I have been getting my laundry fluff and fold style done for years here. This is a great place to get your laundry done at a reasonable price. Love the smell of the detergent they use. I am disabled and they are very helpful to helping me load and unload my laundry into the car. The only thing I would say is the folding part is not very consistent. The rest is great. Thank you for your service.

We came to do laundry mid-vacation. The staff member present was very friendly and helpful! The whole facility was clean and family friendly. There is some off-street parking.

This place is great! Jessica was super helpful. I had an emergency-my washer and dryer stopped working and had several loads to wash (including uniforms for work). Originally went to another place just couple blocks away but was met with very unfriendly service so came here. And was pleasantly surprise by great service and great prices. Chose Fluff & Fold, Jessica told me she (or somebody else) will call me at 3pm, the same day and my laundry will be ready the same day. And it was! She called me at 3pm and I picked shortly after. Everything was neatly folded and placed in bags. Outstanding service, definitely will be back again! Highly recommended

No attendant anywhere never showed up via note posted and I waited an extra 20 mins. But laundry facility is awesome. Had to check balance on my card and if someone was there I would give 5 stars hands down.

2 because there was no sink. Low water in some machines. No automatic load machine and some of the scanners dony work. Needs an upgrade. Like the National City location. I am giving this review due to my first time being at this location. No sign was posted about the sink being damaged. I wouldn’t use the bathroom sink if the facility looks run down. No disrespect, it was rated based on the way I saw it.

Have come here for a few years now. Lately clothes are noticeably lighter, almost bleached, and significantly smaller. Likely due to being washed and dried at extreme heat. Also, a few items have returned with stains or still dirty. Staff is friendly but I have had to toss out 2 new pairs of denim shorts, a few tshirts, and now a pair of pants I altered to fit me are ruined.

Last wash 9pm. Washers use plenty of water, so your close come out clean. Parking is sometimes an issue. They also do fluff and fold. And the people are real nice and helpful.

Been going here for years, however the neighborhood is being gentrified, Subway gone and a healthy greens place there now. Interesting.

Other than parking (I realize you have no control over that) I love this place. Clean, cheap, and ran well.

The attendant would not turn the TV to a channel. It would have e been nice to watch the news at 630 AM instead of a screen saver ☹️ So I watched my clothes spinning

Pros: Super clean, tidy, nice employees. Use of loyalty card instead of coins, giving extra $$ when you load a certain amount. Free soap if you happen to forget to bring any. Less expensive than my buildings laundry.Cons: The parking is pretty bad. People hold onto the laundry carts for dear life, acting like its their personal property, leaving none for anyone else to use. Employees are pretty lax when it comes to face masks - I have seen so many people not wearing them, and Im pretty sure the owner walks around without one ALL THE TIME (tall white guy with grey hair).Ultimately, just make sure you wear a mask, bring hand sanitizer, and maybe alcohol wipes.

Initially In my first review I had given it a reluctant 3 stars as 2 seemed harsh. I have used this location on and off for about 4 months. The day in question was an everything that could go wrong did day. Parking as others mention was made worse by a family (uhaul truck and 2 cars) using it as a hub leaving and store cars as they moved in, entrance from el cajon blvd being partially blocked by cars parked in the no parking zone, and those that do not consider how crooked they parked. I realise that the business does not have a whole lot of control over the parking lot. The issue came inside where there were no washers besides the very smallest as many finished but unattended machines. The dryers all were full and many people were struggling to understand why they also were finished but no one had retrieved them. After being there 2.5 hours in comes a family of 6 and they unload all the dryers and start loading more from some of the earlier mentioned washers. The attendant or whom ever was there should have some control over this issue. The parking lot, transients and smoking I cant expect the business to police.

