Just wanted to mention the outstanding maintenance support that has always been provided to us and specifically mention Arturos for the excellent work he performed last week regarding the unplugging of our kitchen sink. His tireless work ethic and maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude while performing a dirty and very challenging task was more than anyone could expect and we thank him for that and the great work he did once again for us. There is no doubt that Arturos performance or work is reflective of the entire maintenance sections ability to provide a high level of service to residents. Again we thank not only Arturo for the many times he has made service calls to our unit, but to all of the maintenance staff for there hard work over the many years we have lived here.
We’ve lived here for almost a year now and we love it. The resident services office and maintenance team are awesome!
Sarah Stanciu with Del Rio apartment homes is amazing! Before, during, and after our apartment touring process she was very responsive, professional, and personable. She called to make sure I knew what to expect before my self guided tour as well as took the time right after the tour to answer all of my question, understand my needs/preferences in an apartment and even offered to send me over a few more floor plans at a sister property that she thoughts might better suit my needs. She promptly followed up with me the next day after our tour to see if we had follow up questions and has stayed in contact since. As a hiring manager myself I can say Sarah is a star and someone that improves the experience for her future residents. ***ask for her when you call to your this complex***Lastly, I’ve lived in another Irvine Property for the last 3 years and love the management team. The complexes are always clean and ready for residents to enjoy.
I have lived at Del Rio for nearly 3 years, and I am happy to call it my home! But what really makes this place stand out are their grounds crew and management/leasing staff. Everyone is professional, efficient, courteous, helpful, and kind. When I need anything fixed or have any issues/concerns, I enter the request on the resident app or email and I get a response and/or the request is complete within 24 hours or less. I appreciate and take advantage of the upgrades from the touchless drive through gates, resort style pool amenities with cabanas and TVs, fitness studio, top notch gym and outdoor gaming area with BBQ grills. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Its located right next to the trolley, so you can easily commute to anywhere in San Diego in minutes.Irvine Company Apartments is committed to their residents. Especially through the pandemic! We were given updates on how they were complying to the CDC regulations on keeping our community safe! Just renewed my lease.... Would recommend to anyone searching for a clean, upgraded, quiet resort style living community in the heart of San Diego!
DO NOT MOVE IN TO THESE APARTMENTS!!!!! CONSTANT BREAK-INS AND MOLD!!Like many others, I would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t be fooled by the nice appearance like we were. We have lived at the Del Rio apartments for two years now and our lease cannot end soon enough. For starters, today, on Christmas Eve, our car was broken in to for the THIRD time in the last two years. Literally steps from our front door in our parking lot. The first time we filed a complaint through security, who by the way was probably an 18 year old little girl who had absolutely no kind of training on how to handle the situation. The second time we reported it directly to the property managers. This time we are having to call the police and report the items through our renters insurance. I also once had a rental car parked in our lot and it was keyed. Despite all of this being reported to management, absolutely nothing has ever been done about it. No increased security, no cameras, no posters warning neighbors of high theft in the area or to at least report suspicious activity. You can find the security guards constantly hiding in corners of the development watching movies on their phones and chatting with friends. Never making actual rounds around the parking lots or doing anything of use at all. So we report each incident to management as they occur and are constantly met with “you can put your 30 days in if you’re unhappy” and even with that they would force you to pay your way out of your lease. And as renters, we have never been late or missed a payment. We pay our rent almost two weeks early each month. We have never once had a complaint made against us or have ever complained about any of the neighbors (who are constantly partying by the way). Homeless people are constantly wandering the project, digging through trash cans. Solicitors are constantly coming up to the door trying to sell items. It could be anyone committing the crimes but you pray it isn’t your own neighbors. Even our welcome mat was stolen from our front door! The break ins are the biggest issue but that definitely isn’t where it ends. We have had mold issues several times with no urgency to make repairs. The windows are lined with mold from constant condensation from the windows because the development is so shaded and gets absolutely no sun that the entire place is constantly damp. When we reported the moldy windows to maintenance we were told it was our fault for not keeping towels under the window sills and that they don’t clean windows. Once when they were running a giant dehumidifier to try to dry the mold caused by a reoccurring plumbing leak coming from neighbors plumbing, the breaker was tripped. The trip shut down our electric fireplace and it never turned back on again. I asked the managers to make it right by having someone come repair the fireplace as the shortage would have never occurred if that giant dehumidifier wasn’t in our house for a straight five days. Managers advised us to make a claim through our renters insurance. So, again, nothing was done.It is an insane feeling to not feel like your hard earned possessions are not safe at your own home and that the people responsible for ensuring these issues are not a norm do absolutely nothing but try to work for their commissions. Once the property managers get you moved in, they really want nothing to do with you or your issues again. They rush you off the phone every time with no resolve ever. We have lived at places a lot less “nice” and have never had the amount of issues we have here. Save yourself the headache and move elsewhere.
PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW IN ITS ENTIRETY IF YOU WANT AN COMPLETE OPINION OF THIS COMPLEX.This complex is ok, so far. One of the most glaring issues is that its residents do not clean up after their pets. This is a HUGE pet peeve of mine (no pun intended). It raises major sanitation issues. I understand that the associates at the complex cant do anything more than tell residents to clean up after pets, but it is a significant detractor, none the less. And in the line of locations for pets to do their business, there isnt a lot of places for them to go because there is so much shrubbery on the grounds. The handful of grassy areas really concentrates pet potty traffic and results in foul-smelling, brown grass. Maybe my pet is a little too sensitive, but she tends to not do her business where there is a large amount of pet traffic and so she holds it. This is becoming a concern for me. If I had the ability to change anything about the grounds, I would remove the short shrubs and replace it with grass. The larger shrubs are just fine. They serve as a security boundary when theyre right up against the walls and windows on the ground floor.Despite the negative points listed above, the apartments are decent. I do like my unit, though they could have done better renovations. Most of the accents are pleasant. New carpet was installed in the living room, den, and bedroom and new countertops were installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Hard flooring (probably a laminate) was installed in the entryway, bathroom, and immediately outside of the laundry room. The unit has a spacious walk-in closet, which is also nice. The renovations werent all great, however, which leads me to the aspects where they skimped. The company used single-pane glass for the windows, which does nothing for the excessive noise coming from Friars Road (a major thoroughfare). Having double-pane glass windows would DRASTICALLY cut down on the noise coming from outside. I also wasnt thrilled with their choice of major appliances. The dishwasher is old (I dont think it was replaced) and the refrigerator is pretty small. I have to bend down to reach the bottom shelf of the fridge, which I can anticipate being a pain in my back (pun intended on that one). There isnt a lot of pantry space for food storage, either. That could be a problem, especially if youre living with other people. I do love the fact that AT&T Fiber Optic Network is available at this complex. This option allows me faster speeds and lower prices compared to competitors. I havent checked out the recreation centers yet, but I am also very impressed that the company has installed smart lockers for package delivery. I receive a text notification when my package is delivered, which means I dont have to guess when it arrives and it also gives me the peace of mind that it will not be stolen or misplaced.Management has been helpful so far. Granted, I have only been here for a week, but I do have high hopes. This complex is also a little expensive, but the times we live in have driven housing prices up across the spectrum and if you want a decent place to live, I suppose youll have to pay for it. After all, cheap aint good and good aint cheap, I suppose. All in all, I recommend giving this complex a look. There are far cheaper complexes in the San Diego area, but for my money, none of them were able to check the boxes like Del Rio.
From touring to moving in, Valeria from the leasing office was extremely helpful and consistent with answering all of our questions and concerns. We noticed a few things that needed attention from the apartment prior to moving in and Valeria made sure they were fixed.I would recommend for all of my family and friends to live here.
