If you are looking for a dentist its so easy to say Dr. Kim and Staff are the best, but listen to this as it reflects the depth of their caring for their patients! With COVID, after one year of being closed, the company that provides our medical and dental coverage was finally dropping insurance coverage after a year of them keeping our coverage even while being shut down (it was really wonderful that they carried us for the year). Our daughter needed some pretty extensive work done but now we had a deadline for when coverage would stop. Our family has been with Urban Dental for many years and when I got a call from Dr. Kim herself telling me that we were family to her and that she would combine our daugters treatments to meet the deadline for the end of our insurance coverage. And they did!! Our daughter even went 3-straight days with Dr. Kim and Staff to finish before the deadline. They did this compounding their work load. Comfortable, efficient, professional and caring dental office in downtown. Dr Kim has a gentle touch and her whole team makes sure you are well taken care of.The hygienists are great and the office team is helpful.

I would like to say that Dr. Kim and her staff are more than my 5 star rating! It was obvious they cared for your well being. I had a 3 hour appointment and surprisingly it went very fast. This was best dental office Ive ever been too! The staff was always friendly and Dr. Kim is an amazing dentist. She explained everything well so I understood what was going on and she spent as much time as needed to answer my questions. They’re equipment is so cutting edge that they made my crown at the office in less than an hr. Ive had numerous dental procedures by previous dentists and this is the first time that I have had zero complications after getting home. Dr. Kim delivers top quality work. The office is also so modern and relaxing. When I got there they offered me bottled water and told me to wait in the relaxation room with the massage chairs! Then when I got to the chair they had 2 TVs in the room, one in front of me, and one on the ceiling! I got to watch ESPN while getting my crown done. Look no further for an amazing office and a dentist that you can trust. I will only come to this office from now on.

Absolutely amazing people work here. I was in a accident over my vacation and chipped two teeth and Jessica offered to stay late along with her staff to repair my teeth so I didnt have to go toothless over my vacation! At 34 I was starting to believe I didn’t have any wisdom teeth and until this am they decided to emerge with a vengeance and became very painful.I called Urban dental and described my pain expecting to be seen later this week or next and to my amazement she got me in the same day! I can tell they really care about their patients well being and are very empathetic towards my situation in that I do not have INS currently and they presented many options for me to proceed with.From start to finish my entire visit at Urban dental was quick, friendly and most important comfortable. My nerves are generally uneasy in most doctors offices and that was not the case here. Jessica Kim and her staff are very skilled, professional and make you feel like a friend again adding to the experience. Clean facility with TVs, comfortable couches and a vibe that makes your stay pleasant.Urban dental will be my dentist office for now on for they have earned my loyalty.

Dr Kim is fantastic, shes very kind, friendly and gentle. Ive had some cleanings and a cavity fill. I hate needles! But her staff assured me I was in good hands and they were right! Very gentle, I didnt even feel the needle go in. My visits are always pleasant.

It was shaping up to be a horrible day off when my 18 year old front veneer popped off in my bite of pizza crust. The office that had originally put it in had closed some years ago and I found myself frantically searching for a dentist who could see me last minute and help me not look like a hillbilly. Reading the reviews of Dr Jessica Kim and her staff, including the charming Kathy Clark set me at ease. When I called they understood the nature of the situation and squeezed me right in. Long story short, I just found my new dentist. I havent felt that well-treated and looked after at a dentist ever. Highly recommended!
