Am in town and staying in a hotel, struggling to find a place to stay and wash my clothes I come in and feel instantly welcome and like I am part of the family, Carlos could not have been any more helpful during a huge time of need for me and my family, the establishment is clean, the machines well kept and everything was very organized, i could not recommend this place enough. And Carlos you are a blessing!

This business is well kept, washers works perfectly, and dryers were actually hot!During my visit, one of the team members, Octavio helped me out tremendously! I was attempting to wash special garments and he was able to provide me great professional advice! My items came out great!There are a plenty of places to grab a bite while you wait which is a plus!

The best laundromat. I have been going to the wash stop for over 6 years ever since living close by on 24th street. I still come here, even after moving to another part of San Diego. This has the best machines and is cleanest, most professional laundromat in San Diego. I was helped by Adrianna who went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed. Also was helped by a young man who had such a great vibe it boosted my mood. I appreciate this business so much.

Went here for the first time today. I live nearby and heard good things. Ottavio was working, and couldn’t have been more friendly. He helped me with the machines and made sure I was always taken care of, all from a safe social distance. The place is clean and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back.

As an African-American women, You cant find a more consumer-driven laundry service in San Diego. Ive been doing my laundry at the Wash Stop for over 8 years, and not once have I been communicated to in an unprofessional manner. In fact, the staff members are very responsive, they go out of their way to greet you, and make sure your laundry experience is comfortable and positive!I want to especially extend my thanks to Octavio and Ramona. For as long as I can remember, these representatives have always been consistently professional, considerate, and willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy. The environment is always in a pristine condition and the people are cordial!!! I actually dislike doing laundry but look forward to a refreshing experience at The Wash Stop. Without a doubt, this community-oriented company has earned my business loyalty. The Wash Stop is #1 and the Golden Hills Community is really fortunate to have them! Horrible service by the man that says he is the owner by judging me at the quarter machine questioning me and making it very uncomfortable for me to get the quarters like he is the god of the machines. He literally has done this to me every week but he has no problems with the Hispanic ladies coming right up to get there quarters No questions asked so if u want to feel harrassed go to this horrible The Wash Stop. I’ll never be taking my services here again. The manager wouldn’t even want to give me his name because I told him I was gonna write this review so super sketchy owners for sure

The attendant is very rude and aggressive. He orders customers around instead of asking them to move and such. I will not be coming here again. So disappointed in how this person treats customers. Thank goodness theres another laundry place down the road!!

The laundromat seems to have very efficient machines because I go there with two loads ànd Im done in an hour and half. This me using two washers and two dryers.b its worth trying the place out.

Works for me! The washers are always clean and in great working condition, The staff and worker are very nice and are always wiping down the machines keeping the floors clean, I must say it is always busy and close to places where you can grab a bite to eat while you wait. I give them 5 stars!

Great hours. Tons of different size machines so doing lots of loads is very easy here. The parking, or lack thereof, is the only downside

To do my one load a week for myself only costs $2.25 to wash and .75 to dry. Not a bad deal in my opinion. The place is always busy but there is always open washer and dryers. Overall the place is well taken care of. Clean and organized.

The Wash Stop at 1015, 25th Street (NE corner of Broadway& 25th Streets), or the Coin Laundry is a great full service laundromat with several sizes of coin operated washers and extra large driers.I washed two months worth of laundry for about $11.00! The washers are industrial sized machines ; they all hold large amounts of wearing apparel, bedding, garb, duds, rags and have at least eight different multiple settings, with prices that range from $3.25 to $4.75 for hot loads. The four super large machines take on family sized loads and start at $5.25.Their dryers are extra large and at 25 CENTS per 8 minutes of time, will dry very large laundry loads. They also have a very hot setting that will kill any bed bugs.This laundromat sells detergents and softeners,dispenses change and has an attendant on duty at all hours.

One or more people are cleaning every time I am there. The soap from the vending machine is reasonably priced, and I have never had an issue finding parking.

ASAP SOS HELP.My washer door stayed locked after it was done washing. Called the nunber online and somebody answered, 6 am, I told them it was all my work clothes. He arrived before in about 15 minutes. Cant beat that.

I just gotta doo laundry here, pretty nice place & clean too. The machines are a progressive type meaning its $2.25 for a light wash & $2.50 for a heavy wash & for down right funky dirty its $3.00. The dirtier the the longer it washes. Same for the Dryers too $0.75 for 24 minutes, so it cost me $3.25 for a load of laundry. The also have wifi too for all you gotta be connected types. Overall I was very excited about my laundry experience here at The Wash Stop.

Open 4 30am. Get there before 8 00 when the ladies doing 5+ loads each arrive or you have to compete for dryer time.

Been coming here since 1992, Yes I am an Og. I believe Wednesdays and Thursdays they have specials on the washers. Im not quite sure if it is half price or a discount.

Clearly says 9:30pm on the door, and its always been 9:30, AND THE SIGNS INSIDE STILL SAY LAST LOAD 9:00 - no where does it state new hours other than the 9:30 paint being scratched on(not removed to any noticeable extent) and a sharpie has written 8:00 on the glass, small print AND NOT NOTICEABLE. And its not a polite Im very sorry we have new hours she comes back to put detergent in the washer and witnesses him pulling the clothes out on the floor. DOUCHE-BAG... I dont want to stay tell 12:30. A small load with big driers takes less than 45 minutes. DOUCHETY DOUCHETY DOUCHE DOUCHE.
