The summit at Point Loma is the very best quality youre going to get in this area at the cheapest price. The staff are very friendly and the management team continues to goes above and beyond for those who live here. Parking is a little rough because theres only one parking space in the garage and the rest is street parking but if you can get past that I truly believe that this is one of the best places to live. If you come and visit even once the breath taking views alone should get you to want to stay.

I lived there for 3 years and absolutely loved the staff and their professionalism. The area was always kept very clean and the pool and Jacuzzi were maintained regularly.

This was the first apartment community in Point Loma I called. Abby answered immediately and was exceptional. Kind, thorough and took the time to listen to my needs and timeline. She let me know shed be available the next morning if I wanted to come tour the community. I called first thing that day and she scheduled me for her first open appointment. Immediately entering into the front courtyard was a great first impression. Clean, pretty landscaping and well laid out. Beautiful pool and patio overlooking the city side with plenty of nice seating and lounging. There is also a really large BQ patio area in addition, a great place to work outside - as it has wifi as well. The workout room is big, with new updates, very clean (restroom was spotless) - no need to join a gym. Abby listened to what I was looking for and took me to the options with ocean side views. The units were both great options. We talked about what seemed best and Abby had answers and details and great advice on everything. Her warm welcome, pride in the community and professionalism made all the difference in the world. By the time we were back down to the courtyard, I had made a decision to apply on the spot. An easy process, filled out the application in their business center - which has computers/printer for all to access. Within 15 minutes I had it completed and Abby had an answer for me right when I got back to the office. The leasing process has been such a positive experience. I would highly recommend taking a serious look at The Summit at Point Loma. We are so excited to move in soon, and beyond happy to have found a unit here! After talking/touring with Abby, there was no need to look elsewhere - perfect location for us - easy bike ride to the beach, ez access to the airport and city etc. Underground garage doesnt disappoint either- with ample storage as well. Overall, just an instantly cool vibe and feeling from the minute I set foot on the property. One, and done search! Definitely check this out... :)

We lived here for over three years and it was a great experience. The property is very well kept and we always felt safe living here! We never had any issues with our neighbors being loud or disruptive. Also, the maintenance team is the absolute best (especially Ernest).

I love this place! Been here 2 months now everyone’s super friendly and the staff is incredible, Safe area with gated access and garage parking what more could ya ask for 🤙🏻

My old roomate Marquis💋💋💋lives here. Its a very nice place with beautiful pool fitness center and its gated wirh under ground security parking. The neighborhood is busy. Alot of people out walking their dogs. Only thing is its located at rge top of a steep hill. With the shopping center at the bottom...thats very convenient to Have so many stores so close, but rhe hill is so steep and a total workout to climb. If you are young and strong, well, no problem....but its not fun if you arent. But the complex is very nice and marquis us a wonderful, respectful and kind neighbor to have💟
