This store comes highly recommended from me. My clothes were clean and well-folded, the scent was nice, and the price was quite fair. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They treated us as though we were part of their own. I was extremely pleased with the overall service. Five-star rating!

I almost didnt post this bc honestly....I want this hidden gem to myself!I always dread going to a laundry mat. You never know what condition the place will be in or what experience you might have. I decided to go 15mins away from my normal (awful) laundry mat and I am so thrilled I found this place! Yes, I am excited about a laundry mat! The place was immaculate and there was actually nice soap by the sink, a sitting area to watch TV and a nice outside patio up front. They also have live plants inside...real plants! Have you ever seen that at a laundry mat!? No.As I said, I absolutely dread going to the laundry mat but this was such a pleasant experience. Thank you for taking care of the place! It was much appreciated.I met the owner, her name was Linda (I think) she was so nice and even introduced herself and shook my hand. Incredible!

Clean but you have to pay anywhere from$3.50 TO 4.50 A LOAD. If you need to use the restroom you will need to bring more money for that.

I love Serra Mesa LaundryThey are always so clean and helpful. Scott is doing a great job at running his laundry spot in perfect working order. I dont do my laundry anywhere else. Even if I have to catch an Uber to go there. Its the only place I do my laundry.

Look like new side loading machines. Washes well. Laundry has a sink, with paper towels, clean restroom but you have to pay. Theres a nice front patio with chairs. Restaurants & stores nearby.

Amazing staff and location. We left our laundry and one of the employees finished it and bagged it for us. Insanely nice thing to do. We will never stop going here.

Great laundromat. It is no where near where I live, but I am in that area every week, so I always make my laundry trips on a day when I there, just to use this laundromat. They have the big industrial washer and dryers which are nice, and you can spend about 8-10 bucks and easily do 3-4 loads. Parking can be a bit of a pain at times, but worst case you park right across the street in the big parking lot near the drug store. Nice outdoor seating area too, always a really nice breeze rolling through there!

I love this place. They have a sitting area for my kids with a tv for them to watch and control and change stations. Its super clean never too crowded washers of all sizes. And helpful staff at all hours and days of operation. There is nothing bad about this place I love the owners who come in everyday. And I love this place.

Perfect laundry to come is a very clean place, security cameras every where. 😎Neighborhood people are nice, very safe has big washers that you can put up to 2 queen comforters big dryers too you can wash 8 loads for $7.25. And dry for $1.75, big screen tvs and a couch to seat and watch tv while you do the laundry, or go have something to eat .

This is by far the best laundromat that Ive ever used. These guys stand head-and-shoulders above their competition. If you need a place to do your laundry this is the place to go....

Not a bad place! Clean, free wifi!. Has a nice clean bathroom(you have to pay a quarter to use it). And has a dry cleaning place attached to it. Will be coming back

Very clean. Many washers and dryers. $3 per wash for smallest(standard sized) washer. Dryer a quarter for 7 mins BUT dryers work very well. Even with a blanket. 2 tvs and a couch. Good place.

I went in to do a wash right after I got off work with rushing to get there before closes. The guy in duty refused me from being able to do my laundry because I was after the last wash. I had changed cash to coins and he wouldnt changed it back go cash. Will never go there again. The guy was rude, not helpful, and bad customer service.

Kind of a busy location, and there is often a homeless person cleaning there car out front. I come here because its close to a couple other businesses I visit often so it is convenient. Price is similar to every other place to do laundry in this area.

Clean but considerably overpriced

Dont even want to give 1 star. Went to the dry cleaners. The girl at the counter was very discourteous and was no help at all what so ever. Not the 1st time we have had bad service here. Not a way to start a business in a close knit community.
