I would give negative stars if I could! Do not live here my truck was stolen from here and our vehicles have been broken into 7 times! Cops do nothing about it and the apartment does not care! Horrible place to live!

My wife and I just toured a 2/2 and for the price they are a fantastic deal. No carpet thought the unit, they have a patio/ balcony with laundry hookups, and a spacious walk in master bedroom closet. They do 11 month leases and Brenda, the property manager, is very responsive. Hope to call it home soon and will update The review once we get settled in.

Maintenance is usually always same day or they get there to fix issues ASAP.Brenda is the property manager, and she’s the best manager I’ve had since renting in San Diego. Upkeep around the area is great. If you have any issues in the community they are very good at addressing them.If you put down a security deposit they are very thorough about what they will use it for. This is the first complex to give me more than 50% of my deposit back. The apartments are nice on the inside, spacious, especially for the price range. Neighbors are friendly.Highly recommended.

This place was horrible. We had to end our lease early due to military orders and everything went downhill from there. Even when we moved in there were broken blinds and they tried charging us to fix them even though we proved they were there prior. They finally just replaced them but then our bath tub started leaking and damaged the apartment below us. They came in and fixed it and a month later the crack reemerged and then they had to do another fill and try to fix it again but it of course came back, by that time we were on our way out and didnt even bother at that point. Not to mention the management was very upset about us leaving early due to us being military even though we had NO choice. They fought to charge us on every little thing even though we kept the apartment in the same way we got it. We did have a dog so they did charge us a pet cleaning fee of 135 but then even after that they charged us an additional 135 for just a cleaning fee. Our first week here there was a prank that had teenagers pulling the fire alarm almost every night and every week after that there was almost always a police car patrolling due to just other horrible tenants that they allowed. Thankfully our neighbors immediately surrounding us were all very nice but they agreed this is one of the worst places they have lived. Supposedly you cant have more than one or two guests at the pool but management plays favorites and youll find somebody having a loud party with at least 20 people and blasting music and you cant even get in the pool or hot tub because their kids are splashing and throwing things and management is sitting there not enforcing anything. Afterwards they leave all the trash from their party and the pool area looks like a dump. Also we had issues with multiple skunks on premises due to the trash always being overly full and our dog even got sprayed and we repeatedly asked management to call animal control as a tenant has no rights to call them evidently and then came a family of raccoons also, like four or five of them. Even had the police going door to door one day due to a fugitive that had been hiding in one of the apartments, granted thats not necessarily on management but it seems like they were very strict with some people and with others they constantly looked away. There is also a huge roach problem that included a hive right in front of our stairwell that we repeatedly mentioned but because they werent in the apartments yet they did nothing about it. Of course soon after we had baby ones in the apartment here or there and they were very lax about trying to even treat those, my husband and I had to try and do it ourselves, which is hard when the entire building is already infected and you are trying to keep them out of just one corner while they repopulate and come back. Also our apartment was facing the highway and as such every night at specific times you will hear one or two motorcycles blast past and if you have your window open by chance it has the similar affect as a helicopter flying overhead. Parking is just a complete disaster, you have an assigned spot but of course nobody adheres to it and youll often come home from work especially if you work late and find your spot taken and all free spots as well so you have to try and contact the tow truck and hope they get there soon before whoever it is comes out and moves their car. If you have more than one car and cant find an additional free spot you have to use the street which for our neighbors resulted in many break ins and even someone stealing their car eventually. To add on to it even more its located right next to a sewage processing plant so every time you open a window or door or god forbid go outside it literally smells like poop everywhere and almost never stops. And the ac barely worked and leaked all over the patio. Honestly just one of the worst renting experiences. Would no let recommend unless extremely desperate and even then just know they will try and squeeze every dollar out of you for anything they can find.

Man this place horrible. They have one maintenance man. When I moved in, the place was filthy and there were nats all around the sink. I told the lady at the desk and I had to fill out a form to get maintenance to come fix my problems and after they finally arrived after not showing the first time they were supposed to, they stilllll didnt fix everything. Every time I call I get an answer machine. No matter what time it was now sure they answered the phone before I paid any money but afterwards. Haas! I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE. They are horrible, its not worth your time.