Ive been here about 8 months the beginning was great and so is the following the team in the office are excellent kind caring people that get on anything that you need done maintenance will be there and theyre the kindest people also its really peaceful here I just love it I see some reviews thats different but you have to try it yourself Im living experience at this place is great and that team in that office are a wonderful team they care and they go beyond to help I love it here
My company has been renting units at Del Rio for 10 years. At the time, it was an Archstone property. They have always delivered and done their best to solve the problems we ran into. The staff is always lovely to work with. These past couple years, its been Ryan, Precious, Sydney, Fritzie, Stefen Ive talked the most with, and they are always super friendly and doing their best to help. At times we do have annoying special requests- they always try to make it work. Out of all the properties we work with, they have been the most consistent and responsive staff. The location is great, super central, easy access to the freeways. Our residents at the Del Rio complex loved that it was close to everything and that they could hop on the trolley and go to school. The floorplans are really spacious and comfortable. The higher ceilings also contribute to that feeling of more space. Noise insulation is better than at many other complexes. You dont hear the neighbors as much as in many other complexes. The laundry room inside the unit is definitely a great asset as well.At some point, parking was an issue, but last year they fixed this issue by re-issuing new parking permits to everybody...problem solved. That was really needed, thank you!Despite the homeless people that can be seen by the trolley station, our residents felt safe at the Del rio complex.Towing is serious, definitely had a few residents/friends of residents who thought theyd give it a shot, but it looks like the towing company comes every morning, early. Make sure your permit is sticking and visible! So yes 5-stars! It feels like you get what you pay for! And thats hard to find in expensive San Diego!
Great experience living here - mainly due to Gabe being such a helpful and welcoming presence! :)
My husband and I have lived in Del Rio for 16 months and have really enjoyed it. The leasing & repairs teams are responsive, respectful and competent and they have gone above and beyond several times. As one example, there was a leak in the ceiling in our bathroom when the neighbor above us installed a bidet that was leaking. The maintenance team had to rip out the ceiling in our bathroom and completely redo it. Del Rio offered to put us up in a hotel during the repairs, which we declined. The maintenance team was communicative, respectful of our space (as much as they could be while ripping out a ceiling), and they even had a cleaning crew deep clean every inch of our bathroom when they were done without us asking. It looked brand new! Because we had declined the hotel, Del Rio credited us for the days the maintenance crew was there, again, without us even asking. Im used to living in apartment complexes where you have to ask (several times, loudly) for what you feel like you deserve. Del Rio was generous beyond expectation the first time around. Very grateful for this team!
We just moved in 3 months ago. Expectations were high after a pretty smooth move-in experience, but quickly fell. Bigger issues like Illegal activity every night, and smaller but frustrating issues like cars parked in red zones day after day are reported to Leasing Office and nothing is done about concerns. We are looking to move elsewhere at this point.UPDATE: Below youll see Del Rio Management responded, however they were already aware of these items as we have reported them DIRECTLY to staff, face to face, on multiple occasions.
I came to visit a friend and parked my car in the guest parking lot. While I was visiting, my car was taken away by a tow truck without warning and I had to pay a fine of $ 389
Save your money and the headacheThey’ll end up keeping your deposit upon move out. The area is the only good thing about this place. Homeless people are allowed to roam around the trash areas and the head of maintenance will give you a hard time for anything that needs to be fixed. This place is a waste of space, look elsewhere.
My lease is coming to an end soon. I loved living here. If I could afford the place myself I would stay. They take could care of the grounds. Any problem is quickly resolved. Staff in the office are all great. Poolside is a great place to relax and catch some rays. Gym is more equipped than most other complexes. Only neg thing I can think of is the parking. Im glad I rented a garage! Area is good and safe. Not much to walk to although everything is a quick drive away. Costco, Ikea, and Lowes is right across the street!!
Strengths: Maintenance team is responsive and quick to resolve requests. The landscaping and pool feels like living in a resort. Gas-powered grills available. Direct access to the trolley. Walking distance to Costco, IKEA, Lowes, Starbucks, two banks, and many restaurants.Weakness: if you face the trolley, you will have to get used to those bells and sounds.
I love this place, no real issues, decent pricing for SD, and beautiful apartment.
