Pretty great spot to live, nice neighbors, killer views at higher floors.

My wife and myself always felt safe, and at home! Staff was a phone call away and friendly. Victor was always helpful. While I moved onto a home, Id be happy to call Strata home again!

Really nice building and great staff that is always available to help with anything that is needed. Location is perfect, very close to gas lamp and everything good downtown. The views are great and unique from each apartment looking over the area. Security is very good and the building always feels very safe. I recommend checking it out!

Great 24 hr front desk service, attentive and timely maintenance staff, good management. 6 months here now, been nice. Would recommend. 🙃

Strata is very nice. The building is nice, and the staff on site is great. Always very helpful and friendly.My frustration is with UDR, and what appeared to be an unethical business practice thats soured my entire experience.I moved out of the building, and left my unit spotless. During the move out inspection the maintenance gentleman was shocked at the cleanliness of the unit and mentioned they may at most need to repaint one small wall due to a nick in the paint caused by my movers.UDR not only charged me to repaint the entire unit, they also attempted to charge me a carpet cleaning fee. Yet, there are NO carpets in the unit.They claim this to be a mistake. Though to me, this appears a blatant attempt at increasing revenues in anyway possible.In Response to Quay @ UDR - Notice how there was no mention of the excessive charge for repainting the entire unit after being told in person that this would not be the case.I would like to note, I moved out of K1 Apartments on 13th St. (4) months prior, and received my entire security deposit back. K1 does not charge repainting fees at all.

My experience living at Strata was horrible. The apartments are nice aesthetically but get old quickly. People constantly smoke inside which fills your apartment with the scent of weed constantly. My neighbors partied until 2am or 3am during the week and even if you complain multiple times (on the same night) nothing is enforced or gets resolved. Some individuals even rent out their apartments as airbnbs and this went unchecked for the majority of the last 6 months so you get people partying and screaming throughout the week during a pandemic. They also decided to clean the parking garage, paint outside, and install new locks when the majority of the tenants were working from home and inconvenienced due to these changes. Management was notified of all these issues and we still had problems even after complaining 10+ times. Don’t live here.

Best bar downtown

Lived here for a few years starting from 2010. Beautiful apartments with great amenities. Some neighbors complained of loud noises, but at the time, my apartment was dead silent. Maintenance requests were taken care of very swiftly, though I only needed to contact them twice in the years that I lived there. The staff have been great. Honest and reliable. In the recent years, the type of neighbors began to shift to a less than civil type. A lot of neighbors had issues with each other. Pets were not taken care of well, and the amenities began to wear. It wasnt uncommon to smell the stench of urine from the first floor. Its very unfortunate. The staff were great, even to the last day. I hope it gets better.

I just moved here recently and its really sad to see another greedy corporate especially during these extremely difficult times. Shame on the management and owners. Do not move here and support this building.

Great staff and location. Very spacious units (1300 square foot 1 bedroom) floor to ceiling windows with 9ft ceilings.

Great place but with only $500 deposit you get a lot of rift raft in here, was living next to a couple yelling and screaming from the day they moved in. Multiple complaints to management did absolutely nothing.Staff have an attitude they do not need to worry about their residents.

I move to strata and has been incredible, I love all the amenities specially gym and movie theater.