This place is magical! My friend and I went on a Monday afternoon around 2pm and it wasnt crowded at all.The place is clean and trendy looking and all that machines look newer. Best of all every machine has a reader for debit, credit or loyalty cards AND the machines take quarters if youre old fashioned like that. Hehe If you have cash I saw quarter machines in the back. Also saw a friendly attendant behind a counter in the back, and although we personally didnt require any assistance, you could just tell that she was helpful. :)Before I end on a high note, I have to reveal one major flaw with this place (air out some of its dirty laundry if you will LOL.....) parking at this place is rough. The lot and spots are tight and they fill up quickly Also each spot has a 30 minute time limit. UPDATE: Sam, the site manager reached out to me on Wednesday, April 28th, explaining that he would need a few more days to look through surveillance footage in regards to my missing items. He was more apologetic about the situation, and said he would call me with an update on Saturday, May 1st. My clothing was found, and was accidentally shipped to another Wash N Go Laundry site. I am grateful that they took the time and energy to look for my items and make the situation right.I work as a registered nurse, and I have been using Wash N Go Laundry since May of 2020. I am typically not one to write reviews, but I feel it is important to warn others of my experience. With the receipts of my items, this establishment has lost $828. 21 worth of clothing, by accidentally giving my belongings to the wrong customer. I started using Wash N Go for my complete laundry needs in January 2021; due to my apartment not having an on-site washer and dryer. I have had a good experience with the drop off/pick up fluff and fold service up until April 23rd. On April 23rd I dropped off a load of laundry containing 6 sets of Figs scrubs (which are quite costly) for work, and multiple pairs of jeans from Express (which also were not cheap). I came in today, on April 27th, to pick up my laundry with my receipt in hand. Jesy, who is always helpful, informed me that my laundry had been somehow mistakenly given to the wrong person on April 25th. Jesy was not the employee who mistakenly handed off my laundry to the wrong person on April 25th. My name is extremely unique; and every time that I have picked up my laundry, I have had to sign the copy of my receipt. Therefore, I find it very hard to believe that my laundry was mistakenly given to another customer. None of these practices were done before handing off my laundry, because the copy of my receipt in their books was not signed for. I wanted to wait to speak with the manager, but I was told that the manager was busy. Later, I received a phone call from an employee relaying a message from Sam the manager; asking if I could give them time to find out what happened to my clothing. I did not get an exact time frame; and I asked this employee if I could speak with management in regards to this issue.I received a phone call from Sam the manager, who did not have good customer service; nor was he apologetic about the situation. He said, mistakes happen and supposedly this has never happened before. Although I am reading otherwise in the reviews via yelp currently. He asked me to give them approximately 24 hours to review the surveillance footage, to see whom they mistakenly gave my laundry to.I work extremely hard for my belongings, and all of those Figs scrubs in that load of laundry were brand new. Not to mention, I need those scrubs to wear to work. I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation, and do not plan to use Wash N Go Laundry any further for my laundry needs.

Nice and clean place including machines. I use my mobile phone to pay so I dont ever need quarters or a laundry card. I already have about 5 of those, some probably still with balances that Ill never use.

Today was my first time in a laundromat in years. They are much better than they were, and this one was nice, clean, fast. Id forgotten the joy of loading up an entire row and getting all the laundry done at the same time. Parking a bit tight.

One of the girls at the counter kept the 20 tip for herself instead of giving it to the actual lady who washed my clothes and then denied me ever giving an extra 20 for the wash lady. I told her that they needed to rewind the camera and gave the wash lady the exact time. She thanked me for the thought but the other women still denied it. Until she watches the video transaction. I wont go there if she is there.Its so sad you cant trust anyone.The laundry however was beautiful and spotless.

I was able to get in & out in no time. Parking is iffy but the free soap, wifi & cleanliness will be the reasons why I keep coming back.

Normally I like coming here, but realize they wont refund your money for faulty machines. Spent $4.50 on this load. Card was charged and door was closed, but machine wouldnt start. No one was on premise at the time, so I moved my load to another machine. A few minutes later, an employee arrived, to whom I explained my situation. She said I didnt pull on the handle hard enough, as shes pulling on it, literally with her whole body weight. Im thinking, Ive been washing here for a year and never had to pry these doors to close with the jaws of life. The employee was nice enough, but when I asked for a refund she told me that they couldnt because it wasnt their problem. Anyway, Id probably come back because of its location and its cleanliness, but their customer service is pretty lame, and apparently their machines can be sketchy.

Heres another business that has high focus on safety and sanitation. Its run by a Latina lady and her Daughter and a other non relative lady, and they work hard to keep the place as clean and sanitary as the picture here suggests.

Great place to do laundry! They keep everything Super Clean, in fact the young lady that works there never stopped cleaning. Mopped the floors, wiped down the machines, (inside and outside), cleaned the baskets and she did it while answering questions and giving out soap. The machines are definitely newer types and any problems with them seem to be human error. (From what Ive seen). My clothes have always come out fantastic! And the machines take either coin or credit/debit cards and they have several coin changers. Also every time I have been there the Scenery was AWESOME!! (I mean absolutely NO offense Ladies!). Definitely the place to do laundry if U live or are staying in the area. I actually travel a little bit to go there.

The staff is bilingual (english/spanish) and they are constantly cleaning or wiping down the machines/counters. I feel confident with how their management is going. While I was folding clothes a lady had an issue with the dryer and was overcharge. They immediately gave her a refund and closed down that specific dryer. Very professionally handled. There is no public restroom available though. Apart from that I feel like their prices for the washers are fair and for the dryers I havent found any other place that gives 8 mins per quarter.

Please clean the machines. The roaches have taken over this establishment. And the attendant is lazy and doesnt clean at all.

