This management company is completely unresponsive. I am totally disappointed in the quality and professionalism of this company. DO NOT rent a house from them if you can avoid it!!!

I want to thank Karen Solorzano for her amazing knowledge to me as a new home owner. I was looking for a PM, and she has been nothing but helpful; during the whole transition! She has helped us find tenants and made sure the I was completely involved in knowing if the future tenants were qualified etc. Highlight of everything is that she is very responsive to all my inquiries and makes sure I completely understand everything.

Hi everyone; This company is horrible. Please be so careful to deal with them. I was interested to rent out the property at the ocean beach. I was calling them more than 20 time and each day they answered me differently. They asked me to fill up application and paid fee then they showed me the property!!!! I am not kidding!!! I told them how is possible? They said this is what it is. In addition; they gave me a number of one guy who never ever answered his phone or text messages. His name is Brain . Just be careful do not waste your money for this company and Staffs. They are bad

We have had Kadash managing our properties in the San Diego area for over ten years. When he went out on his own and started AMG Management & Realty, we of course, went with him. We have been extremely happy with his management ability. He completely understands his business and is a hard working, self starter. We trust him implicitly to make decisions and to implement them when we are out of the country and not available. We absolutely love that he is very responsive and returns phone calls, texts, emails very fast. We would recommend him and his company without reservation.

I previously put a review for 5 stars after living at our rental property a month....what a mistake that was.AMG is a HOT MESS. Try calling and talking to someone. It is rare that they will answer their phone. IF they by some rare occassion do and you explain to them your problems (ant infestation, garage door broken, lock for house not working, closet door broken), they will pretend to document it and tell you that someone will be calling you soon to fix it. No one will call you. You will try calling AMG back during business hours and no one will answer. You will also drive to the rental office in hopes to get an answer and will find out that they actually left an hour early from when their office is said to close without any notice. If you do talk to someone multiple times (rare), they will bullshit you and tell you work orders have been sent. When you ask for the companys name and number so you can check in with them, they will mysteriously not know the information. When you finally get it from them and call the company the company will have no record of work orders sent.I honestly dont know how these people keep a business open. It really isnt that hard to document and follow through. We are paying you rent to live and you should take care of our issues. Getting the run around from you people is frustrating and not how business should be done. Also when you guys cannot reply to emails or phone calls in a timely manner (1-2 days) and you cannot even be in the office when it says the office is open is just outrageous. You all suck and I will be letting the owners of the home know all the issues you have given us. They are way to long to list here. Rent from anywhere else if you can.

AMG manages the property where 2 of my small businesses are located. They have been managing it for several years, and I have never had any problems. Kadesh responds to my requests quickly and always finds a solution to any issues. The rest of the staff is friendly and accomodating as well. Keep up the good work AMG!

I concur with the others that had rotten experiences with AMG. Leaks, mold, lack of hot water, roaches, disruptive neighbors, transients accessing the laundry room and making a living space for themselves... one time they didnt pay the water bill and the water was shut off. The list goes on and on. No emergency after hours #. Slow to respond to these issues and takes a very long time to get things resolved. To sum it up they are in violation of tenant laws. They have no issue when it comes to making sure the tenants pay their rent on time otherwise you incur a late charge immediately. What a disgrace of a management company!

This place collect the application fee for renting a property on Narganssite Ave on Ocean Beach before showing the place . They have never called me or return my application fee . Just after i called so many times they said the place is already rented and we will give your application money back. They never done !!! Interesting thing is now i check Craigslist again and I noticed they again put the same apartment for rent . I believe they collect application fee and making money with that.

As a client of AMG Management for a long time, I am delighted with the services and wise advice. Our property has been in there care for about a decade and the results of their effort have been an improved property with higher income and potential value.
