and with high-end appliances. Cell reception, internet speed, and water pressure are all great.The staff here are fitting with the building itself; friendly, incredibly helpful, and seemingly always available. Ive personally had the most interaction with Stefanie, but the team as a whole are just as fantastic. There are regular social events with things like canapés and drinks that admittedly Ive missed on account of being pretty socially awkward, but Im confident theyd be great. Ive had a couple of minor maintenance issues (smoke alarm battery replacement, etc.) and these have been resolved the same day and have been easy to organise with a maintenance team that are outstanding.I normally try and offer objective feedback that includes some downsides, but in this instance its difficult to identify anything real. One time there was a blackout in the building, but to be fair it was also across half of San Jose, so Im not sure Hanover can take the fall for that one. The building is really secure and requires a key/fob to get in. I suppose thats a downside if your aim was to burglarise the place, but for non-criminals its a plus. Its pet friendly but clean enough that you wouldnt think so, so you dont have to worry about mess but you do get to see fun dogs here and there.Im in the US for work, but travel overseas regularly. Because of this Ive lived/stayed in a tonne of apartments. Prior to moving into Hanover Cannery Park I toured about five or six other apartments in San Jose. I can confidently say that Hanover Cannery Park is my preference of any of them.

As someone who has lived at a Hanover property, I knew exactly what to expect when I came to take a look at Hanover Cannery Park! Their properties are all unique with some things in common; amazing staff members that always go out of their way to help, comfortable apartment homes, and great location!

This place is amazing! It honestly feels more like living in a luxury hotel than an apartment.The apartments are beautiful: the countertops, bathroom fixtures, hardwood floors, accent walls... the designers clearly paid attention to a lot of details that other apartment complexes overlook. Even the apartment numbers are on marble tablets. The appliances are relatively high-end, and all of the units have Nest thermostats and smart locks.The common areas are incredible: plenty of places to lounge around by the pool, a well-equipped fitness room, a theatre, workspaces, billiards, and a variety of places to entertain guests.The staff have been wonderful. I feel like I had a lot of little questions between the tour and actually moving in, and they were very helpful. I had a few maintenance issues after I moved in, but they handled everything within 24 hours. Everything seems very well organized… I think it makes a difference that the manager has a lot of experience from other Hanover properties.Last, the location is great. Its just a few blocks away from Japantown, and a few blocks away from the restaurants on 13th street. Its about a mile from the center of downtown. It also only takes a few minutes to get to any of the major freeways (101, 87, 880 and 280).All in all, Im very happy I chose to live here, and I highly recommend these apartments.