Went here to wash towels for work. I had my service dog with me and the manager here approached me and so very rudely told me I’m not allowed there. There are ways to talk to customers and he is horrible at it. You should read the rules for service dogs. Don’t go here if you want to be harassed by the manager.

First time here and I will definitely be back. It is extremely well kept and convenient to pay for. They accept cash & card. The staff are very helpful too.

Wash and Go laundromats are simply the best in San Diego. They have many locations along El Cajon Blvd. I use the one located in North Park mostly but have also used their other locations as well. So this review is for all the Wash and Go laundromats. First all the machines are very new, clean and many load sizes from single load to huge 8 load machines. Prices range from $1.75 for single load machines to $7.25 for the 8 load machines. They offer Fluff and Fold service for those people too busy or who hate doing laundry themselves. Plus and forgive the caps but it is necessary, PAY $10 AND THEY PUT $ 12. on your WashE and Go card. You cant get that kind of interest at a bank. PLUS FREE SOdAP! No kidding FREE SOAP! PLUS the huge dryers give you 8 minutes per quarter. No other laundromat in town or any other town offers 8 minutes of dryer time per .25 cents, FREE SOAP and $12 dollars for every $10 dollars paid.

The one I go to on El Cajon Blvd and Kansas is very good. They have great fluff and fold too. I especially like it because I can use my debit card to wash and dry. The dryers are perfect and, if you need it, they provide soap and for a nominal fee; theyll move your clothes from the washer to the dryer. I highly recommend it.

Clean machines and clean in general. Had to do laundry here when my dryer broke and was so happy to find a nice clean place after first checking out a place down the street that was filthy.

First time in a wash n go laundry. Paid 10 dollars for next day service. Picked it up at 10am the next day. I am happy with their service and would recommend.

My roommate and I go here once or twice a month and we love it. It’s clean. The machines are well kept and the staff is always super helpful. Plus it is located near several places to eat if you get hungry. The only downside is parking, which I know isn’t their fault.

Clean and well maintained. Ive always been refunded on the rare occasion a machine malfunctioned. Parking can be a challenge here (welcome to North Park), so try to avoid peak times or be prepared to walk a bit. Occasionally there are homeless people outside, but this is pretty par for the area.

Nice looking place for a laundry mat. Their machines take coins, bills or credit cards. They have a drop off service which sounds cool. I havent used it but its good to know its there. There are 3 places to eat while you wash and dry without having to leave the parking lot. (Subway, Chinese food or Mexican food)

Very nice laundromat and reasonably priced. Been using this laundry facility for almost a year. By far one of the best at cleanliness and really getting your laundry clean no stains, rips or tears. Only downfalls are Ive noticed homeless are starting to take up residence out front as well as last wash 9 means no wash. Ive noticed they pick and choose whome may or may not wash past 9.

Clean, nice atmosphere, they provide laundry detergent if you dont want to bring it, and what I really like is they post the names of the people working and they are friendly and helpful, not like some places where you never even see an attendant. They have a loyalty card you can load with funds, and if you buy $10 worth they load it with $12. A big drawback is that if you pay for the loyalty card with a credit card, they have to process it for you and it takes a really long time, as they have to do a bunch of steps of data entry on their computer. I was told if I paid cash its really streamlined, but nobody has cash anymore! Theres a Subway, Rays Mexican and a Chinese place right there, so you can have a snack while you wash your duds, but it also means that the parking lot can be crowded. Also, I wish they would have one comfy chair, like a couch, but I guess its not as clean. Overall, a great place!

I usually dont give4 stars but could not find anything wrong with their service. Pickup and delivery was on time and clothes came back perfectly folded and clean. I also like how you receive a text when they are on their way. Will be using again!

I like this because of the the fact that they mailed out a pre-loaded card to use to pay for doing laundry, its conveniently located, good hours, and good machines. The downside is the fact that parking is very limited, since this location shares a parking lot with three restaurants. Its best to get there very early in the morning to ensure you get a parking spot. Also you have to be mindful of the homeless, as they tend to hang out here, either in the parking lot or inside the laundromat .

I hope that appropriate services can be found to support all of the groups affected by this.

We’ve been taking our laundry to Wash N Go and I never got disappointed with their service. Awesome price, they’re very tidy and on time with everything.

This is the most cleanliness and the most niceness place I have every done laundry at. Very amazing, I recommend everyone go do laundry there. The only thing is they close early need to stay open until 1am. Or go 24 hours. Think about it.

Pros: Clean, oodles of washers of all sizes, free WiFi! Cons: free soapwas terrible (better to bring your own), staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming and finally... Hotter than the surface of the sun. July in San Diego... 87 degrees outside and at least 10 degrees hotter inside. I was sick for the whole rest of the day after leaving. One of the nicer laundries Ive been to, however, either go when its very cool outside or just drop your stuff and let them do it for you.

