Good job washing car, getting the bugs off and vacuuming it out! Not totally spotless inside but pretty good since it’s not a detail job! Friendly staff!

I have used them every time I have my oil changed at the Grease Pro next door. Usually it is fine, (though not as good or complete as Waterworx). This time was terrible. Streaky stuff all over the outside, wax not cleaned away, inside plastic swimming in oil. Worst part was this was a Thursday. On Saturday I dragged my Airstream to Mobile and when I got there it was covered in the oil off the wheels. So was the side of the car. I ended up washing everything, and waxing my car again. I called them politely and was told Sometimes that happens. I did not ask, but I thought at least they should wash my truck again. I thanked her and will NEVER go back. Dont know if you can see it, but that is oil all over a new Airsteam body and windows. Lightly, still there as washing did not completely remove it.28May 1:15pm I tried calling the owner, he was not in. I appreciate the offer, but I dont want anything. My first bad review. I just want to suggest he has unknown people pass through the carwash occasionally, and check the Quality and the way the people act. Maybe I got a bad day. Perhaps he should fabricate a problem and see how his staff treats it.

I had my car detailed today 19 April. Paid for 25.00 hand car wash plus another 42.00 for the rest only to be disappointed with results. Why if you request hand wash would they use a brush on your vehicle. Windows wasn’t wiped down or dried. I understand they have multiple cars but for the price your paying at least take the time to actually wipe down completely and make sure to properly do the entire care and service.

Went yesterday to have my car cleaned. Wash was good. The vacuum not so much. The didn’t even touch my trunk. When asked they just walked off . I want be back .

I bought the $40 service. I tipped the guy $10, obviously because it’s hot as “Haddes” & he’s trying to make a living too. Welllll, I get in and think he did an ok job, then I drove off. I started looking around and he did not even wipe the console part, under the dashboard, mirror, the speedometer part, inside doors, gear shift area. When I got home I had to get cleaner and finish the job myself. I debated writing this, but If I’m paying $50 I atleast expect a good wiping.

Nobody touches my Denali but me and Grease Pro Car Wash. Its black and takes a lot of elbow grease to make it look great. They never let me down!!

They did the full detailing, inside and out. While it seemed quite pricey, it was well worth it! My car was spotless; I was so amazed and pleased with the result. It quite literally shined and sparkled!

Still finding yeah under seats. I had just purchased the car so it wasnt my trash. And they totally forgot to clean the trunk.

Im not sure what they use but when car gets through the wash the colors just pop. Im very happy with the care that is taken of my vehicle. Great job

My husband and I have used this business in the past several times. The past two times that I came we were highly disappointed. Just like everyone else we work hard for our money and in the line of customer service that makes tips, we always tip reasonably well because we have been in that line of work before. So after I received my car I got in and was highly disappointed in the quality of how they detailed the inside. I understand that I did not leave my car and have it fully detailed but I feel for $85 it could have been done a little bit better. Needless to say we will not be back.

I love this place but they need to train better I paid for the deluxe on my 4Runner and I didn’t get the deluxe I watched 2 guys wipe the same rear window and not clean the rest of the windows

This is by far one of the best places to get your car washed .. comparable prices to all the rest, they do the extra like hosing down your tires and grill to were the others won’t and for the same price ... they also offer towels in the vacuum area which is a huge plus !!! I definitely recommend grease pro for your car 😉

On Monday afternoon 11.30.2020 I made arrangements to leave my car with the detail shop overnight for a full detail and agreed to pick up my car Tuesday afternoon 12.01.2020. I was informed that on more than one occasion that the full detail package was often referred to as the showroom package and it would involve a total auto detail, top to bottom, bumper to bumper. I picked up my car late afternoon 12.01.2020 and drove home only to have to leave town on business. Upon my return home Friday afternoon, 12.04.2020 did I have a chance to go over my show room detail package.Much to my surprise: A oxidation spot on the paint was still visible, I applied regular Turtle Auto Wax to the area, hand buffed a few times & the spot was gone. There was dirt in my trunk so it was apparent the trunk was not cleaned. A few spots remained on the leather interior which I removed with Dawn dish soap & warm water. My seatbelts had not been cleaned at all, OXY Clean that I applied has them looking like new. The drivers floor mat still had 2 spots on it, OXY Clean removed the spots as well.For $266.45 (receipt attached) one would expect a much better auto detail than what I received, in addition I tipped the lady $20.00 at the time of pickup for what I assumed was a great job.Not Satisfied At All!

Sloppy cleaning, dash and instrument not even wipe off. Told 25 dollars more for cracks and crevices after 60 or more dollars spent.

I wont wash my car anywhere anywhere else but here from now on... I learned my lesson last week across the road at Waterworxx. The car wash actually gets my car clean and I love the fact that they give us towels to use and tire shine when you get the Super Wash which is only $12!! Loyal return customer here!!

Cleaned my car so good as it was very dirty but they naked it looks brand new.

Been a customer forever but the price of a car wash today is RIDICULOUS

For the price I expected a better clean, inside still had dust on it, running boards look half clean. My husband is not one to complain he just says I wont go back.
