How could one possibly take such a beautiful and historic place, get the opportunity to live there and then rate such a place 1-star?! Ill tell you how.. Take a 5-star or 6-star community then let a 0-star or negative star property management company run it. Presidio Residences has taken all the joy out of living there. They get one star because I can still look at green grass in the City while writing this review (and Google wont allow zero starts ;). Currently over priced as well per other similar living situations in the City in pandemic times. I will steer clear when I am inevitably transferred back to the City.

Lived here 6 years and felt so grateful. To live in a historical working site grants so much pride and appreciation. Always ready to teach others about the history of the Presidio.🥰☮🙏

A complete oddity of SF history : a former army base converted into a federally run apartment complex. The housing stock is bland, as befits its former military usage, but good place for green spaces and great biking.

This place is off the chain its the best by far place I have ever lived