I have been trying to call them for the past 2 hours and nobody answers
Move out is a pain. Cleaning is pointless since they charge you $180 for anything missed. (Which can be as small as a smudge under the counters) $50 mandatory carpet clean even if there’s no stains. Any stains are additional charge and are at their discretion. They will end up keeping the deposit, save your money
My husband and I havent moved in yet but the employees at the leasing office are great!!! very helpful and they answer any and all questions you have. another thing that I was happy with was the fact that military pays no deposit / no application fees. I havent seen this at any of the apartments we looked at over in SD. I look forward to living here despite some of these bad reviews.
Lease was up early april made many attempts to ask that they not raise my rent due to the covid 19. guess what looks like they will raise rent anyway. wow thanks for your understanding during theses times. out of work. hope you put the money to good use.
Its been 6 months as I moved in and I am very happy that I did so!1. People in leasing office always helpful and patient.2. Maintenance always was done at the same day.3. And most importantly I am lucky with my neighbors, they are quiet and nice. They do begals Saturday, movie night at the pool with drinks and Pop corn, all for FREE.We have food tracks which comes every other day after 5pm.In my apartment humidity is high, but they put fan so I can control it and keep it low.People who use BBQ grill during the day sometimes dont clean after themselves, but now we have brash, and hope that people will respect each other and clean after themselves. Thank you for maintenance workers who clean it for us every day!!!I saw 1 star reviews about deposit. I have been renting apartments for 7 years and the fact that they change you for clearing and painting is obvious, every apartment complex change you for that not only this particular.
Customer service is great but they are not proactive or efficient when properly notifying residents with scheduled maintenance. They send out lazy vague text rather than specific times for the designated building in regards to when the maintenance will occur. They aren’t the best at communicating with their residents but do have great amenities. Would be a great community if the staff were more effective with keeping their residents informed in a more efficient manner rather than simple text messages. Do not recommmend if you have children. People smoke weed in the apartments and it goes through the ventilation systems. I called 5 times today because they poorly planned fire alarms maintenance and said it was suppose to occur at 9am but it’s 3pm and although I scheduled around the maintenance because they failed to coordinate properly my 6 month old is crying frantically and 2 dogs aren’t making it any better. Great job staff!!! An maybe if security did their jobs the homeless wouldn’t be dumpster diving in the trash cans but hey that’s why we’re a gated community. Just upset and things just keep getting worse with the property management. From: Not a happy resident.
Noise noise, constant noise. You can hear a pin drop outside of your window they are so thin. Can hear the upstairs neighbor every day walking around. POUNDING noise bc it’s so thin. I can actually hear him using the bathroom at times. I’ve been woken up by staff more then you want to know Bc of how loud it can be. I appreciate things being up to date but expect staff to be in your apartment once a month. You can barely cook in the kitchen without the fire alarm going off...it’s non stop. If you want a quiet place you’re not going to get it here. I can’t do another year of it
I love this place. Im supposedly in the not really renovated apartments and I really like it. Right outside my window are these Palm trees that flow in the wind. I love laying in my bed on my day off and just feeling the breeze and looking at the trees.
The apartments are pricey, but they are in a nice location and the staff is very responsive. Parking can be rough, but at worst there is parking along the street or in the parking lot across the street. The maintenance man was top notch and fixed whatever issues ASAP. If I lived in San Diego I would live here again no doubt.
Been here since September 2018 and zero complaints! From the customer service in the leasing office to the Maintenance folks diligently cleaning the grills every morning, place is absolutely perfect oasis to call home. It’s nice to know when you pay as much as you do for rent here in San Diego you can actually see your money hard at work, there always upgrading things or making something better. It’s going to be hard to ever leave this place...
The pool construction is last for 6months?! That is so terrible. Sometimes it starts before 8 am. very very very noisy. I PAY MY MONEY TO ENJOY THE NOISY ABOUT 8 HOURS A DAY. THAT IS SO COOL.
