I’m a VA employee and one of my veterans needed his tire changed from a flat to a spare City wide towing was the first company I called. The guy I talked to was very patient polite, and efficient. I recommend city wide towing to everyone !

I called everywhere looking for a tow company that would jump start a company vehicle that I was stranded in today. Since I didnt have a company credit card with me and very little cash on hand, most places wouldnt work with me. When I called Citywide towing, they were very compassionate and sent out a driver to start the vehicle within 20 minutes and gave me a discount. Not sure who help me this evening I unfortunately forgot his name but he was amazing. He was communicative and articulate. He was punctual and honored the quoted price. I felt that he genuinely cared about the situation I was in. For record purposes the job was done between 945pm and 1030pm on Wednesday on 11/14/18 so hopefully that helps with getting the this positive review tonthe right guy.

I called your 24-hour number to have a vehicle towed from my space at 4 A.M. and you never answered. I called 8 times total over a 30-minute period and the phone rang and rang for several minutes until the call was finally dropped EACH TIME I CALLED! If this is the kind of service you provide, you should change your business name to SOMETIMES TOWING!

Whole transaction from start of wait time to end of tow took less than 45 min. Very responsive and friendly driver, decent price, and quick and efficient. He even offered to take my non-operative car off my hands if needed. Great service overall, and theyll be my go-to towing company in the future.

I had a really awesome experience. I was a little panicked for it was my first tow. I called and the operator was very friendly. Gave me a base price, quote, and how much per mile they charge. After a long night of work, I came home at around 12:50am to find a car parked in the driveway of my gated home. So I called in to have the car towed and was met with great service. Since I felt a bit nervous, I had asked him if he could wait for me to get inside my home before he took the car away. Im honestly happy that I chose to call this towing service!

Car broke down in a really unfortunate spot and i needed out of there QUICK.. not only did the tow truck driver pick me up in about 10 minutes, but after we dropped my car off he dropped me off at home. Super cool dude. I’m glad i was put in touch with this company.

Friendly response when I called and asked for a quote, price quoted to me was reasonable so I made an appointment for my car to be picked up later in the day when it was convenient for me. Driver was professional and friendly, and ultimately the price ended being less than I had expected from the quote. Definitely recommend.

Amondo from City Wide Towing is the bomb! First, I literally waved him down from inside my broken car. He towed me to the repair shop next to my house. Next, he has mad driving skills since he had to drive BACKWARDS UP A STEEP HILL to get into the automotive shop driveway. It was crazy. He was super helpful and very professional. You never really want to need a tow truck but if you do, call these guys!

Just got a quick tow, unfortunately my starter went out at a gas station after work, luckily not too far from home, but requested the tow and was pleased with the service. Unfortunately dont remember the drivers name but would be more than happy to give him credit for the job. I was quoted a great price and didnt have to wait long to be helped. I was greeted respectfully upon the drivers arrival had a great conversation and was sure my car was in good hands on the way home. The driver was able to safely get my car into my driveway which is a bit of a hill and a tight spot but like a pro he made it happen and didnt mind maneuvering at all. Id definitely use this tow service again. Incase they see this I was a red on red Acura integra hopefully they can link this post to the driver to get him credit, appreciate the service guys!
