Paul has made things so difficult since he has been the new apartment manager! He is unprofessional and could care LESS about his tenants! He has a condescending attitude! And feels he is superior over everyone!!! Instead of speaking WITH his tenants he is quick to talk down to them even mocking them with an arrogant smirk on his face!!! Brookwood Terrance apartment failed at hiring this person!!!Ana G.

Brookwood Terrace is located close to downtown and is a very nice place to live. We have very friendly neighbors and have resided at Brookwood Terrace for over 3 years. If you are looking for a clean friendly environment and a safe place to live you will find it here. Lynn is the manager in charge and is very helpful if you need to ask her any questions. The maintenance person here is very professional and handles work orders in a timely matter.

Ever since the virus came into our world the apts became a target for the homeless. They come into the building and steal peoples packages they order, the homeless people take the package to the stairwells and they leave the empty boxes with no names. Thats really sad!

I live on the street in back of the apartments it is currently 12:30 at night and there is a bunch of drunk females playing loud music and screaming at random ..and I Have to get up for work in 4 hours! I have tried calling to complain and all i get is an emergency number for maintenance

Its really nice place to live at. Im going on 4yrs living here. Very friendly residents here. :)

Very very nice residence here at brook wood terrece apt.it feels like family here linda and the staff are great people to know the maintance people that fix things around here are incredible nice and do a very good job at getting things fixed if u have somthing not working or broken there on it good staff and people here to know love u guys

This apartment place is a very good family invirment everyone gets a long wiih everyone the kids play well togeather and we seem to all come togeather as a big faMily its great to be apart of it thanks everyone for.making it happen

This place is disgusting, trash and spit everywhere. The fire alarm goes off constantly and there are ear piercing sirens in every room. The power goes off twice a month in the winter. Go to Family Watch Dog to see how many sex offenders live in a 5 mile radius of this complex. My car insurance doubled because of the crime and accident rate in the area. The building is only a couple of years old and its falling apart already. The fire alarm goes off when we put the heater on. All the doors squeak, the fridge leaks and the elevators are constantly broken. Theres also a trailer park next door full of child molesters (I watch then oggle the young girls all the time. One guy was stalking this teenager, pretending like he was on his phone. He noticed then left in a hurry.) The security cameras are for the complex owners only, dont expect then to do anything when your car gets broken into, they wont help. I parked on the street on new years and someone went up and down the street and vandalized a bunch of cars, including mine. Oh ya, and the store across the street sold me a burrito with a cockroach in it.