I lived at Del Rio apartments in mission valley for 1 year. It was a 600 dollar deposit. When it came to move out; they charged me for paint, carpet cleaning, and reglaze for the tub. Ironically; those charges came out to exactly 600 dollars. I also paid for a parking spot. If I were to come home anytime after 8, I couldn’t even find a parking spot. Guest would park wherever they pleased, and no towing was enforced. Apartment complex is nice, but probably the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent
We lived in del rio apartments more than 2.5 years, very nice location, very good maintenance and friendly staff,Planning to choose del rio again when we move to San Diego
The Apartments are immaculate, and the staff was very helpful with my move in. The staff members from General Manger down all went the extra mile to ensure the quality of my home and experience was and continues to be top notch. Gotta say this has been my best housing experience to date.
I thoroughly enjoyed living at Del Rio. We lived there two years, and just left in May. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and maintenance requests were handled with quick turnaround. Parking was a mild issue, as was the drag racing happening on Fenton Parkway, but regardless we loved our apartment. The layout was great and the pool area was wonderful to utilize as well!
Update: I noticed that the noise levels from constructions where cut significantly. It could be due to the changes that were happening in the complex. As Im leaving San Diego, Id share with you that the place is great for family or students (Professional students of course). The staff are really helpful and always respond with what they can help with. The maintenance guys were really helpful. Really recommended. I lived here for the past 5 years for my undergraduate course and now Im done.
Great team, everyone in the office and all the maintenance team as well!
We stayed here for about 11 months and we moved out recently. When we first moved in, the construction of the pool was supposed to be done within couple months, but it dragged and got delayed for months after, but we waited! Dogs are barking in the apartments and they are everywhere! so be ready to deal with that..... security was a joke, they would let homeless people to be in the community and go through trash & recycles, parking has been very bad since as a tenant we are not allowed to tow even if the cars dont have the tag! funny even their security cant have the vehicle to be towed! so have fun finding a parking spot at night while other people from nearby apartment communities are parking in the spots with no parking passes. we did our pre-move out inspection and the guys basically told us doesnt matter how much you clean, youll be charged $157 for deep cleaning, prorated cost of painting, carpet cleaning fees etc which I find it very expensive but fine... I just got another bill for Bath tub reglaze for $200!! i called them and they told me there was a stain in the tub they could not remove! we had that stain in the tub when we first moved in, but I never reported it because I didnt think it was a big deal! so report EVERY little things that is wrong with your apartment when you first move in or otherwise they will do their best to keep your deposit.
The construction is very noisy and disturb rest a lot. When we ask when it will finish and no one know it. Don’t think it’s worth the price. The environment is very bad. Since I live here in August, the construction never stops. I pay for $2400 every month but they didn’t give me good experience to live here. I can pay the same price to find a more quiet and clean apartment. Horrible place!
If I could give zero stars I would. I can’t wait to move out of this place! Apparently you’re allowed to smoke.. our downstairs neighbor smokes and it blows up into our apartment when the door is open. Left multiple complaints but never got any results. Meanwhile I walk too loudly and I have security at my door giving me a noise complaint.. such a joke, I have hated my time here
I lived here for 3 years. I worked odd hours and never had a difficult time sleeping in or napping during the day. It was a wonderful place to live. Good location. Staff friendly and accessible. My one complaint was there were some nights when I was unable to find a park space.
Good luck dealing with the noise, probably quieter at a Frat house to be honest. My son barely sleeps and I have to get up around 3 when somehow the noise is still going on... shouldve done my research better.
This a lovely place. My grandson lives here. It is close to everything. Its clean and looks like a safe place.
Just resigned for another year. Love the staff... love my huge closet. The noise is durring the day and thats because they are upgrading the property. Who doesnt love that. I have seen 2 homeless people in the complex in the entire last year and the staff got on that right away. Valerie in the office is amazing!!!!
I have lived here for the last 3 years and it was definitely nicer when we first moved here. Lots of homeless people, lots of trash and shopping carts. Area is good but for the money go up to Portofino or Monte Vista.
