I love coming to get my nails done here. I alway have a great time with my nail tech. Super nice and sweet. The owner is extremely helpful to all of her workers and customers. They go above and beyond to satisfy the customers.

I had a very nice first experience at Lulus yesterday morning. Their services are more expensive than other salons, but you get what you pay for. I chose Lulus bc they focus on non-toxic, natural products, and quality service. I also saw in their response to a Yelp review that they are a locally owned small business, paying their employees a fair wage plus commission, and trying to survive the losses during this pandemic. Inside is lovely, very clean and comfortable. I had a Classic Mani by Nancy and a Classic Pedi by Janeth. Both ladies are very sweet, professional, efficient, and did a lovely job. Martha at the front desk is also very sweet, helpful, and thoughtful. I enjoyed visiting with her. I will definitely return and highly recommend this salon.

Great location and beautifully decorated inside. Clean, calming environment with fresh light. Smells like a spa and no harsh polish fumes. Comfortable pedicure chairs, friendly staff, quality products. Such a great refreshing experience! Lovely place and I will definitely be coming back!

Sooo pretty inside here! Super fun pedi from Linda who made my feet feel good and look perfect for my Saturday night. Usually I dread going for a pedi since it can be a rough experience for my sensitive dancer feet. Linda was gentle and kind!

I always look for a salon that is clean, comfy and clean air... You know, not the strong chemical smells so many salons have these days, and theirs is perfect. Ive been going there for almost five years and they have never let me down. Make an appointment on line to get the time and manicurist you want though.

After making an appointment over the phone I arrived to be told that due to another appointment they could not see me until later. I was very disappointed in the way this news was shared - as if they were doing me a favor to see me at a different time than what had been agreed. It is also disappointing that they did not call to let me know that they could not see me before I arrived. The experience left a strong feeling that they did not care if they had my business or any consideration for my time.

I set up a appointments for a group of 8 girls to get manis and pedis as part of my bachelorette and Lulus was amazing and so hospitable! I loved them and all of my girlfriends loved them too! THANK YOU!

I had a seasonal pedicure and gel manicure with Angie today and she did an amazing job! Even though I booked my services at the end of the day she really took her time and paid close attention to detail. I asked her if she could add a layer of glitter over my gels and she ended up doing the cutest ombre style for them which was such a cool surprise! Im definitely satisfied and Ill be coming back.

Nichole gives the best pedicures ever. foot massages that can make your eyes roll I swear. I cam all about the experience matched with the quality. This place delivers a great experience coupled with a great end result. I used to go to an asian nail salon until I went here and I just have a better overall experience here.

Update #2 (should have posted sooner): Lulus owner followed up with me and made things right by hearing my concerns & offering 2 complimentary services to make up for my bad experience. She later let me know that Leslie was no longer working at Lulus. I was worried that I had gotten Leslie fired (as that was NOT my intent whatsoever) but she assured me that was not the case & Leslie left of her own volition. I am again a satisfied client of Lulus & commend the owner for her handling of the situation. I highly recommend Sandy who I see most often. Ive also seen Bronte and Mako who do great work!Updated 8/23/14: The salon manager, Leslie, seems to prefer to play favorites & not provide good customer service to all clients. Her curt-bordering-on-outright-rude attitude this morning may have cost Lulus a long-time client who has patronized the salon since it was newly-opened by Travis Parker. I have left a message for the current owner & am awaiting her response.My original 4-star review: Im a big Lulus fan & would give 5 stars if their hours were more useful for someone who works a M-F 9-5 job outside South Park. Sat & Sun appointments fill up very far in advance. Its a bummer that I have to burn vacation time just to get a mani-pedi. Wish there were more nail salons like Lulus in other areas of San Diego.

I only go here to get my manicure and pedicures. Cute Shabby/Chic decor. The nail technicians are terrific! They have AMAZING customer service. I love them so much I switch between seeing Nicole for my pedicures-girl gives the best foot massage! I see Katy for my manis. They both are fun people to talk to. Its nice to have a conversation with someone who can speak English and isnt ignoring you and speaking to her co-worker in a foreign language you cant understand. Weve all gone to those $15 pedi places. This place is more, but the quality of the pedis and manis speak for themselves.I personally love supporting small locally owned businesses and this is by far the best place in San Diego for a mani and pedi. Plus theyre located in super cool South Park! I always meet a friend for coffee or lunch and walk around the shops.Oh and they always have the latest nail polish colors!!!
