Very slow service and extremely expensive if your car was towed!

Worst customer service. We were in an accident and the tow truck driver said we were free to pickup our belongings at the lot. When we got there they wanted us to pay $115 to be able to get our personal belongings. The receptionist was a real A$$

Very satisfied good service we will use them again the tow truck driver was awesome he took real good care of us thanks my finance was scared as we where being tow she claimed down and she says thanks to the gentleman that towed us

I was trying to pick up a car from Paway location and the dispatcher said someone is going to be there in 30 minutes I waited for 40minutes no one show up I called the office again and she said it’s gonna take a little bit longer it’s gonna take another hour unprofessional I don’t recommend this business

They were as polite and accommodating as an auto impound lot can be. Its a business that is hard to have anything but anger towards but under the circumstances theyre helpful and fast.

Good service for being here after getting my motorhome towed

This the worst place you can go to. The staff is unprofessional and unfriendly. They left my 69 year old mom standing with her cane with for over one hour. I sat on the floor and when I asked if they could provide a chair for my mom, the lady in charge said that they didnt have chairs when it was obvious they had chairs inside the office. There was also a scratch on my car and when I asked for the pictures taken prior to towing the same lady told me that I had to have a judge ask for those. Sadly, they are never going to go out of business. The police department has a great deal for them...they keep towing cars to keep them in business. People kept coming in inquiring about their cars and the tow trucks kept coming in with more cars. The place is an evil booming business.

This company will scam you. Stay far away from them. Asked for a tow and they tripled the rate when time to pay. Changed the quoted price and then asked us to pay for the time that the driver was grocery shopping and went to get the tow truck. The driver actual said we were being billed for his time shopping. What a scam. Stay far away from this company.
