Able to get an appointment quickly and around our schedule. Immediately was able to identify what the problem was with our dryer (we had no clue why it had stopped working) and was able to fix it same day. Its working great! Even gave us tips to help prolong the life of the dryer (and our washer!) as long as possible. Very nice and professional. In and out very quickly as well.

Peter has been my appliance repair tech for years. Hes super honest, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. He has fixed refrigerator for me in the past, but today he fixed my microwave. When I would close the door the light and fan would remain on. He expeditiously took it apart, fixed the switch or whatever was burnt out, tested everything and left. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

I had a dryer emergency on a Saturday. The lint trap in my front loading, stacked washer / dryer set was packed with lint and I needed to wash clothes for a family outing. I called Saturday morning and Saturday afternoon Sergey came and completely cleaned out the system, and repaired the loose dryer door and a broken door lock. It was also more complicated since these are full size stacked appliances. The dryer is stacked on-top of a washer. Without being asked he even rebalanced them so that the dryer stopped vibrating. I highly recommend this company and Nick! I will definitely be using them for all my appliance repair needs in the future.

These guys are great. Called them as a second opinion after a previous company gave a dire diagnosis on my washing machine (failed motor, needed to replace the machine). they came right away, diagnosed a much more minor problem in 20 minutes, and replaced the part the next day. then they fixed a little issue i was having with my stove for free! they were fantastic.

Wonderful experience! I called about our 3-year-old Whirlpool icemaker not working and was offered an appointment the next day. Alex arrived, took the icemaker out and was able to tighten and reset it in a matter of minutes. I recommend this firm and would call again if I had problems with appliances.

Kyle called my husband back on our request for service on a 10 year old dishwasher. After getting the model number and symptoms he diagnosed over the phone that the model was at its lifespan and it likely couldnt be repaired. Saved us a wait as well as a service call. Ill call him whenever I need service.

Diagnosed problem and suggested easy fix we could do ourselves instead of charging us for repair.

Switch for our dishwasher got turned off - we didnt even know there was a switch. They came by, found the switch, and said no charge. Definite;y call them again with an appliance problem.

Thank you Mike on getting me up and running after my move. Washer is back operating as is should. Showed up earlier than scheduled, price was less than quoted.
