I ADORE this gorgeous community. They offer something that no other place in North Park has. The luxury experience being brought to such an upcoming neighborhood is awesome! They have gorgeous brand -new apartment homes, town homes, pent houses, with brand new appliances, HUGE washer and dryers, and amazing amenities. Their club room is so modern but has so much historic inspiration. PLUS they are super pet friendly. They even have a dog washing station! I could go on and on but really you should go check it out for yourself. Melissa, Barbara and Alicia are all so sweet and willing to help! 10/10 recommend!!

I can honestly say I have loved every moment living here so far! I had a great experience with Malia and Jorge helping me tour the apartments and move in. The amenities are top notch. I cant wait for the Jacuzzi to start working again! The staff are extremely friendly and actually care about the tenants. The complex feels more like a hotel than an apartment. The rooftop area is amazing. The residents here are extremely friendly and I love my neighbors. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are lucky enough to be able to find an apartment here, I would highly recommend it!

I just moved in and love it here. It is kept very clean and I love all the secure doors. I feel very safe here. It is a good mix of people and everyone is friendly. The staff is super nice. I had a lot of issues getting everything in but they always respected my feelings and were patient. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks😁😁

This complex is located in a convenient and central location in North Park. Staff is very friendly and accommodating to my needs. Even in the quarantine time they have been very easy to work with regarding moving in. Parking is secured which is a major plus. Units are well appointed with modern features. Workout area, pool, and rooftop grill are part of the amenities, even though they are currently closed due to pandemic. They made move in very easy! Highly recommend if youre looking for a place in North Park.

I have lived here for 10 months and plan on renewing.With all thats going on in the world ... *what a long strange trip its been* ... it still feels like home.The building has a nice layout, great amenities and I like my apartment.The staff is super helpful and easy to work with. Malia, in particular, has been personable and awesome. 🤓

It’s genuinely great. I have no complaints, really. Just Covid issues. But the Covid issues aren’t those problem. There is a reason I’ve stayed for 3 years!

This is a great complex with amazing amenities and a very professional and dedicated staff. I looked at many different apartment buildings in San Diego before choosing Vida North Park. The units are spacious and the building itself is in immaculate condition.

My husband and I worked with Alicia over the phone. She was so nice and helpful. We are a military family and have only 2 weeks to find a place sight unseen. She sent us pictures and dimensions . She was a major factor to why we said yes! Cant wait to meet the rest of the staff since working with her.

Easily the best place I have lived, Great staff and perfect location. All boxes are easily checked here. Security, amenities, parking, gym - they are all included and taken care of! Very happy with my apartment as well.

These property’s are beautiful and the people in the leasing office are so helpful. Thank you so much Barbara for all your help so far. The pool deck is amazing with all the bbqs and the gym has all updated equipment. We can’t wait to be able to live here in a few months

$2000+ for a studio apartment!? This is north park, people.... not downtown San Diego. These prices are ridiculous. Beautiful inside, ok...but at least make it affordable. I feel like this is only catering to a certain type of people, income wise and that’s just rude. To built this apartment building in the heart of north park but making it impossible for people to afford them. Then you have apartments of 2BR for $4425.00, SERIOUSLY!!! This is no La Jolla, Del Mar, or even Downtown San Diego. It’s North Park, a community of regular down to earth hard working people. Of course this will lined the owners pockets and the only positive thing is that hopefully bring the property value up for homeowners. In your tour I definitely hope you address that like any neighborhood North Park has it flair of homelessness. And the shopping carts and homeless people that linger around like all areas. $2000 to $4425 I expect a swimming pool and/or ocean view not a view of McDonald’s and gas stations.

Yes, the area is not as posh as east village (yet) - but thank god! It doesn’t smell like dog pee outside. The building itself is brilliantly boho chic. The pool area is comparable to The Mark in east village. This is a true community of friendly neighbors with fresh air and sunshine. I believe this area is the best kept secret of San Diego. Unbelievable food and bars, parks, and live music - without the tourist bs and fewer homelessness. Two minutes to the 163, 8, 805, hello! It’s a pure lovable neighborhood. And it’s just as affordable as mission valley minus the icky traffic.

Absolutely beautiful community with SO much to offer. North Park has never seen luxury done so immaculately!

Looking forward to moving in. Alicia has been stellar and makes me feel confident that Im moving into a great community with responsive and supportive management.I just wish that the community would support WebPass as an internet option for the cord cutters. Still hoping... :)

Studios start at $2,300 a month... thats all you really need to know. San Diego doesnt need any more of these expensive apartment buildings.
