TLDR: Great service, didnt turn down a tough job, and no upselling.I had a great experience with Teckrom. Their technician Radu continued to work on my fathers dishwasher, despite the mess and low likelihood of a successful repair. He fixed it in under an hour and advised me on other further needed repairs to the garbage disposal. I appreciated that he checked to make sure if I needed a replacement or not and sure enough; The outlet was dead! Im very grateful for their help and the pricing was reasonable.

I came home last night to an ice maker that was spewing ice everywhere. I contacted Cristian early this morning and received a prompt reply and window of appointment availability that was perfect. Such a great company to work with. From the office staff coordinating multiple services to fit our needs to our technician Gabriel. He showed up within the time frame, wore proper covid protection, and even removed his shoes when he didnt have to. He fixed our tv and was very friendly. My LG dryer stopped heating on a Friday afternoon and I was unable to find anyone to come take a look at it - until I called Teckrom. This business is Awesome. They came out on a Saturday, called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way, and arrived on time. The technician was very professional and personable, answered all of my questions, and even provided tips for future maintenance I could do to prevent service calls. The owner, Mr.Christian Sidor showed up a bit later as there was more wrong with the dryer than we had previously thought. He was absolutely terrific! Really went the extra mile to get everything working perfectly. And while he was running a test on the dryer he even checked out several of my other appliances, inspecting their condition, congratulating me on a few things and pointing out a few areas I could address if I wanted. Pricing was very reasonable. Teckrom will be the first call I make if I need an appliance repaired again. Exceptional service!I most highly recommend them!

Our dryer broke on a Friday morning, I called Teckrom and had a technician repairing it by Friday afternoon. Our technician, Joesph, was professional, efficient, and had our dryer repaired quickly. Our experience with Teckrom is one of the best we’ve had with home & appliance repairs! Highly recommend.

I used this place and was so happy, I told all my friends about how I did meet with the owner and after talking to him for awhile, it was clear to me that he knows what he is doing. He came out to my house to look at my washer and figured it out very fast. Fixed it right then and I so happy that I didnt have to buy a new washer. Saved me $700.00 for the replacement of a new washer. It is a LG, and he told me they are very good machines. What he found was a small blockage it the water level air tube that tells the machine to shut the water off.

Yesterday, Julian came to give me a quote on an issue with my fridge. I then got a call from the office secretary to schedule an appointment for Monday for the repair. I asked if there was any way they could do it on Friday. They not only came on Friday but it was the owner of the company Cristian. Both gentlemen were super nice and I was quoted an accurate price. They are very professional, friendly, and do a good job. I always hate calling repair companies as a female because I think I’ll get ripped off but I never felt this way with Teckrom. Cristian and Gabriel are absolutely amazing! First time Cristian came to my house was approximately a year and a half ago to assess my refrigerator. I had another company look at it and wanted to charge me thousands for our repair. Cristian came and said, “How about we just add some Freon for now. I think that’s all you need.” He fixed our problem and did it for free... wouldn’t even accept a service fee. Recently, I had a different problem. Our refrigerator kept clicking on and off. This time around, he came and assessed the refrigerator again and said I needed a new message board and maintenance. In addition to a new filter that we have never changed. He Gave me a quote and said he would order the parts and if he can get it cheaper bc sometimes, he can get discounts, he would charge us less depending on what the part cost. Once again, he did not charge us for that visit. Today, Gabriel came and did the maintenance (it was a filthy mess up there ), switched the message board, and changed my filter. All we paid for was the parts and labor for changing the message board. Also, paid 50 dollars less than my original quote. I will always call Cristian and I’m going to tell all my friends to call him too! This is a wonderful company!!!

Personable and knowlegeable

They did call me back, and told me to throw out my refrigerator, parts replacement not available for that refrigerator. Another company came out and replaced a part and fixed it right away.

Tech came out installed a new icemaker and it didnt work. Tech wanted to come out to get the ice maker back I tried to schedule a time with him to come out and pick it up and he never responded. Now they send me a bill. I have the text messages to prove I tried to get him to come out. Its been sitting in my garage in the box since 8/9/19

Our fridge lost cooling. They answered our call at 5:pm and came over in less than 30 minutes. He worked until 8pm. Food saved. Thank you Christian.

LG repair facility. I called to get my dishwasher from Home Depot repaired, as Teckrom is the authorized repair facility for Home Depot and LG. My unit was damaged during shipping/ factory packing. The unit was smashed along the back of the dishwasher. Teckrom and LG refused to repair or replace the unit. I have not yet unpacked it and I am stuck with a dishwasher that will not work. This is horrible customer service and I will not puchase another LG appliance.
