Darbys is such an amazing place. Unfortunately my parked car was severely damaged from a hit and run. They did the estimate to let me know if it would be worth fixing. Unfortunately the cost to fix was more than the car was worth. Jorge treated me like family. Very attentive. Very communicative. Went above and beyond. This shop is filled with good people you can trust. Ill definitely be bringing any other car needing fixing or maintenance here.

I have had an association with Darbys for the last 8 years. They have performed body work on My BMW. and 2 Mercedes. They have also advised me or recommended people who they believe provide quality service for interior repair, and windshield repair. His crew have repaired my front bumpers from parking lot wheel stops, both times at no charge!The body work on my BMW was excellent. GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! I walked in with a piece of my mirror not sure if it was repairable or if I needed to get an entire new mirror and Bernie came over and popped the piece right into place, enthusiastically. My mirror was cracked and all out of order and he fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Alleviated a ton of stress for me with car bills/maintenance! THANK YOU BERNIE!!!!! Hopefully I won’t be back for repairs but if I ever need them this is the place to go. They all seem like they genuinely care about you as well with the great customer service!

Brought my car here after running into some debris on the freeway, which include a traffic cone that caused most of the damage. Picked up my car today and just as promised, looks just like new. Jorge was great with every step of the repair process and kept me informed of everything. Highly recommend this shop for any body repair. The best body work I’ve ever seen. The body lines match up perfectly. The paint, I can’t tell where the old ends and the new begins. The entire back end, trunk, bumper, rear quarter panel (cut and welded and blended) tail light, front bumper, and grill. All done looks and feels like I’m pulling it brand new off the lot. Not to mention they update you every couple of day through the entire process so you know where your car is and how it’s moving along. I can’t say enough about them.

Darbys Auto Body does excellent auto body repair. They repaired my faster than the original estimate, that made me happy and when I went to the shop to pick up my car I had to check the license plate to make sure it was my car because Darbys did such a beautiful job I didnt recognize my own car! If you ever need any body work on your car, I highly reccomend Darbys Auto Body.

I recently got into a minor accident with my silver Honda Accord. The right side doors took on cosmetic damage, and there were dark black streaks along the doors. I went to Darbys because it had great reviews online. Upon entering the shop, I was impressed at the cleanliness and decor of the office area.I wanted an estimate for repairs since I also have right side bumper and fender damage (from prior mishaps on my part). I met with Bernie, who was very knowledgeable, but I really appreciated his honesty. To make things looks back to normal, it would be about $3000 to fix, which was reasonable. While I was there however, he took the time to remove the black streaks on my doors. It was not fast or easy, but he took the time to use solvent to remove the stuck on black marks. After a good 20 minutes of work with marginal success, he broke out the power washer to remove the black marks that were really stuck. When I asked how much I owed him for his efforts, he said nothing. I was amazed by his level of service! Im usually apprehensive going to any shop related to car repairs, but Bernie put me completely at ease. What a fantastic experience! Once I get the funds together, I will definitely be going back to his shop for repairs! Thanks Bernie for all your help...

These guys were great! Of course my car looked great when it was done, but that was to be expected. What I didnt expect was the awesome level of courteous customer service. Albert was in constant contact, updating me with the cars progress every step of the way, and they had it done in half the time other shops quoted me. Im using them exclusively for any paint and body work I may have in the future.

I came in to get a weather strip replaced on my 2006 Subaru Legacy Station wagon after an especially aggressive car wash ripped it off. As soon as I walked into the shop I was treated with warmth and friendliness. While other places may use a customer’s complete and utter clueless (me) in order to push more fees and services, here they take the extra time and effort to make sure they are doing everything they can to help you. I needed the part replaced that day, and they accommodated me immediately. I came with what I thought was the right part to replace it with, I was mistaken. They not only helped me find the right part at a local dealership but they talked to the auto parts owner and I got us the part for the dealership price. Albert was who I dealt with. I left feeling taken care of. This is an establishment that seems to really care about their customers.

I was in an accident six years ago at which time Darbys repainted the front end of my car. Recently the side thats in the sun all day (car is parked outside) started to show deep whiteish spots. Darbys repainted it under warranty at no cost to me, and the hood and fenders look beautiful!A pleasant surprise in a world where pleasant surprises are not so common!Thanks Bernie and Pedro for standing by your work!!
