Great laundromat. Uses sterilized water and has change machines. Also larger multiple load washers have credit card option. They have WiFi and an attendant.They also have Fluff & Fold service ($1.24 per lb Tues-Thurs, $1.28 per lb Fri-Mon) if you need someone else to do your laundry. They have benches and stools for sitting.They also have discount days. Tuesdays and Thursdays between 6:30am to 6pm, the 2 load machines are discounted to $1.75 per wash for the quick wash/permanent press setting. On Wednesdays save 40% on the 6 & 8 load washers for permanent press setting during 6:30am to 6pm. The 6 loaders are perfect for doing big comforters, rugs and other large items.

The BEST laundromat in town. Do your own laundry or use their fluff-and-fold service. The staff is friendly and helpful. They wear masks and practice safe COVID guidelines which makes me feel safe doing my laundry here. The have special sanitized water that kills all the bad stuff in your laundry. The location at the intersection of Florida St. and El Cajon Blvd is super convenient as I live right around the corner. Oh, and they have wifi and TVs so you wont get bored.

Very disappointing experience. Drove all the way from La Mesa Downtown as this place have great reviews. Was met with very unfriendly member of staff who seemed to be annoyed by all my questions. I noticed signs all Help needed theyre probably understaffed, and the lady who met me wasnt very happy. Initially I came to do Fluff&Fold but was told that will be ready for Monday morning only. The lady at the front desk didnt seem to be too concerned when I asked her if there is any way it can be done by end of Sunday (I came Saturday morning) as I had uniforms for work, she said, no and walked away. Since I needed them done fast, thought might do laundry myself however since the employee didnt care to even explain how all works (I never used laundry place before) I left to another laundry place few blocks away which actually had better prices and they did Fluff & Go the same day. I liked this place (The Laundry Room) since it looked very clean and had newer machines however service definitely needs improvement.

I come here to wash heavy/bulky things like Pillows and Blankets. Every time Ive come, Ive always seen the attendant on duty cleaning. Ive only had an issue once and that person took care of the situation right away. There are 3 tvs to keep you busy and free WiFi. Plus, its in the same plaza as a few food places to grab quick snacks.Prices are a little high, but this place is more for bulk laundry not individual loads. They have machines that can fit up to 7x a regular load! Some machines accept credit cards, but not all. And I dont remember seeing any dryers that did. But they do have an ATM machine and 2 change machines available. Pay attention to the specials for the day, and make sure you get your discount.

Machines are always spotlessly clean as advertised. Even better, the one time I left my favorite sweatshirt in the dryer there, they held on to it for me and I got it back the next day. This is the best laundromat in San Diego.

The attendant, I believe she said her name is Roxanne, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She took care of my fluff & fold the first time I came in and I was impressed with how neat and packed everything was when I picked it up. Tonight was my first time staying to wash laundry and she was a pleasure to talk to.

This is a clean and well maintained facility. My friend said the prices are a little higher than some of the other laundry mats she visits. But, the have a santizing systems that cleans the washing machines with every use. Thats a pretty cool feature. The dryers work well and I didnt see any machines that were out of service. They have an onsite attendant to help if there are any problems. I will definitely use this facility in the future especially for large comforters and or blankets.

This is the cleanest laundry center Ive ever visited! Were on vacation and the laundry service would take too long so we decided to do a quick load.The morning seems like the best time to come, its not busy and there are plenty machines available.The staff were friendly and helpful.The only thing that was wore down were the sofas in the lounge.Were not local but if we were wed visit this center for our large bedding needs!

Just did my last load of laundry here. The on duty attendant, long haired male, was talking with a person whom didn’t have a mask on. I didn’t hear the attendant ask the guest to put one on, nor did he ask the person to leave. I’ve been coming here a long time, but no more. The pandemic is getting worse and this employee isn’t taking things seriously.Customers beware.

Its good!.... they dont want people siting in side .So most people sit in their carsHave 7/11 and a lot of food choicesIn mall. Mexican, Pizza Hut, Subway, vegetarian restaurant, Wings and Things etc etc etc...Free wi-fi . Fluff&fold... But prices are a little high, but not too bad.

Theres always an attendant around to answer questions and keep the place clean. We havent had any trouble with the machines.

Usually this place is great, it’s been my go-to for years.But today I ran a quick errand while my clothes were in the dryer and when I came back, 5 MINUTES BEFORE it’s supposed to be closed, everything was locked up.Including ALL of my clothes and linens.~Tried to call to find out what to do, but the line is busy.Pretty unprofessional.**I’m upgrading my rating to a 4 because,(while I had to borrow PJs, sheets, and towels last night and have to improvise what to wear for work this morning),I called in and they are putting tags on the dryers with my things to look like laundry service.🤞🏽 Everything’s still there.But at least today’s person was super helpful!

