Went there right before covid lockdown. Didnt have to wait too long, the hairdresser was very patient and listened carefully. Son got a nice haircut which is a big deal for us :)

One of the worst haircut experience, after waiting for more than 20 minutes, she did my haircut in like 5 mins. It was just a short hair cut, she did not care to what I say, she just trimmed with a single measure the whole head and told me this is it and did not do anything further and said I’m done.Worst service, worst value for money and zero value for customers, never visiting again

This supercut is really good compared to the usual supercuts elsewhere. Its not expensive, clean, well maintained, conviently located in the financial district and not so crowded. I always go there without appointment and dont have to wait too long. The service is quick and I have seen them focus on hygiene a lot. Few of them may not speak English fluently but in general you will have pleasant experience. Overall a good place to have your haircut done.

Friendly staff and great location in the heart of the city. My husband gets his hair cut here and is looking to get his beard trimmed by Malissa (she’s a barber). He says nothing but the best about the stylists and salon.

A Pier 39 exclusive for many years, a sight to see, along with beautiful ocean views.

First time I went - the guy cut my hair with my hair product still in (didnt even spray it with water). Needless to say...it was completely uneven and looked horrible.Decided to give them another shot. Got a woman this time and she cut my hair super uneven! The sides were not blended and ended up longer than the middle so styling it has been a complete nightmare. I told her and she said it was fine.Definitely not going back. Very amateur stylists and horrible customer service.

Quick service and cheep price. They do not care about the quality of how they cut your hair. Just trying to get you in the chair and out the door. Do not go here.

You get what you pay for.This spot is about $30 for a men’s cut after tip.They are always critically understaffed so give yourself at least an hour.Every person I’ve had cut my hair is always friendly, professional and attentive.The DO NOT use the app here so when you walk in get your name down.

I made an online appointment during the work day. They took me right away. The gentleman that cut my hair did a fantastic job. He was very friendly and took extra care with a warm cloth to remove all the cut hair from my neck and face since I was returning to work.

I have been coming to Supercuts for a while now and have never been disappointed. Angel has cut my hair every time and he always does a great job! I usually go with the basic haircut but it comes with a lot more as they really offer a well rounded full experience (Cut, neck shave and wash with a haircut) I would strongly recommend Supercuts, and Angel, to anyone in need of a cut thanks again everyone at Supercuts.

Update: Got another from Don & this time was 🔥 too. You should be fine as long as you stick to the 🌠 performers.Walked in on a Saturday noon. No rush, great Hairstylist. Jasper gave me the best haircut ever. 🔥I showed him a photo first & I think he immediately understood what I wanted. He took his time, didnt rush & listened forminor modifications once we were done!!Very economical & tbh Ive paid over 50 bucks for a haircut in SF before but it wasnt close to this!! Definitely recommend. 👍

I went in without an appointment. Didnt have to wait too long. They were extremely friendly and it made the wait comfortable. The haircut I got was quite good and it was relatively inexpensive. Ill definitely be back again.

Though the hairdresser was friendly, the actual haircut took less than 20 mins and was pretty bad. My hair was not sectioned/divided and cut (and i have a LOT of hair). She sprayed and brushed my hair and then chopped off about 2 inches from the bottom and then a few more snips around the sides and was done. One side on my hair is about an inch and a half longer than the other side :( I now have to get another haircut to fix this haircut. I guess its what you pay for?

This place is really bad. Guy named Dan is super unprofessional and doesnt listen to what you want. He was not ready to do what I wanted and got super angry when I asked him change a bit. Please save your hair and yourself from this place.

They dont value customer time and make you wait for long. I was given a bad uneven haircut . Wouldnt recommend this place.

Woman cutting my hair refused to cut it the way I asked. I told her several times what I wanted. No matter how many times I explained, she cut it how she wanted. Will not go back.

I’m stoked to have a place to get my hair done that’s inexpensive, in my neighborhood, and requires very little (if any) wait time. What I appreciate the most is how they want to make sure that their customers are satisfied. I highly recommend Judy who is very sweet, a pleasure to talk to, and is great at what she does.

I asked for shoulder length hair cut, very simple and no layers or anything. She started cutting and 5 min later she was done. The guy who came at the same time as me was still getting his haircut. I got home, my hair was cut uneven, had 2 pieces of long hair and everyone was thinking I cut my own hair. So I had to spend another $30 to get another haircut somewhere else. I don’t know the name of the lady but she was so unprofessional. Don’t recommend this place, unless you know which stylist to ho to.

The womens hairdresser is not experienced enough. They are good for South Asian hair

THIS place is the worst. I waited twice an hour and half for hair color before they told me they had not bought color. First time I pass and went to get my own color and brought it back. Today when I finally sat after an hour and half wait they said again there was no color because apparently the manager didn’t order. This happened to me twice. I tried to talk to him but he was dismissive and started shouting at me.

Hated it. I asked for a scissor cut and the stylist wanted to use clippers. So I said ok. Boy did she mess up my hair.

I wanted 1.5 inches on top, got 0.25 inches. This is way off, and I attribute that to the rush the workers were in (because another employee skipped their shift). Also, I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment to get in. I will be wearing a baseball cap for a while until my scalp gets covered by hair again...

Im posting this for Ms. Funderburk as my fone crashed and I wrote a thumbs up for a question she asked asked recently.The price of a haircut is $15.00 and the location is right where the 10th Street Marysville bridge is when your on the Yuba City side.. The weekend has a particularly really good hairstylists thats first station on the left. Shes really attentive to your particular needs and loves going to my until recently hometown of San Francisco. Kind of short in her possible 30s-40s?, dark hair and wears glasses. Eye for Detail and great personality as All of them do. To be fair, I should begin by conceding that they do cut hair well. I have, however, had pretty disappointing experiences. In one such, they decided to close an hour early without any prior notice of cancellation. When I called​ to follow up, they refused​ to answer and took the phone off the hook. At other times, it may very well be a cash only day.

Staff was nice and friendly but call ahead to get your name on the list.

The worst hair cut ever I asked for a simple fade and she brought up the fade way to up that I had to cut the top off n now for my hair to get fixed I have to wait for my hair to grow back and get it fixed for it to be even in other words I have to stay with this bad haircut for a very long time and the fact that she charged me 25 is so disgusting they need to get people that know what they are doing never go with the small Asian lady she does not know what to do she did it rushed and she had the nerve to argue with me about it
