If I could give no stars it would be a more accurate review.I called last week and asked for an appointment. I told her I had really bad tooth pain. I asked her if I could walk in and she said no. She said, they couldnt see me until 1 whole week later. I told her again I was in a lot of pain. I understand I cant be seen right away, but if someone cancels please call me to fit me in. Never got a call back. I couldnt wait a whole week. So I had to find someone who could see me as a walk in. Which I did find, I had to wait 2 hours but didnt mind, I was happy they could see me. I totally forgot about the appointment I made with them. She called with an appointment reminder today. I told her I forgot about it. To please cancel it. I had to go else where to be seen, because I had so much pain.She then proceeded to tell me that they are charging me a $40 dollar fee for not canceling 48 hours in advance. Yesterday was Sunday, and their office was closed. I cant leave a message because their mail box is always full. She could care less about how my tooth is, but Im getting charged 40 dollars for me not calling two days before the appointment. This is laughable! Way to take care of your patients! Take your 40 dollar charge and shove it. Im never going back to you guys. Your dental work is subpar. My new dentist has to redo a lot of work on my teeth because you didnt do it right! Steer clear of this dental office!

Be aware of this office, they tried to over charge us by a big difference of what my copayments were. I called my insurance they talked to them and resend them the correct list of copayments, and when I called them to checked the updated bill, they refused to give us services. They told me that we needed to go to another specialist because their dentist couldnt do the work. Is it because they were not going to be able to over charge me?

Overall five star treatment in all categories. Doctors, staff and office facilities are way beyond average. Office also provides iv sedation if you are a bit chicken. Go here if you need an awesome dentist, dr coletti and duarte will absolutely treat you right, they run one of the true crown jewel offices, and you wont get referred all over town unlike most offices. Go here.

This is truly the crown jewel dental office ive ever encountered. I give these dentists 5 stars straight across the board on every aspect of their office. the only exception is that I had to wait only about 10 minutes because the doctor was in super demand. he is an absolutely fantastic, genuine, trustworthy, and good warm hearted dentist-all of my 6 co workers go to dr coletti and they all feel exactly the same way. Dr. Coletti is a young professor and it shows. He put one of my co workers to sleep for his dental care and he was 100% grateful and satisfied. all the costs were discussed with me up front prior to treatment and there were no surprises. there office is on my insurance panel as providers. I highly recommend that you call this office without hesitation if you need a good dentist.