The only good thing about this laundromat is the free wifi and the reasonable prices. The downside of going here is the rude staff. Every time I have asked them a question they act like they dont know what youre talking about or give you the not my problem look. I think her name was Litisha or Latasha. Wash & Go Laundry is about five minutes from here is so much better and the staff is way more friendly.

I come here three times a month for the fluff and fold service. I dont have a washer/dryer at my apartment so I need this service to have clothes ready for work. They can usually have your clothes ready in 24 hours. Their staff is friendly, the process is easy, and I always get my clothes finished when they say they will be finished. You need a 15 pound minimum, keep that in mind. That said, best laundromat Ive found in San Diego

The worst fluff n fold/wash n fold service Ive experienced. If you have any sort of chemical sensitivities, allergies, or aversions to fragrances, do yourself a favor and dont bring your clothes/items to be washed here --unless you want to be ill. I brought my clothing and bedding here to be laundered through their fluff n fold service. I provided the attendant with specific instructions regarding how I wanted my items laundered --no dryer sheets and no fabric softener. I also provided them with my own bottle of detergent because I have sensitivities and allergies to other detergents and fragrances. I even made sure to let them know I have allergies and told them all of the above. When I retrieved my items they smelled very strongly of cheap, highly perfumed fabric softener and dryer sheets --nothing like the detergent I provided them that I have used myself when doing laundry. I brought this to their attention and they agreed to rewash my items, however they admitted to misplacing my bottle of laundry detergent. I spoke to the owner and he assured me that they were going to wash my items using the correct detergent and properly. When I retrieved my items the second time they still smelled the same and touching the clothing gave me a rash and made me itch. This time my duvet was also still wet and I even received another persons sock. The quality of their service is unacceptable and thats when I knew I would never be coming back here. From my experience, it is clear that they dont value or respect the health of their customers and the quality of their service is really lacking. When youre paying quite a bit of money for a service, it would be reasonable to assume they would care to get it right, but they dont. Furthermore, its almost laughable that they advertise their fluff n fold service as using low fragrance detergents and being able to accomodate specific washing and drying instructions --because they dont do this AT ALL. If you cannot perform a service, do not advertise or say that you can. I was really hoping The Laundry Room would be worth it, but it isnt.

I am weird. I find laundromats therapeutic. There is something relaxing about a good laundromat. The Laundry Room is modern, clean, well-kept... The machines are in good working order. They use some sanitized water system, supposedly it is cleaner...? The dryers are super powerful. I have been coming here for a couple years, never had any problems. They also offer fluff and fold service, and the workers are nice :) Now back to my meditation... (on busy days the parking lot sucks, but not their fault.)

I’m actually very disappointed with the staff here. They treated me as if I was dumb. I couldn’t process what they were telling me about the change machine. I have a hard time hearing. They took it as if I was slow. When I walked way they made a joke about me and laughed very loud. I could’ve said something back but I’m an adult and a business professional. I don’t need to lower myself to their caliber. I highly don’t recommend anyone going here. Don’t support people who make fun of people with disabilities. Shame on the two Caucasian women behind the counter. Act your age not your shoe size ladies.

I like the facilit . A bit small and not a lot of bigger (XL) washers like other facilities I have gone to but ok. The thing I dislike is the change I had to make and carry around with me. Made my pants start to fall down. I think this place can invest and benefit more from a laundrymat card for their customers where they load the money on and just insert it at the machines. Also, the credit card swipe on the two front large machines were defective. I was too frustrated with it I didnt even waste my time trying the others, I just got a pocket full of quarters from the change machine and said screw it. I just think there will be more happiness all around if they got up to date with their payment system. Just food for thought....

The machines and the surrounding area are always clean. Everyone who works there does a great job multitasking. There are electrical outlets and wifi as others may have mentioned. The only thing is the chairs look very worn and the cleanliness is questionable and the metal stools are uncomfortable for a bad back. Not a huge deal and it helps me to get done quickly so I can leave.

We drive here from Oak Park. This is a clean facility with friendly staff. Roxanne always greets us with a pleasant smile and is very attentive to the needs of everyone doing laundry there. You rock!!!

Stupid. I go in at 9:32 and the lady runs me out AFTER she saw that i put my clothes in the machine. I was only doing ONE wash and that takes nothing but 20 minutes. I wish I could give no stars. This place is pathetic.

I like this place fine but when getting change from machines count your money cause theyre short changing you! It had already happened once but I either wasnt sure or wanted to give the benefit of doubt, but today it was more than clear because I had two machines $2.25 each put in a $5.- bill real quick in the machine that has the dual slots, got the quarters, got one machine going and when I went to do the 2nd one....I only had 8 quarters left, which means the machine only gave me $4.25 in quarters!! I didnt approach the clerk cause I always feel like they think youre trying to pull a fast one! But I think from now on, I will either bring my own quarters or do a dollar at a time.

