Won’t pick up trash on time. Even when you pay!

I do not know any of the guys that drive the trucks but they do an excellent job ! So appreciate that they worked on the coldest day of the yr.at 6 degrees. Hope they stayed warm!

I love this place! I can pay over the phone. I never have issues with my calls not being answered. They were great and understanding when I accidentally burned the pollycart and didnt hold it against me. The service is great and Ive never had pickup issues. In my personal opinion; best trash services in bolivar.

Everytime I call to pay my bill the line is ALWAYS busy. I dont pay my bills by writing checks. I pay them online or over the phone. Its a huge inconvienance that it is always busy. Ill try calling and then 45 minutes call back and it is still busy.
