I chose Michelle because she offered a plan for doing this that better than anyone else anticipated my particular needs. Michelles presentation to me was well organized, and her marketing plans and portfolio were topnotch. Michelle exceeded my highest hopes and expectations in all aspects of her work.In less than three months, Michelle took the propertys house and yards from being neglected, clutter-filled, and overgrown to closing escrow as parts of a clean and attractive home. This included hiring and managing contractors to do extensive yard-work, hauling, house cleaning, drywall installation, painting, electrical work, plumbing, and other minor repair work. Because of her longstanding, high quality relationships with these contractors, she was able to enlist them on short notice, even though this was during a period in which their skills were in high demand by others.