Absolutely love. Its super clean and safe. Hardly ever any broken machienes. They offer an epic rewards point system for coming here also has happy hour washes. The associates are friendly and great. Parking sucks but all the positive out weight the one bad.

Great place to do some laundry, its very clean and the staff are friendly. One time one of the machines broke down while I was using it and the manager took care of everything very promptly and and comped the second wash as well as the dryer. Very nice people.

Im lucky to have a washer/dryer in my apartment, but I come here a few times a year to wash blankets, linens and towels in bulk. If you come during one of their big washer specials (Wednesdays? Check their website), its really cheap. Clean, free WiFi, and an enjoyable place to get a chore out of the way.

This place is awesome. Clean water in washing machine means less soap. You can use a credit card in big machines. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My waterproof mattress cover held the water in and the employee ran the spin cycle again for free. Employees also recommended I use less detergent because the machines usr clean water. My only complaint is that some customers use the big machines for small loads. Which is more costly for them and inconvenient for me.

Best dry cleaner in SD. They use technology well to keep you posted of when your order is ready. The staff is always welcoming.

Would have rated this no stars but they didn’t have that option. Have never been to this laundromat until tonight.... from the moment I walked in I had issues. I purchased some detergent only to use a machine that didn’t work correctly... I asked the attendant if we could possibly get a complimentary detergent box for the inconvenience of having To use another machine... he started at me blankly and continued to tell us that he couldn’t scoop the soap out of the machine..... no kidding. After about 5 minutes of going back and forth with him telling us he wasn’t going to scoop the detergent out he offered his personal detergent?? Whatever... i washed 15loads and quickly regretted it.... not only are there few debit/credit options (like get with the times) but the pricing is OUTRAGEOUS not to mention I tried to get Chante for 3 dollars and the machine kept spitting out my dollArs no matter how straight they were..... needless to say I went in grabbed my wet laundry and headed over to PEARL laundry. Little bit further of a drive for me, but worth it!! Way cheaper, newer machines, takes pin debit and lots going on. Shame on you Laundry Room I will never bring my stuff here again and will make sure none of my friends do either.

I would give this place no stars if i could. Do not use the fluff and fold. They will lose your stuff and then give you someone else thing. So, I came in to get my cloths and they said they lost it, then they promised to give me money. Then Maurie calls me back and says he will pay me 350 then he call me back and said i found your cloths. Then i come in today and they are missing my good things, and give me someone else things. And he he gives me 50 and said that is all i can do. MAURIE and THE LAUNDRY ROOM ARE ALL LAIRS. DO NOT GO THEIR!!!

This Laundry Room is awesome and very clean!!! But the signs on the doors and website are wrong. The hours say 6am-11pm and last wash at 9:30 Monday-Sunday. The employee informed me while bringing my clothes in that the signs were being changed soon and that they close at 10:30 and since I got there at 9:20 I was unable to wash my one load of clothes which was a bummer :( Other than that its a pretty decent place.

Only 2 big washers and the security guard just sits around taking up valuable space. We had clothes to fold and he just sat watching TV at the folding station. Like really? I would fire any of my employees who sat around taking up customer space.

Small and cramped, no place to rinse your hands unless you drop a quarter to get access to the bathroom. Clean, not as expensive as some laundry facilities in the area. Get there early - very limited parking and tiny tiny spaces!

Ive been using this place for about seven months, but that eneded today. This place is clean, albeit, majorly expensive. Severely limited parking. But the place does its job, or so I thought. I was using one of the (small and limited) folding tables, until a female employee scolded me for using one of the tables, even though she wasnt there for over 20 minutes. Then after some back and forth, she used the exact phrase, and Im not exaggerating one bit: Homie, if I wasnt at work, Id show you outside. I drove away not wanting any more confrontation, but I really couldnt let it go. I have never heard an employee speak to me like that, especially for something so trivial. I drove back, talked to the manager, but he was no hope. He said if she does this again, I might have to let her go. Great help. I would stay away from this place as much as you can. There are much cheaper, just as clean laundromats. And hopefully you dont have to deal with employee abuse at the new cleaners you go to. Please, stay away. This place does not deserve the business.

BEWARE DO NOT SPEND MONEY HEREWe drive kinda far to come here. I like that the washes are sanitized with O3. But today I got a Canadian quarter from the change machine and when I went to exchange it with the room attendant she implied I was lying about it. As she handed me the correct quarter she said if you say so. Frankly, its just a quarter and I wouldnt lie about that. But I needed it for the dryer, which you get a measly 5 min of dry time. (other places do 8 min, FYI). So really, you got the money back if I did lie about it. Sheesh. Also, while our clothes were washing, we walked down to 711, when we got back our laundry bags were missing. We talked to the room attendant and she has no idea. Favorite laundry location very clean and safe there is always an employee looking after the place so no concern for robbery. Only con is sometimes finding a parking since the parking lot fills up at times.
