Heroes of the day! Del Sur Dentistry rescued me from what could have been a much less enjoyable vacation in San Diego visiting with our son and family. While on our first flight since Covid began almost a year ago I bit into a hard cracker that was in my snack box and broke off a large piece of a crown on a back molar! Our son recommended Del Sur Dentistry and they did not disappoint! A quick phone call and they squeezed me into their busy schedule right away. From Joann at the front desk to Dr. Elizabeth Rodriguez, the great dentist who took care of me, the whole experience was stupendous. After x-rays and an exam Dr. Rodriguez made an honest and fair decision to put a temporary fix on the tooth to hold me until I got back to Colorado and my dentist there. Now I can enjoy my holiday in comfort knowing I can eat and drink safely with my repaired tooth.Thank you so much Del Sur Dentistry! You’re the best! ❤️

Working with this dentist has been a nightmare. I liked Dr. Ramezani and her dental assistants and hygienists, but working with the admin was horrible. She charged me a deductible for a cleaning that she wasnt supposed to, kept billing my insurance incorrectly, and kept blaming her mistakes on my insurance, which I didnt find out until I called them. It took me hours to sort out their mess, and in the end I still didnt get the fillings I needed done there because they werent billing my insurance correctly. The Patient Coordinator called me blaming my health insurance for her mistake, even though she made mistakes every single step of the way when billing me.I eventually asked to have my medical records sent to me, and after more than a month went by of no contact from them besides a check in the mail for the $50 they owed me, I had to contact them again to get my medical records sent to me, even though California state law says they must get them to me within 15 days and HIPAA says they only have 30 days.Over all, I have had to waste hours and hours dealing with the fallout from using this dentist, and I still have to get my fillings done by somebody else. Magically, my new dentist was able to bill my procedures correctly. I definitely recommend going elsewhere with your business if you dont want to pay out of pocket for procedures that your insurance fully covers.

I started going to Dr. Ramezani after my husband recommended her to me. I have 3 daughters (14,12,12) and she is ever so gentle with them. She is thorough and after each appointment, she spends time going over each of my girls examination outcome with me.BTW; the appointments are always on time which is very helpful with the busy schedule that I have.As to my personal experience, all I can say is that she listens well and then proceeds with her recommendation. Just recently, I had a procedure done and she did it perfectly and I am so glad I went to her.I highly recommend her.

This is the best dentist I have been to! I have issues with having work done and they were very accommodating. I even got a follow up call which I never have had from a dentist! Everyone in the office is great. I am even happy to come in for a cleaning.

Ive been a patient of Advanced Dentistry for over four years and, although I generally loathe going to the dentist, this is the one practice in which I never feel apprehensive. The staff is professional and knowledgeable like anyone should expect, but their greatest strength lies in the warmth with which they care for their patients. They encourage rather than push; they advise rather than scold; and they smile rather than treat you as a patient #.Dr. Ramezani embodies these very qualities to a tee. She will make you feel like youre the only patient there which allows you to voice all your concerns and needs. Shes straight with you,, but in a friendly and good-spirited manner. Most importantly, she is good at what she does. Take this from a guy who has been through too many dentists to count!Her staff, Nancy and Sara, are critical components of the practices success and atmosphere. I love Advanced Dentistry staff, they are all welcoming, nice and professional. From Nancy at the reception to the dental Hygienist to Dr. Ramazani. I have been going there for at least 7 years now every 6 months and I am never disappointed. Great service and caring staff.

Nice and friendly crew. The place is clean. Her rate on some of the teeth work are reasonable. I would recommend to friends and coworkers.

Dr. Ramezani and her staff are excellent! I dont normally do reviews but our experience with this dental practice has been wonderful. We travel over an hour each way for appointments and it is well worth the effort. Dr. Ramezani is so nice and goes out of her way to explain what needs to be done and why! We will keep traveling for our dental appointments!

Dr. Ramezani is great. She is experienced, understanding and cares about her patients. She is great with both adults and children, we highly recommend her!

I have lived in San Diego for 5 years and have finally found a dentist I love! The office staff are friendly, efficient, and so helpful. I chipped a tooth and they got me in to fix it right away.Dr. Roxana Ramezani is so kind and a great communicator. I have always had a sense of anxiety and stress with dental procedures and she always puts me at ease. I also love that they make suggestions, but I never feel pressured--ie. zoom whitening, Invisalign, etc.

I initially got introduced to the practice by a friend when I had a dental emergency. I actually was able to call Dr. Ramezani herself during off hours. She saw me that same day. I have been hooked ever since. She is a gentle knowledgeable expert in her field, Nancy holds the front office together perfectly, and the dental staff is verycaring. I have had to have two root canals and both times Nancy got me set up with appointments and Dr. Ramezani directed me to the best endodontist for my situation. Great care and great service!

I cant say enough good things about Advanced Dentistry. Dr. Ramezani is an amazing dentist. Shes knowledgable and professional, but shes also warm and caring and gets to know all her patients at a personal level. Every time Ive gone in, shes remembered things weve talked about before and she always takes the time to catch up and visit. She wont oversell on treatments or care. I appreciate her honesty and the fact that shes not out to simply make a buck on her patients. Her staff, from Nancy at the front to the hygienists who do the cleanings, are all warm and positive, as well as being efficient and professional. Ive been struggling with night Bruxism (biting, grinding in my sleep) resulting in Migraines, TMJ and Tinnitus for 3+ years now. I have visited evey kind of dentist, doctor and specialist for resolution without much relief or help for the root cause of my problems (Bruxism). Recently, a friend helped me find Dr. Roxana Ramezani DDS. Within the week I had an appointment with Dr. Ramezani and was on a treatment path utilizling an affordable, NTI device. In my 30+ years of dental services, Dr. Ramezani is the most gentle, professional, caring dentist I have experienced. She listened very carefully to my history and wasnt arrogant or condescending like many Doctors. Unlike most Dentists who use scare tactics to sell unnecessary dental work or convince you that everything in your mouth needs improvement, Dr. Ramezani is youthfully up-to-date on dental technology and treatment. She thoughtfully educated me on protecting and preserving my teeth, gums and investments Ive already made in my mouth. Together, Dr. Ramezani and I came up with ways to deal with my fears and anxiety about dental cleanings and treatment. It is nice (and rare!), to feel that a doctor is looking after my best interests - physically, emotionally and financially.
