********AVOID AT ALL COSTS************* This place blatently LIED on my exam documents. I had an exam conducted and the doctor literally lied on my paperwork. This will cause me to not recieve compensation from the military when im medically retired soon. I filled out a questionaire and even told her my jaw hurt when she put pressure on my TMJ. The doctor wrote No pain noted or observed No discomfort what kind of piece of person is willing to lie and play with my future like this? She also said my exam was conducted during a flair up and i was 100% good to go. Yet during the exam says dont worry about opening your mouth wide i can tell it hurts. Shes either getting paid to lowball on the exams or blatently doesnt care. Wow.... i expected better. Its sad how a doctor who is sworn to help people can just have 0 regard for someone who has a real issue and needs treatment.

Nobody wants to need oral surgery. But if you do, NCOFSC is the place to go. Dr. Thompson and his staff treated us like family (a happy family, not a dysfunctional one). Polite, caring, patient, explained everything well, excellent post-surgery care, too.

Dr McDonald is a wonderful Oral Surgeon! His patient care is over the top. He recently treated My son for his wisdom teeth and he even called to check on him that night. From the initial call to make the appointment and all the way to the end the staff was amazing!! I would highly recommend this office to other family and friends!!

Love this office! The staff is very sweet & knowledgeable, they even go above & beyond to verify insurance before hand and will call if there are any discrepancies. Dr Madsen is a wonderful doctor, makes the surgical procedure very calming especially if you have dental anxiety. Will definitely recommend family and friends to this practice!

I was referred here by my dentist. I saw Dr.Andrus and he helped resolve my issue in one visit. They accepted my insurance and my co-pay was no more than what I would pay to see a specialist. Weeks later I got a refund check in the mail because the insurance paid more. I appreciate their honesty and the professionalism. They were knowledgeable about my problem, resolved it in one visit and never over charged me.

My kid had his wisdom teeth pulled a few weeks ago. Today, he was complaining about pain in one of the sockets and we are concerned about dry socket. It is Friday and when I call, the message says they should be open today until 3 PM. I have called 4 times and left a messages and it has been 4 hours since they have been open. I have no way to contact the surgeon. Apparently they dont have an emergency messaging service if a complication arises, I dont think I will go back to this place ever again. It seems after surgery you are on your own. This is beyond disappointing and seems irresponsible for a surgeon.

Dr. Madsen extracted my sons wisdom teeth. I cant recommend him enough. Office was very professional and staff very courteous. I wish I would have known about him before. My daughters experience was not like my sons experience at all. Highly recommended!

Its hard to believe some of these reviewers went to the same place I did; my two experiences with Dr Madsen were exactly the opposite. As a retired Business Consultant I was extremely impressed with the friendliness and positive attitude at both locations from the entire staff ; Sarah, with Dr. Madsen, deserves special recognition; shes fantastic. As for Dr Madsen, he could not be more professional, with the calm, confident demeanor you want from a medical professional. The anxiety and trepidation one naturally feels when having this kind of work done were alleviated by his competence and calming attitude. And hes a magician with the Novocain; 3 teeth removed in two visits; no pain at all. Put simply,; they make an unpleasant necessity as pain free and pleasant as humanly possible. Sarah, Dr Masden, and his staff have been top notch; friendly and professional.

Impersonal and borderline rude, the office staff didn’t really care about my concerns or fears. They clearly lied to me and my wife. I would never go back to this office again and regret going this time. Find another oral surgeon, this one will leave you feeling unappreciated and devalued. I plan on reporting to this office to the medical board for their behavior and misleading medical practices.

We had my wisdom teeth pulled and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. This office truly values customer service and attention to detail. I was seen by Dr. Madsen he was very thoughtful in explaining all the surgical variables. He has a tremendous schooling and residency background and a wonderful bedside manner. He personally called and followed up to see how I was doing. The supporting staff were so welcoming and attentive. One of the better Heathcare expierences weve had....even outside of dental. These guys are great.

Found myself with a broken tooth and my dentist recommended Dr. Unhold. Extraction went great and the implant was even easier! Staff is very professional and helpful. In the process, my regular dentist retired and Dr. Unhold recommended a wonderful Dentist. Need an implant? I highly suggest Dr. Unhold and his staff!

Dr. Q was extremely helpful, attentive, and was available on the phone 24/7 when complications arose from my surgery. Highly recommended.

I had an awfull experience with this Surgery Center. The front office is a nightmare. They were rude, ineficient, and inconvenient. The girl laughed at me when I expressed my concern over making me wait for so long for this appointment and then denying my PPO when I got there. When I told her I was going to write this revue her reply was ok as she giggled at me. Way to go North Count Oral & Facial Dentistry, Great Employees... You must have got them on the cheap... LOL
