Nothing all that different or unique about this laundry mat (they are after all a dime a dozen and cost of washing clothes is around the same for all?). The owner however is always very welcoming and friendly. He treats his customers like neighbors. And its the closet one to me. They may b a a dime a dozen but not many establishments like laundromats near me (live in a hilly residential are by the beach).

First time since 1970 using a laundromat. City laundry is close and opens at 6am. From the reviews I expected a very poor experience. Luckily nothing could have been farther from the truth. City laundry is spotless and well lit. The machines are on the old side but all were very clean and well kept. Only two chairs and three folding stations but at 6am you’ll not have much competition for space or machines. My only gripe is the lack of street parking. But that’s just the city.3.50 per front load washer 25 minutes2.50 Dryer 40 minutesI’m expecting my new washing machine on Wednesday but if necessary I’ll have no reservations about using City laundry if I need too.

The owner is really sweet and lovely for a chat! He helps with any questions, and i live in the area so its always nice to see his beaming smile! Come support this man, he deserves it.

Great spot to do your laundry if youre out in the Aves. Owner keeps this place super clean and prices are decent. Gets super busy after work and early weekends but if you can catch it during off peak hours, youll be in and out in no time.

What a great little laundromat. I believe it was a saturday when my girl and myself ran into it to dry our clothes from playing at the beach. There seemed to be alot of machines in use but nobody in site. So we got to fool around while our clothes dried. Two thumbs up.