There’s no parking . I feel if you live here, paying 2k plus ... why can’t I just come home and not worry about circling around for parking for an hour . There’s no point of having a sticker .
Loud parties usually on weekends. I was parked on Rio San Diego Dr. Saturday night reading in my car and someone threw a beer bottle at my car from the 2nd floor balcony, loud bang as bottle explodes and glass everywhere. Down the street another broken beer bottle, in a straight line from same appartment balcony. There slide door was open lights off so they cannot be seen. Surfboard and towels in view.
Noise from workers at 8 am somedays. And depending on where you get your apartment you may be able to avoid regular noise from outside for example, children screaming every morning, Trucks, people talking, workers chopping trees at 7 am, weird sounds, trolley, cars. Other than that this place is goodUpdate 3 years later:Horrible security, my car got broken into and both my passport and laptop got stolen.my car was inside my garage with opened garage doors
Who ever that kid was spinning the Del Rio Aprtments sign at 12:30 on 11/26/16 on the corner by the Starbucks needs a raise. Usually the people just stand there but this kid was doing hand stands, spinning on his head, etc. He needs to raise! Good job.
Lived here less then a year love the community and the environment, very helpful and upgrades are beautiful.
Windblower every god damn morning. Cox cable is not available in this area. Your maintenance people are very bad as they dont replace or renew damaged equipments. A lot of homeless people around the area so expect police regularly. The parking system is so stupid, there is no way in hell that it would contain the amount of people living in the complex. Comparing to other complexes you can get way more space for the same price. Strange noise every day and children crying through the night. Overall, do not live there.
My favorite place I have lived here for two years its quiet place helpful and very friendly stiff. located close arabic food (luna grill), IKEA, Public library, Costco Wholesale and trolley station its very appropriate for international students especially SDSU students
Ive been living here for a few months now and I loved it at first until last week, i was out of town and my car was parked on the line and supposedly taking up two spots. Del rio went out of their way to tow my car through western towing, keep in mind I am a paying resident and they towed my car. I now have to pay over 300$ to get my car back from the lot because del rio couldnt just knock on my door and ask my wife to move the car, instead they had to go the extra mile to tow a residents car. I will not be renewing this lease, terrible customer service, terrible way to treat your paying residents.
Quiet, comfortable, secure, pet friendly, clean, friendly, and quick to follow-up on maintenance issues. Great place for everyone.
Construction and loud cleaning noises. all. day. long. Cant enjoy a quiet day EVER
I was surprised to read some of the negative reviews about this complex. We LOVE living here and think that it is all around great. First off the location is wonderful, we are in walking distance to a great shopping center- Costco, Ikea, Lowes, Islands, Luna Grill, the Library, etc. The grounds are really pretty, great pool, and fitness center is average but does the job. Maintenance is really quick whenever we have had a problem. Staff is very friendly and always available and willing to help. We wish they would email us when we have packages or some better solution but that is just a small issue. Love that all the apartments have laundry facilities and PARKING. We have 2 spots included! The laundry and parking sold us on this place. We also love the community events they have had for us- all free and well planned. We especially loved the mixology, painting and italian dinner. Would totally recommend this place to others!
Hello,Honestly, Im in love with this place. I have been living here for almost 2 years. I will definitely renew my contract. All of the employees in the leasing office are respectful and professional. They make sure that all residents maintain a calm/peaceful environment. I have noticed that many people complain about construction noises and whatnot. Seriously? I mean its a one time thing that Del Rio provides every once in a while to make improvements in order to let the residents enjoy their stay. So lets not distort the reputation of this place. Del Rio is unlike other apartments that Ive visited. The first thing I noticed is that the place is secured and that the management cares about the safety of the residents. Thumbs up to that. Second, Del Rio is an open place which means that you can enjoy a good walk and breathe fresh air.. well... kinda fresh air.. unless if there was a volcanic eruption or other catastrophes that cause pollution.. I dont know tbh. ANYWAYS, I like the place. Haters gonna hate. Thank you. At least 5 stars. #Respek&LoveAnd yeah I forgot to mention the main UNIQUE features about the place which is the LOCATION. Everything is near you, LITERALLY. You name it! IHOP, Starbucks, Subway, IKEA, COSTCO, etc. Last but not least, the trolley station is a life saver. You can go to SDSU, Mission Valley, Fashion Valley, etc in minutes. Great place. Stop hating.
