I have since visited the Vegas store (another superb experience), and then picked up another timepiece last month from Tourneau. Awesome customer experience and I am thrilled to have found an AD I completely trust to build a long-term relationship with.

Great experience working with Nick at Tourneau. He was on top of everything from keeping me in the loop on the progress of my order, showing me various other watches I had my eye on, showcasing impressive knowledge cross-brand, and ensuring that my purchase experience was too notch with white glove service. Conversations via phone were always discreet, something I appreciated. Nick pays attention to the details and has a good sense of the watch market / knows his stuff. I was impressed by the selection of new watches and they had some very nice second hand watches available also. I would definitely recommend if youre in the market for a nice watch.

This is long overdue, I got my watch back in November last year. I reached out over email that I was looking for the Black Bay GMT and Rachel got back to me really quick with the details. I got the watch the very next day!I got it on the leather strap, and recently got the bracelet as well. Earlier the shipping was expected to take around 8 weeks due to COVID restrictions but Rachel stepped in again and I got it to me in 2 weeks of placing the order. Can’t recommend Tourneau enough. Rachel, Andre, and Bryce have been amazing throughout the whole process.

Nice staff gteat brands only wish they carried more

Went there by appointment and the experience in store was very nice. Helped us through different styles and guided us to other brand store also under the Tourneau.But after several days we couldn’t make our decision and would still want to schedule an appointment with Rolex which also belong to Tourneau (because we want a pair of matching watches for our engagement and other brands don’t seem to have perfect match. Rolex seems to have wider range of choices to make a pair), I emailed back the sales who helped us in store and never get response ever since. Don’t know what happened perhaps the sales just leave the company or they separate their selling business clearly because the time we were in the store another sales whispered to my sales ‘don’t give it to him’ when we tried to visit other Tourneau brands. Completely lost on what to do to make appointment with Rolex because they share the same website for booking and they just never get back to me (also tried to make another Rolex appointment through website but still no response).

I never leave reviews but I had to for the excellent service that I was provided today at Tourneau I came in to look at a Tudor and Nicholas surprised me with a navy blue black bay 58 a very sought after watch thats hard to find at most AD. Thanks Nicholas and everyone at Tourneau for the great shopping experience.

Came in looking to buy a watch for my birthday. Looked at many of them, didn’t like any. Then Julian showed me a watch that wasn’t on the floor it was THE SEAMASTER DIVER 300M 007 EDITION, and I was ready to buy it, but he started to tell me that he needs to check with corporate if he can sell this one to me. In the end they didn’t sell me the watch still don’t understand why. And what was the reason to show me one in the first place?!

Fast and friendly service! Went in for the first time today for two battery watch changes and Thomas got me in and out in 5 mins, with a smile! Nice to have great locally owned businesses in our neighborhood, we will be back for sure :)

What a great experience here. I was greeted promptly, and treated well. I would have purchased a watch here, but the one I wanted was not in stock. Salesperson was not pushy at all, very friendly. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name. I will be back to purchase a watch at some point though.

If youre seriously looking for a watch this is not a great place to buy. Ive been to other places where youd be expecting a sit down, some beverages, premium service if youre shopping for a 20k watch. Though they do sell some of these pieces, its like theyre expecting you to come in and know what you want and be an expert at it already. If its your first time trying to buy a watch, shop elsewhere
