Moral of this story: AVOID ANY AND ALL DEALINGS WITH S&S TOWING!! You will thank me later.Where should I begin? My uncle is a retired senior citizen on a fixed income. His car was towed out of an alley way parking spot while he was visiting his best friend. He was parked in the same spot he always uses and never had any issues with parking in before. The tow company said that a neighbor tenant from a completely different apartment building called and complained about my uncle’s car. So without any proof that my uncle was parked illegally this poor excuse for a tow company took my uncle’s car, then proceeded to give him hell for two days saying the SIGNED TITLE WITH HIS NAME AND SIGNATURE on it would not suffice for proof of ownership. Once the ownership was established and we were told we could go pick the car up we called the office to let them know we were on the way and to have someone meet us there. We sat and waited for AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES. Each time I called to check the status on when a person was going to meet us at the tow yard their lovely and oh-so-not polite dispatcher was everything but patient and respectful. That lady they have working as dispatcher should be sent to every customer service training seminar the world offers as well as a church service or two. Ya’ll need Jesus.It is unethical how these people take advantage of senior citizens.

Worst towing service ever. Don’t not hire them for anything. The conduct illegal towing that results in law suits and nothing but time lost. Just out trying to get money in unfair fees from normal innocent people trying to get by in San Diego. If I could give minus stars I would..

This tow company, recently contracted by my property mgmt, has effectively stolen my car.I have 2 operable vehicles registered to me. I only drive one. I have non opd the other through DMV only so that I do not have to pay full registration on a car that I do not drive on the street, but for sentimental and time purposes, havent sold yet. Tow company apparently reported my 2nd car as a dead car to my property mgmt. The car runs fine, just dirty from sitting. Mgmt gave a 2 week deadline to remove or register the car. Two days later I drove and washed car to show its not a dead vehicle. When I returned from work, my car was gone. A tow request was not called in through my property management. S&S Towing made the decision on their own to remove a legally parked vehicle from a property without the consent of the mgmt of that property.

Driver tried to move my car while he was in front in two lanes

They are thieves, thats what they are, they got into my apartment complex and took my car without anyone calling them, they did not even tie my car well to run like rats and my car ended up with damage that according to them it already had, lie my car I ran perfectly and since that day I have had problems with my car. Taking a car without permission from the manager or company is theft and they STOLE with a license.