Spent large amount of money when my home I was renting burned down. I was using this business daily washing and drying only to be treated very rudely and unfairly by the actual owner. Not only did I spend alot of money there I also got my brand new $300 bike stolen from in front also. Terrible customer service will never spend one cent or go there again.

My wife and I went to Wash N Go with over 8 loads of laundry, never been to a laundromat here in San Diego. Thank God they had an attendant named May that showed us how to use the washers and soap. We really loved the long tables, it took us about 45 minutes to fluff and fold all our laundry. Super clean place, even found out they have free WiFi and I did not have to pay for soap, super sweet spot to hang out while your laundry is being cleaned. I think I will try the full services next time and see how that goes, keep up the great work!

The dryers are good quality. It only took 2 cycles to *completely* dry my thick queen size blanket. Free soap. Free wifi (that works). Quality machines. Proper pricing.

Ever since the person who did fluff and fold service was fired the service is not the same . Laundry does not smell good anymore and stains are not removed. she used to separate sheets and towels from clothes when folded make it easy to just put away now theyre all mixed together . unfortunate

The card makes it so simple.. My pants dont fall down from all the quarters. Also the free soap rocks.. facilities are kept clean and neat.

Well, first, I love the fact that I no longer have to collect quarters and its so easy to reload my card! Whenever I go in, the place is clean and the size of the washers is great too. I would be very sad if I had to go back to the old way of doing my laundry.

They literally saved my life when I was single and working a full time job in management. O just dropped my clothes off and they would have them washed and folded for cheaper than me sitting there feeding the machines quarters . Idk how they do it but if youre in need of a mom or GF but dont have one this is your saving grace! Nothing like fresh clean folded laundry 🙌♥️

The parking is horrible but I use it for fluff and fold which is great- however the unscented soap hey used to wash my massage sheets made them smell super funky and gross like moth balls-My girlfriend loved the smell so to each their own, but I want them to smell like nothing ideally.. so this was a bummer- I am now back to the wash n go on elCajon blvd and 70th, closer to my house because with them I never had this problem. Either way washed and folded for 89cents a pound cant be beat!

I visited Wash N Go because of its great rating, however, I was disappointed to find that several of their washing machines were not working and the ones that were working had murky water in the softener and detergent spaces which was very unpleasant. And lastly, found hairs in the detergent compartments.

I recently moved into a new place and had to go to a laundromat for the first time ever. I was nervous because I had heard how much people hate them, but I was pleasantly surprised. Wash N Go has free soap, seating, free WiFi, and free soap. They also give you an extra $2 for every $10 you load onto your loyalty card.

I love this place. I used to hate going to the laundry mat because most are dirty, crowded,& expensive. Not this place, its big, always very, clean, & a great price. The employees here are always super nice, they even show my puppy love :) The free soap is great; & the tvs, radio, WiFi, n great seating are a plus too. N their table to fold your clothes are big. Only bad thing is their parking lot is on the small n crowded side. But that has nothing to do with them. Love wash n go! Get their loyalty card! Load $10 onto it n you get $2 free :)

Nice facility & very nice customer service & they keep it quite clean. I like the free wi-fi, the music & the big tables to fold clothes. The parking at times gets tight but that is just North Park. I also like the loyalty program that gives you incentive to wash clothes there. I do wish the dryers were a bit hotter, it takes a long time to dry heavy cotton bedding.

I was in San Diego for a Make a Wish trip, accumulated tons of laundry with my family. Robert was great with getting it all done so that when we got home we didnt have to worry about doing laundry.

This laundromat has more reasonable costs compared to the other local laundromat that I used to go to. The largest washer is currently $6 and it says that it can wash 6 loads. In my experience it is capable of accommodating two mostly-full IKEA FYLLEN baskets of laundry (so maybe ~30-40 gallons of laundry? Just an estimate). The dryer currently costs 25¢ for 8 minutes. Parking is always a pain in the neck but I find that its worth it. They also have a decent amount of seating space and wifi.

I have to say I am so frustrated with this place. I come here every weekend usually its no problem but there is always a change machine down. Today my money got stuck in one. I waited 40 minutes after my clothes were done for one of the laundary attendants to get in. Shes in and cant do anything about it so contacts her manager. He is on his way... after waiting another 50 minutes now having been at this laundary almost 3 she finally decides to give us a gift card for that amount. I cant be the only one this has happened to. I am frustrated with how unprofessional it was handled. I am a costumer a gift card should have been given to me as an option fist and not made me wait 50 more minutes. I got things to do I cant wait all day for the manager to show up. Theres needs to be access for the employees or a work around policy for something like this in place. I felt treated like a criminal for wanting my money back...FYI I emailed but no one got back to me so it continues to be an unprofessional establishment...
