A bit spendy I think..but called Saturday and dryer worked Monday at 10am. Thats stellar, fast service. Just not cheap. They charge the retail repair price recommended by the item manufacturer. for dryer wheel kit ... Needed every 5 years for LG it was 359.

The water is dripping from my refrigerator and damaging the hardwood floor underneath. The guy looks at it (refusing to at least pull the fridge out to inspect), and tells me this is condensation and it is normal (condensation that somehow did not happen for the last 10 years of the fridge life).I: what can be done about it, i need it fixed (remember hardwood floor)he: nothing (put the towel under, maybe) - it is normalI: is there like a tray you could suggest to catch the dripping waterhe: no. It is normal. it is condensationI: can we add additional insulation to prevent condensationhe: no. it is normal. CondensationHe asks for the $79 check and takes off, while the water is dripping ar the rate of drop every two seconds, definitely not a condensation, but the leaky tube underneath.Two stars are for showing up on time (the same) day and for returning the money after the call to the office.I think the business model here is to collect the $79 diagnostic fee and then only fix it if convenient and easy, not waste time if the issue is a little deeper (the guy did not even have tools with him to pull the refrigerator out of the niche it is in)
