Went here to get a unique watch repaired. I needed to get the action replaced as well as the sapphire domed crystal. I called several stores including the guy who made my watch. When I called this place, he charged me literally HALF the price of all the other places and was SUPER fast and highly professional and nice. Will definitely be going back if needed!

Maria is an incredible person who is truly passionate about her craft. Fast service and great prices! Ask her about how she knew Santana back in the day. She even changed my watch to the exact time after changing the battery without me even requesting it!

The best repair plus affordable. Independent watchmaker and repairs knows the business well if it cant be fixed shell know right off instead of trying to talk you into costly repairs that might be worth more than the watch. Ive had several watches fixed and maintained for the last 20 years at Precision Time. I cant imagine the 1 negative review even happening. Looks like someone that has nothing to do except write reviews 139 of them really!

While staying in San Francisco for a trade show at a nearby hotel, I noticed my watch stopped. I found that Precision time was nearby on the 10 th floor of the building on 760 Market street. They replaced the battery while I waited and it was very reasonable. Thank You!

By reading her reviews I’m sure the owner is nice... maybe she had really bad morning ... anyway she was really crazy rude ! Don’t have to time to write everything but basically my repair was not as important as her Rolex watching she is fixing which she says she could make 5x more ... wow ! No thank you with that attitude !

My Tag Heuer watch had been running slow and I took it to another watch repair place. They tried twice to fix it but after a few weeks the problem would come back. I finally gave up and went to Precision Time. I was expecting a large repair bill but it ended up that the wrong battery was installed. She only charged me $10 and told me to come if it didnt fix the problem. It has now been several months and my watch works fine. Thank you. Wish I came here in the first place :)
