By far the prettiest and cleanest nails I have ever gotten. The ladies take their time and really care about you want and do everything to make it happen. They are super sweet and just did all around amazing work. Definitely my new favorite place to go. 10/10

First of all, the salon is IMPECCABLE. SO CLEAN! Yesterday was my first appointment with the salon and Holly. I need an all over color and Holly did an absolutely beautiful job. I selected this salon because of the ease of the location and the reasonableness of their prices. I refuse to spend $$$ on my hair because I need to go every 4 weeks for color. This is an EXCELLENT salon. and Holly was an excellent colorist. I will have her cut my hair when it is time for that as well. Im SO happy Ive found a great salon!

I was in the neighborhood after work and decided to stop by because my nails were getting so thin and breaking off. It was already after 6 so I didnt think Id be seen but they took me anyway! I got a gel manicure and wow! My tech took her time and noticed that I had a tickle in my throat so she got me some hot tea. For $28, my nails are unbelievably beautiful! Thank you! Ill be driving down from Oceanside with my mom to see yall again!!

Staff is so wonderful and kind, and the place is nice and clean. Tracy really took the time to make sure I got the cut and style I wanted, as well as making it suitable for my face shape. Very reasonable pricing may I add. Been my go-to and still my go-to salon. Brought my dad with me my most recent time around, and he walked out a happy man who will also be a returning customer.

Very friendly workers..went in to get my underarms waxed and it was not to busy so I was able to get it done quick. The lady who did it was very thorough compared to other salons that I got waxed at..

Technician was reluctant to complete the simple design I wanted. Had me walk barefoot across the floor after pedicure to get manicure. And when a hair messed up the paint on my toe nail they just went over it with paint again leaving it uneven and chunky.

I am happy to continue to support this beloved small business. The remodeled salon is beautiful, modern and clean. The manicurists are great. They use excellent quality products that last and their prices are reasonable. I regularly get manicures, pedicures, and waxing services here. A true gem!

I just moved to the state a few months ago and I had been searching for a nail salon since I got here. Every place I’ve been charged an extra fee for this, an extra fee for that, and these were seemingly basic services with a nail service and prices never seemed to be consistent despite getting the same thing every time. Lotus was the fourth salon I’ve tried and I don’t intend to go anywhere else. I came in and the prices for the nail service I get are set, and I know how much I’m paying every time I come in and it never fluctuates. Not only that but the attention and care that all of the ladies give is better than you will find anywhere else. From my nail tech to the owner everyone is so welcoming, attentive and they just do a really great job on the services. Looking through every photo you can tell that this salon cares about what your nails look like when you leave. I highly recommend this salon, I always leave more than pleased with my nails.

Hands down my favorite salon in San Diego county! I make the 20-mile drive to this salon all the way from Chula Vista because they provide the services I need and always go above and beyond my expectations. You know how sometimes you go to a place multiple times and they treat you well only once? Tracy and the ladies at Lotus have been so consistent with making me feel pampered, relaxed, and comfy! On my most recent visit to Lotus, I decided to bring my mom and she loved the pedicure so much, she cannot wait for me to take her again. In addition to nail services, they also offer a variety of other salon services, including haircuts and waxing. The inside of the salon is kept squeaky clean, and they have impressive massaging pedicure chairs. The complimentary beverages are a very nice plus too. I am looking forward to my next visit!

This newly remodeled salon has a feel of a luxurious spa. The owner, Tracy, is very knowledgeable and experienced. My gel manicure is always impeccable and can last up to 4 weeks! The spa pedicure I had with exfoliation, massages and parafine treatment made my skin baby soft. I love this place!

I have been going there for 10 years and always had a great haircut and style along with manicures and pedicures. Typically I have been using Wendy shes so terrific with hair cutting, but all of the orher girls are very good with the nails.Friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

First off, I walk in and I am greeted very friendly. I had a very short wait, and Holly took very good care of me. Im growing my hair long and quite frankly, am terrified of getting hair cuts. I told her the minimum off in length, she understood exactly what I was going for. Very happy! Thank you! There is honestly no where to go in Point Loma, Ive gotten 2 bad hair cuts since I moved here. This will be my place from now on.

What can I say about this wonderful establishment? Ive been coming here to get my nails done for about 4 years. Now I come to Lotus to not just get a mani and pedi, but to get my haircut and styled, facials, and waxings done. And I dont trust just anyone with my hair and nails. In fact, I now live in AZ and Ill wait to get my beauty regiment done when Im next in town. Their work last a long time. The ladies here are the absolute best at what they do. Tracy, Cece, Mini, Holly, Wendy... they all make you feel at home. Always so accommodating and kind. Its very clean, quality products are used, and they pay close attention to details. I highly recommended this place for all your beauty needs. For those that travel quite often like I do, this place is perfect. Its close to the airport and all main highways for convenience. And for the traveling Corepower Yoga member, there is a studio in the same strip mall.

I came in excited based on all these great reviews. I do t know if they are fake, but On May 25th I came in for a simple inverted Bob, The hairstylist dry cut my hair. Its now been 5months and my hair has Not Grown Back!! I do not recommend this place. I have tried e everything to encourage hair to grow out but nothing has worked. I have a really bad choppy cut !
