My two year old gas dryer started making a terrible squeaking noise. The office staff was friendly and scheduled an appointment for a tech to come look at the issue right away. He was personable, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue right away. Im very satisfied.

Sergey came the same day it was scheduled and identified the issue with my refrigerator. The part I needed was a bit costly, but Sergey was able to work out a deal on the labor cost and I really appreciated. Very happy with the outcome.

Had a great experience - called to have my fridge serviced, got an email with a photo of the technician who would come. Guys showed up on time, fixed the fridge, then fixed our dryer and gave us lots of good info on maintaining our appliances. I would recommend them highly.

Mike is THE BEST in town. He can do anything in my book. My Dryer needed repair. Mike was on time,very polite, assessed the Dryer problem quickly and professionally and then went to work on it. Not only did Mike repair the dryer, he had to virtually disassemble it to replace the part and then reassembled the Dryer in its entirety and this was no easy job. The Dryer works perfectly now.I heartily recommend him!

Shane and Peter accommodated our schedule and came by right on time for the appointment. They were able to figure out how to get into a non-standard microwave panel and replaced the broken part. The microwave is operating like new again.

These guys are friendly, and are straightforward. Although repairing the washer job took about 3 visits to fully fix, they didnt charge for each one or by the hour, just to finish and complete the job successfully. Replacing the drain pump was definitely not something that I could do by myself, since it required moving the entire stacked washer setup -- and these guys were pros, keeping everything clean and tidy the whole while. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience with a Freezer repair. The technician gave us a quote, ordered the parts, and was back out quickly. When it turned out to be less severe than the initial estimate, we werent billed for the extra parts that were ordered but not used. Will not hesitate to call again in the future.

As good as it gets - the price was not as high as I thought it would be, Mike did everything possible to satisfy my needs for my leaking dishwasher. He fixed the problem and still further advised measures for preventative care. Mike is very knowledgeable about appliances and friendly too, he has no problems explaining things (as I do get a bit nosy on the educational side) and he is super easy to work with.Excellent service. Great service! I called after being told by another company that my dishwasher needed a new control board after little inspection. Guys from this company came out the next day to check out the issue and was able to fix it within the hour. No new control board needed. Amazing! I highly recommend them!

Honest. Prompt service. Reasonable service fee. -- My refrigerator stopped working. Mike was here within in 2 hours. Said he thought it was my compressor, but wanted to return the next day to confirm. When he returned and confirmed the problem, told me it was not worth fixing. He didnt try to sell me an expensive service. He made two visits for a very reasonable service fee, lower than that quoted by other companies.

This company was able to give me same day service and accommodated my request for a later time. Joshua came out to service my whirlpool and he was able to figure out what was wrong really quickly. He was friendly and super knowledgeable. I really am thankful he was able to get my dryer back up and running.

Great service. Our dishwasher wouldnt drain and my review of the owners manual trouble shooting guide didnt resolve the problem. Mike showed up during the advertized 2 hour window of time, he was courteous and very funny. He solved the problem within 5 minutes. He also provided some advice on refrigerators (whether is was worth spending on a high-end fridge). Would use this company again and would ask for this master.

Was not satisfied with the initial repair of my refrigerator, because after repair it broke down after a week. I called the guys from this company (Mike the master), who made repeated repairs of my refrigerator and explained that during the initial repair I had an old part (fan) installed. I have to agree with all of the 5 star reviews. I had left a message on Sunday with the type of oven I had and the problem. When master arrived today for the appointment, he knew exactly what the problem was, had brought the part, and fixed my oven in 10 minutes.

Our fridge was not cooling any-longer. Called in this company (after business hours) and Mike showed up 2 hours later. He was professional, knowledgable and quickly identified the problem.
