Was showed the apartment by Jim...Paid $40 each for the application. Texted and tried to call him several times to ask about the application. Never responded back.

Berendt properties has been wonderful to work with so far. They are extremely responsive and quick to help when needed. Communication has been excellent and the property is well maintained. I had a situation that came up at our building on a holiday and the team went above and beyond in responding to it and resolving it. Highly recommend.

He was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had, and was patient as we pulled all of our information together for the application. He was very nice and pleasant, which made the whole experience that much better. Especially given how crazy the housing / rental process is in SF, working with Berendt properties was refreshing. Reviewing from the perspective of a tenant. This is the best agency I have worked with, from tour to application. Andrew, who was our point of contact, was exceptional from start to finish. Renting is never easy, but these guys made it as good as it can be.

We were working with Berendt Properties 2 times last year: during the land purchase and during obtaining loan for purchasing of our new beatiful home . Both of the times she did great job and found the best loan conditions. Berendt Properties always respond very quickly and in professional manner. Im about to sign the final paperwork for my new apartment in a neighborhood that Ive spent the past year attempting to move into. All of this is possible because of the Berendt Properties team!I had been passively perusing Craigslist units and noticed a pattern of stylish, clean, fair-priced rentals posted by Berendt. I went directly to their website and bookmarked the listings page. For months I visited Berendts website directly on a weekly basis and monitored their listing inventory. During this time I viewed a couple units in person. Each agent was prompt, professional, and sincere.Apparently the third time is a charm.....on my third visit, I was shown the perfect unit in the perfect neighborhood priced within my budget. Craig, Andrew, and David have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I know that I will be in good hands during my lease!

Not impressed. This mega real estate mogul wouldnt get off his phone and come into the apartment to answer questions. Guess he was there to open the door for a self guided tour followed by the go F yourself question and answer session. Not at all engaged in the process of you know, being a property manager and actually, gasp, showing the property to potential applicants. Aura of self importance and undeserved arrogance was laughable. Needless to say, we wont be conducting business with Mr. Big Britches ever again... BTW, youre a property manager bud. Lets not get too carried away with the your Tesla driving, time is money persona.