Literally the WORST place to live in mission valley. You will pay ALOT of money for the most basic apartment, they never get around to fixing anything, they do not maintain the securitys phone number, so even if you do have a problem(drunk, loud, people in the pool) you are completely by yourself on the issue. They never clean anything. And theres never enough parking. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM please take your hard-earned money somewhere else!
Do you love waking up at 8 am every morning for no reason while you have classes at 11 or even noon ? Do you like to complain to the people in charge to make some adjusments and yet nothing changes ? Then get on boatd and welcome to Del rio ! To be fair your apartments location plays a big role but ive been trying to change mine since i got in and its a hell of a pain to be in my location. Its either the wonderful del rio matenince that likes to use the windblower every 2 days just below my window, or its the trucks going back and forth to ikea, sometimes its some cars that just like to park and BLAST the music and crank it up tp the highest level. As a college student, this place keeps depriving me of sleep, the day my lease ends is gonna be a day to remmember because I will restore something every human needs, a good sleep. Its all im asking for now but in my location you can kiss that goodbye. I will not lie and will say the place is alright as they have a great pool and an ok fitness center. The parking spots is a huge problem sometimes. Overall, I dispise this place and can not wait for when my lease ends of some miracle from god above comes upon me and somehow the lease gets broken.
My appartment does not look like the model I was shown. Upon moving into my new appartment there was no hot water in master bath, no cold water in kitchen sink, refrigerator was so loud I couldnt hear tv. The air condition vents are very noise as it there were marbles in there. I wasnt provided with a mailbox number. Ive gone to the office to swap my gate chip/fob and none work, Ive now scratched my driver side rims while trying to get thru the front gate. Theres no assigned parking and Ive gone in circles several nights looking for parking. Pool area fountains were very dirty. Everytime Ive called the office, except for maintenance, they never ever pick up the phone. Im very dissatisfied with my appartment.
The only advantage is this place is that they have two separate complexes (one for pets and one without pets). Units need to be remodeled and they need to be a bit firm when it comes to towing car that are not suppose to park there.
Very expensive and parking is terrible! I work late and I have driven around both complexes at 1:00 AM and there was not one parking spot. I have a parking permit, but it is useless, because all the spots are taken. Management has no solution other than making be buy another garage for $100 a month.
Customer Service is Zero here. Nobody cares, Nobody reply to your emails .. total ignorance.
Beautiful place!
Live laugh love
Del rio deletes all bad comments.
I love it here!
Extremely noisy, dogs barking 24/7.

I lived in building 2276 for a year and it was great experience! Very safe, clean and quiet. Also good community. It’s far 1 min from trolly station even though I didn’t hear a trolly noise along one year. There is doors you can access to the station. Staff were so friendly and helpful. If you are Costco, IKEA fan you will be happy to live in del rio it’s far 5min walking. If I’m back to San Diego it will be my first choice.By virtue of my residence there for a year, my experience was wonderful with them. I tried more than one residence before what was settled in Del Rio. I chose only Del Rio for more than one reason. America) and their treatment is still fine due to my correspondence with them regarding insurance, they were very careful that I received it!The location of my apartment was excellent, as if the neighbors were respectful and in many gulfs. If you are a student at SDSU, the apartments are excellent, located in downtown and the university. You can use the metro a minute away from the house and have special doors. And housing closes at night and entry becomes private keys, and no time have I heard about theft or problems in the entire complex. In a swimming pool, a business center, a club, near the Costco Supermarket, Ikea IHOP, Starbucks, an Arabic restaurant and more. Finally, I see an excellent choice for SDSU students.
I am working in this place and we are leaving it very elegant
The best places to stay for students are close to Trulli
