Theyre always really sweet and helpful when I come in to get anything done on my watch. Also there is a parking lot so thats never an issue here.

The shop is unassuming and located just above a pawn shop; but dont let that turn you off. In-store visits are by appointment only and its definitely worth booking an appointment just to have a look at their collection and to talk to the guys who run the shop -- theyre super knowledgeable and super friendly. I bought a watch from them and spent another half hour just talking about watches. I 100% recommend this store and their outstanding online reputation is legitimate.

They are friendly and have a referral arrangement with some of the local jewelers at Westminster Mall, but they will low ball you on trade ins or sells. I later researched a watch I sold to them and felt that I was taken advantage of. They didnt seem to understand the value of vintage pieces. Or they pretended not to understand it. I know, shame on me but I would expect better candor from an expert. I wouldnt recommend them.

I bought my piece here a little less than a year ago. I was in the process of poking around online trying to find a good deal on a few different models. As you know, this can be a pretty daunting task for a newcomer. I stumbled on HQ Miltons website and after being thoroughly impressed by the HUGE inventory, I was pleasantly surprised they are at an easily accessible location in the Mission.I decided hey why not go check it out, and by the time I was done with my first appointment (you need to call before going, which ensures you get the undivided attention of at least one expert in the shop), they had my business. I returned a couple weeks later to pick up my chosen piece.At the end of the day, I did not pay a premium price, but I received a premium service and then some. Sure you will pay slightly (in some cases less, really you have to know what you are doing to make ebay work for you) more than if you slugged it out on ebay, but there is no risk and the experience is awesome. For something like this, especially on my first go around, it was great actually doing it all in person for both learnings sake and peace of mind.I will go out of my way to give them my business in the future.
