They fixed my dryer and its working fine now. They were professional and rates seemed reasonable for the hour spent.

I called them to repair our Wind Crest cooktop. Three of the five burners kept sparking after the burner was lit. The tech showed up and inspected the unit and said he would have to order parts. Understandable, but after a week they said they couldnt find them. A week later I spoke to the tech and asked him if he had checked on getting parts from the manufacturer. He said he had not done that yet. Several days later still nothing. It took me ONE Google search to find the manufacturer and they were local! Wind Crest said it was the igniter switches and said they could send them to me or I could come and pick them up. They even gave me the instruction sheet to replace them myself. When I called AnB to get a refund they initially refused. Not sure if this is incompetence or laziness but I wont be using them again.

This company sent a technician out to view our issue. The technician spent 5 minutes on the machine and determined a part was missing and they had to order it to return and correct the issue. He did not take the machine out or look at it in depth. After several delays the technician came back out and took the machine out and looked at it in depth. He then proceeded to yell at my wife when I was not home. He accused my wife of breaking the machine, threatened that if he found out she broke it he would have to leave and do more work, and was extremely disrespectful. After finally fixing the issue I reached out to inform the management of this extremely unsettling interaction and the management did not care. They said they would not issue any sort of refund and if the machine was fixed they would simply just leave it as it. Please do not allow these people to enter your homes and show a complete level of disrespect to you or your family. Do not ever work with a company that demonstrates this level of disrespect to a woman or anyone else.

I made an appointment with this company and they failed to show for the appointment. When I called to follow up as to why they failed to make the appointment, they kept hanging up on me. In other words, they would not take my calls. I would not trust a company that fails to take responsibility.

Great service! I called him on a Thursday morning and within 90 minutes repairman was at my house working to repair my fridge. He even went to market and back to pick up a needed part and still completed the job the same day for a reasonable price. Very pleased.

You dont find many people like Mike these days. An extremely likable fellow with loads of integrity. He was on time, got our dryer working again, and charged a very reasonable amount. If an appliance breaks down at least Ill get to look forward to working with him again. Thank you Mike, and keep up the good work!!

It started off with our stove not working, looked online and found this company. Mike came the same day and checked it out. Turned out the gas line had been broken and the whole stove needed to be replaced. We got a used one a few weeks later and as promise, he came by and installed our new stove at a very reasonable price. Mike is a solid down to earth guy and we are happy to do business with, very knowledgeable and courteous. Will continue to call him back when the need arises. Highly recommended!

This guy is great. Able to fit you in on short notice, arrives on time and he fixed my washer and dishwasher without over charging. I believe he charges you per fifteen minutes. Would definitely hire him again.

This is the best appliance service I have ever received. Mike is a very talented specialist. He was very flexible with his schedule and accommodated me the next day after I called him about my broken dishwasher. He arrived on time, took the whole dishwasher out to assess every inch of it. After three hours he replaced two parts and only charged me for the parts (not labor). Wonderfully nice person as well. I will only go with this company now.

Our fridge gave up on us in the early afternoon and nick was there by 6pm. He provided us with fast and honest service. I appreciated that he called a few times to update me on his arrival time rather than having us sitting around and waiting. I definitely recommend him.

Mike is the nicest guy in the world! My washer was leaking from the front and he immediately knew what the problem was. He said that something metal got in and burned the motor lo and behold! He opened it up and there was a piece of metal! Must have come off a piece of underclothing! Mike was very professional, trustworthy and efficient !
