Stopped by here with my daughter and the ladies were the sweetest. They were so nice and accommodating since we did not have an appointment. My 3 ur old daughter loves getting her nails painted and she got her favorite color pink!! My Pedi was very nice ..We will be back

I’ve never had a more sloppy job for a gel set, my toes were on fire when by the time I left cause they cut me so many times, and professionalism isn’t a thing here at all. They took forever to get to me, and then they kept walking away making me trip there 2 hours for something I wish I’d never done. Would not recommend!

Always love coming in and getting my nails done here, for over 10 years now. They have great customer service and attention to detail. All the lovely ladies that work there do an amazing job.

Bery friendly. Im super picky about my nails but, I believe is Pam( first table to your right), took very good care of me. Very experienced and hip with the new styles of nails. My new favorite place.

I asked for a natural looking ombré and they said they could do it. During the process I mentioned how it looked lumpy and too wide for a square shaped. The outcome was horrifying. It was lumpy and it was not blended well.

I had last minute walked in and they did a wonderful job. All the staffs were really helpful and friendly. My technician made sure I liked my nails. I believe the manager or boss of the place was very nice and helpful.

Annie and her staff are awesome! I always leave happy and satisfied with how my nails look and how long it lasts!

I stopped by Top Star Nails Salon for a walk in gel manicure around 1230 on a Saturday. I was instantly helped and very happy with the results. They were professional, delicate, and detail oriented. When it only came out to $25 (w/out tip) I was happily surprised. With easy parking and a close proximity to I15 I will definitely come back.

I paid for the must expensive pedi and it was very much rushed. She didn’t even put top coat on or cotton between my toes to keep from smearing. Will not come back.

I go here to get pedicures with my daughter and our friends regularly! All of the ladies are very friendly! My best friend won’t have anyone do her eyebrows but them! I have only had a manicure once for an event, but they did a beautiful job!

Reasonable prices and good service

I was greeted nicely and asked what I like to have done. I just said a waxing and I was told 5 minute wait. Oh thats awesome, I thought. So Ive waited and was taken to the back room. I told them I would just like my eyebrows to look natural. The lady said oh how about your lip. I said no because Im really sensitive and I dont wanna be really red when I walk out. She immediately replied You already said no you dont need to tell me the whole story. Just lay down and Ill do brows. That was really rude, I shouldve just left when I heard and gone somewhere else. After that I still ended up staying cause I needed it done soon as possible for an event and redness to heal. She finished and gave me the mirror to check I said thats fine,oh wait! when double checking she missed some hairs. I asked her to take care of the ones she missed. She said k. WORST DECISION EVER! She ended up pinching and slowly pulling the left over hairs. To be polite I said thats all of them, thank you smiled, paid and left. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!

I just got a manicure here. They did a great job. I didnt have to wait, the woman who did my manicure was very professional and my nails look amazing. I am new to San Diego and I am happy that there is a good nail salon close to my house. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Lynn did such an amazing job on my nails! The prices are really good too - $35 for a whole set of acrylics. Place seemed very clean and everyone was friendly. I did have to wait a little bit when I walked in though.

Very rude my friends and my mani and pedi took forever. They add extra for everything if you ask and they say no they stil charge extra at the end.

But coming here was the first time getting my nails done (acrylics) and I walked in and was accommodated immediately. I said I wanted acrylics and the lady who was doing my nails-though I never caught her name-was very friendly and patient with my inability to stop flexing my hands🤭😀 and even when I couldn’t understand her accent though really it wasn’t even any fault of her own, and I felt so bad, I hadn’t had ANY sleep from the night before, and had to ask her to repeat her self many times. She was very nice about it even when it turned out the color I picked wasn’t gel she and another lady who worked there found another color as similar as possible and spent time looking for it for like 5 minutes. And wow, also the one thing I DID know about this whole process was that I wanted coffin shaped nails, but didn’t know you had to ask for that before hand, so when she ask what shape after spending sooo much time on perfecting all the acrylic, she went back and filed it down and created the coffin shaped by hand. (Which by the way, her craftsmanship was amazing.) She even ended up staying AFTER HOURS with me to get this all done. I really feel honored to have been part of this process as silly as that sounds😂. I may not know anything about nails my self but I have plenty of friends who get acrylics regularly and these are DEFIANTLY quality acrylics. I can’t tell you how many compliments I’ve gotten on them and how many people have inquire about where I’ve gotten them. And I definitely know about customer service and this was it. Love you Top Star Nails you guys were so nice AND gad me coming out with some boujee nails!!❤️. ~This was long but well worth it!!!

1 star is being generous, in all honesty I would give them no stars if I could. I took me and my good friend here to get our nails and our feet done as a Christmas gift to the both of us. It was supposed to be a nice quiet relaxing experience. The ladies were rude to us from the start, while getting our pedicures done my friend decided to change the color she had originally picked out. They hadnt even gotten to painting her toes yet when she decided to change her mind on the color, they seemed very agitated and annoyed at her decision. Giving her an attitude from that point on. Even dirty looks from other technitions not working with her. The woman doing my nails, was not very accommodating and rushed through the manicure. Leaving my nails very uneven, and honestly not pretty at all. I paid a lot of money for a horrible experience. I will never be back to this place. My nails chipped and broke within 2 days, I really didnt want gel but they pushed it so hard that I just went ahead and agreed to having the gel done. She did not do a very good job laying the gel polish on the acrylic evenly. My toenail polish that is also gel chipped the next day. Very unhappy with the product, and treatment that we received at this establishment.

I got fill done here, I’ve only had it for 2 days and I’m already missing a nail, in addition I got gel polish and it’s chipped already. I called and the receptionist was extremely rude, she said if I did not get a full set they aren’t responsible.
