My favorite place to do laundry. Its clean and there is plenty of folding tables. Hours are great, the staff is friendly. Also have bench tables and TV area for kids, snacks, drinks. You can also fill up your water jugs with purified water. Bathrooms are clean. Parking can be tough to find sometimes but other than that the place is Awesome.

About a month ago in July, I was miserably hot, and in pain, but resigned to try to do my laundry myself. I was still healing from breaking my right thumb and left wrist in March, and I hadnt been able to go to the laundromat in forever. So I had 3 tremendous piles of stuff to wash. But after I arrived and realized what bad shape I was in, I decided to ask the attendant to tell me how much they would charge me to do my mountain of laundry for me. I was so surprised and pleased at the low cost, and I quickly asked her ( Faby) to do all of it. Only an hour later, my phone rang. My laundry was done and ready to be picked up!When I arrived, all of my dirty clothing, sheets, blankets, towels, throw rugs . . . everything . . . was neatly folded and stacked. Plus Faby had put everything into a big, clear plastic bag! Then she asked if I needed help getting it to my car. I said yes please! When I got home and started to put things away, I couldnt believe the care each item had been given.That was a month ago. Then today I took my dirty laundry in again. Faby wasnt working, but Michelle took care of everything. It took less than an hour this time. Same wonderful work, careful stacking and plastic bag, and once again Michelle took the huge bag to my car.Im completely impressed. Id never had anyone do my laundry for me until last month. Wow. They CANNOT know how *special* they made me feel and how *relieved* I have been to have their assistance.

Its a very nice laundry mat but the Spanish fat guy with a lot of tattoos that is here right now he is rude and gets mad with the customers went. They want use the. Restrooms he is. Just focus on his graffiti on his hats. They. Need. Someone else here

Not only are these machines overpriced, they do not take coins and require that you buy a laundry card. That in itself wouldnt be so bad except they have a crooked pricing system that ensures you will never be able to spend all the money you put on your card. On top of that they require you to put a minimum of $5 dollars at a time on the laundry card and it displays your first and last name on the screen when you use it. Who knows how much other personal information is on it. Not only is their pricing structure designed to make it where you cant spend all your money, the attendants are horrendously rude. My first visit will definitely be my last and only there.

Loved this place when I used to live close to that area. It was nice to be able to keep my daughter distracted while waiting for the clothes to finish by letting her watch the movies or use the WiFi on her phone. Great prices also nicest staff ever

The laundry card is free, just insert the money you’re gunna use to wash and it prints the card with the money you inserted. Very clean laundrymat and the machines look up to date. This is the best laundry place I been to In a long time.

It’s a good laundromat, sometimes a lot of people and children. It could be cleaner but the prices are good, I like that they have big washers.

Always a good place to do laundry as the employees are hard working and friendly. Even though we moved farther away we go there. However the owner must have givin up on providing internet as it has not worked for many many monthsNow that I know someone is reading this. If you fix the internet we will keep going. We live in El Cajon now but are faithful. I want to tell you that all your employees are awesome and helpful there. The newer girl the skinny one is awesome. She’s always cleaning and it’s not ratero see her on top of the machines doing deep cleaning. Hopefully when we go Saturday the internet will be working. Before you used to have a suggestion box or they would give us a piece of paper and give it to you that would be great to have a suggestion box.

Its a tiny place and always packed. Thats because they have good prices.

Love the fact that its clean, all machines work and its open 24 hours

A little pricey but thats because of hot water. You will always find this place clean and an available washer to your need. Staff are always around and you can even pay for you laundry to be done here. Also they have water machines, you can see the filtration systems, so you know its filtered water.

Do not like this place I hate that you have to use a card literally for everything even if you want to buy a snack from the vending machine

They have movies playing for the kiddos to watch plus another system for the adults to watch regular tv. - cool.... Uses a card system that can be really helpful but to use the services, it is on the mid-expensive side (Not super cheap but not super expensive).... They advertise new AC but they never use it so its pretty hot most of the time... Has free wifi which is awesome - the workers are pretty lazy and sits on the phone most of the time or disappears from time to time which is inconvenient when you need the bathrooms unlocked.... Not a bad laundry mat, but not the best out there

Clean, ans not so crowded. Then again i go first thing in the morning. It opens at 6:30 am

I would have given 5 stars but they were allowing another customer to Vape indoors, we shouldn’t all have to breath the pollutants of others. No smoking means no smoking.

Costumer service suck, using headphones when you need help they dont listen, they are working, shouldnt hold the machines for themselves the machines are for costumers
