Love this place! Amy is a sweetheart and gets things done quickly and with care. Highly recommend her wash and fold service!

This place is a great local business with extraordinary customer service. I regularly come here for alterations, dry cleaning, and mostly wash & fold. Everything has been perfect and quick. The one time a tiny, barely noticeable stain on my silk tie didnt come out, she offered to clean it again for me.

Amy is the very best! I take my clothes to her every week and she always has them ready within 24 hours, if not, sooner! What impresses me most, though, is her customer service. She knew my name the second time I walked through the door and she is always willing and able to help me out when Im in a bind - like when buttons pop off pants or pants need a hem. This place is the best by far!

I go here for everything. Suits. Shirts. Down vests. Tee shirts that need to be resized because apparently tee fashion is to have them knee length Actually I basically just trust Amy with it all. And shes been nothing but amazing. I would trust her wit anything.

I moved to this location and used this place first time and it was a big mistake. They damaged my suit jacket discoloring my collar. My white dress I wore one time for work now after dry clean it looks old and wrinkle. My other work dress looking funny. I brought back to the lady the next day to show them the damage she blamed my jacket is old that is why. I was so upset because the old location I used for years never have any issues with my clothes and now my work clothes are in old condition. They look like they have been washed and iron not dry clean. Very poor service and bad quality. If you want your expensive suits get damage, bring to them. They are very good at it! And they will blame everything on you...oh because your clothes...etc. Great if my clothes are old why do I waste money for dry clean lady? They are expensive work clothes that require dry clean to last not to give you to make them damage items. I love my business suits so much that I have to let people know to protect their clothes. The most upsetting part is she makes me feel like I am one of those dishonest people where I find thing to make money. I just want my jacket back to normal and my dresses to look like dry clean quality not wear at home clothes. I dont pay $150 for a suit jacket and let you insulted me that my jacket is old??? I dont even let you know how much my jacket worth and you put a blame on my jacket. Now I regretted going to you.

So happy that this is my local drycleaner! Ever since moving to the neighborhood a few years ago, Sunset Laundry has been my go-to for drycleaning (clothes and duvets), minor repairs and alterations, and stain removal advice! Amy is wonderfully friendly and recognises both my husband and I each time.Not sure why the other reviews here are so bad. Check out the more recent reviews on Yelp. They are far more accurate, in my opinion.

There are cheaper ways to ruin all your clothes. Seriously dont bother. Im used to a little bit of shrinking but these people just utterly ruined 5 shirts of mine which had gone through the washing machine dozens of times. Also, its actually super expensive! Please follow my advice and dont go here ever.
