Ive been going to Zee jewelers for many years. They are a reputable, trustworthy shop where Ive had pearls restrung and stones reset in other jewelry.I took several pieces of family gold pieces I didnt wear and they melted them down and created a ring I wear daily.After being gifted with a 4 caret white sapphire Zee cut the stone and created a beautiful setting.They carry an interesting selection of Estate pieces in addition to new pieces.Plus you can get batteries and watches!

Theyve done both excellent repairs and beautiful enhancements of my jewelry, both gold and silver. Super friendly service. They also sell lovely pieces and make exquisite house-designed pieces and will work with customers to design or remodel items to their specifications. I highly recommend them!

I bought my wedding band here (they beat Blue Nile by almost 25%), as well as multiple gifts for important people before my wedding. They also do true engraving, which they did lots of for me. Theyre able to acquire and engrave goods on short notice, and always called to updated me on the status of all my pieces. The day before I left for our wedding, they presented me with a chrome photo album as a gift for all the business I had done with them. My family was in the pawn business for 30 years - and it always comes down to trust when buying jewelry. Theyre good guys who do a good business.

In San Francisco, finding a shop that has been in business, good standing, stayed in same location ( Zee Is a Family /Generational Businesses, they simply moved across Street, before most San Franciscans in Neighborhood were born ), has knowledgeable, Responsible Owners, who are Never busy on phones/computers, or being rude in Any Fashion, Is a Dream Come True.It is truly one of San Franciscos Best Jewelers, Charles & Family can, and will fix it, change Stones, make Jewelry, your imagination is your limit here.To sum up, SF has few stores that dont have a Buzzer & have the pompous attitude of not allowing who the deem fit, so...my Thousands are spent here, happily. Face to Face, and eyeball to eyeball. Never had a problem in over 17 years of business sellers of Fine Jewelry, in an atmosphere of Antiques, fine Workmanship, Artistic Endeavor, Etc. Good People.

I tried to enter to get a some work done on jewelry at 10:15 am and opened the door to the owner shouting at me to get out because they were not open yet. I tried to tell him I was sorry and that the website stated it was open at 10 am. He was rude, insulting and had a persona befitting a mafia goon. This guy even tried to provoke a fist fight with me with street slang and vulgar gestures. Take your business somewhere else, this sleaze lacks etiquette for a vendor in San Francisco.

Went in to find and by a ring to take the stones out to put into ring Im making for my Fiancee and bald head dude jumped to conclusions and said you aint buying from me I dont want to help you. Also im US Veteran but he didnt care and said thats how Im acting. Worst of all places I been.

Had some earrings converted from pierced to clips....they used the cheapest clips, hung one pair upside down. Charged me $40. Wonder how they stay in business.
