The community is ok sometimes feel unsafe because of the lack of proper lighting. And just an FYI, it wouldnt be so bad if you would get rid of all the bugs, it is ridiculous.

The Staff is Eager to assist at all times . Ms. O and Ms. M. Are available to resolve any issues or concerns in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.

Parking is horrible. Cars are constantly doubled parked over night.Apartment is infested with roaches and mice.Faucet on bathtub has been fixed numerous times still doesnt work correctly.

I would recommend these apartment they are close to everything even the trolley and bus ect. they also have a playground for kids and garages. they also have good maintenance on call, and everybody is friendly. also pets are aloud.

I was interested in renting here. So I had an appointment to come and see the apartment, and I had the application already filled out and ready, so if I liked the place I would submit my application. However a day before the appointment to view the unit, I noticed a pending charge on my checkings account for the deposit and credit check! Wait! What? So, I called my bank and put a stop payment! I never even submitted my application, or viewed the property! I never authorized them access to my bank account as well. They now have a credit collection company after me for the money! HELL NO! I called R2, the collection agency, and disputed the debt and explained to them the situation. They tell me to talk to the apartment complex! However they just ignore me! Im relieved this experience saved me from living here! What a nightmare that would have been! And they will NEVER get $190 out of me! Dont even waste your time or money here! Just read all the other horrible reviews!

This place is completely out of line. This is by far one of the worst apartment communities I have lived in. There are roaches in the laundry room (among transients and drug dealers/users) roaches in the apartments Roaches on the outside. And they know it and Pest Control comes every Friday. I have looked over my lease time and time again to see how to get out of my year lease. Not to mention I have had my packages stolen and my car stolen from the parking lot. And surprising seeing how 9/10 I have to park a block away or at the 47th St trolley parking. A lot going on to be paying close. to $2,000 for rent. And even the rent fluctuates on a monthly basis. For the amount you pay at Creekside you can get a beautiful apartment in El Cajon or Lemon Grove and actually feel like your family is safe. I would never ever ever refer anyone to live here. The one positive review that I have is that maintenance is always prompt and helpful and Paulina in the front office tries to work with u

Management staff and maintenance are always there when you need help with something. And have always treated me and and my kids with respect and made us feel welcomed.

I used to live in these apartments in middle school back in 2003. These apartments ruined my childhood I swear. Roaches everywhere (especially crawling in the wall when oven is turned on), violence (gun shots, dead body found in canyon, house broken into, gun pointed at me, almost got jumped, etc...) Idk if it was because my family was placed near the trolley station close to a dumpster, but it was the worst living experience that I ever experienced. My younger sister barley remembers it because she blocked it out. After reading the comments in 2018, looks like they haven’t changed at all!!!!

The price of rent here is too high to live in a roach motel. The roaches are your roommates here. (Roach infestation is aweful here).Homeless people pick through the garbage and leave everything on the ground, so the outside of the place sticks like old rotten garbage.The neighbors bump and stomp all night.I wouldnt recommend living here unless you are homeless and desperately need a place to stay.Dont say I didnt warn you...

Positives: I love the location and the aptNegatives the maintenance guys are friendly and mean well but their methods to fix or address apt issues is neglectful and with no attention to detail with quick fixes that in the long run are costing the company more money. The side boards are not placed correctly with gaps where the roaches come in and out. electrical issue fixed by cementing the socket. Fumigated 4 times and tried all suggestions by fumigator still have a problem. I dont want to move but Im EXHAUSTED from trying to get rid of the roaches and not able to cook since they fall into the food. I have written management. At this point housing dept should declare this place a slumlord..

I like living here, only problem is roaches year not so much in my home but they do bug me, but my main complaint is parking I hate having to cone home after work tired and late or whatever time and to find that I have absolutely no where to park... people do park in the middle of two spaces to save spots and its absolutely annoying because there should assigned parking spaces since its such a big complex... there is a lot of old cars that have been parked looks like for years and some live out of those cars... I give 4 stars because I like living here just wish they would fix the parking issue because I believe if were paying rent water trash electricity and whatever else, we should at least get 1 assigned parking space for our vehicle... I think since so many people have complained about the parking it should be resolved...

They insist on raising the price every year when they never handle the roach problem which is ridiculous. They plague the complex so bad. The dont stick to the parking stickers so you have to park blocks away from your apartment because everyone and their mom parks there even if they dont live their. The property manager does nothing to fix this situation no matter how many complaints he gets he only cares about you paying rent and raising prices . Terrible place . Only one star because thats as low as I can go

This place is awful. Coming home from a late night of work, I cannot find a parking spot on site to save my life. We have residents double parking left and right. There is no initiative of keeping spots in order. There is absolutely no control of the people that loiter here. There is a fiend parked and practically living in the parking lot. The laundry maschines are garbage. The staff is very unintuitive with the way things are ran here. Their office always seems to be on lunch whenever I pass by. Would I ever rent here again? Definitely not! As spotless as my countertops are, there are roaches. Maybe its because of the over flowing dumpsters which are constantly out in the drive way. Simply put, stay away from here.

The aparments are beautiful but ALL of them have roaches. They have someone come every Friday to gel or spray but believe me it wont work. They will tell you in 3 to 6 months you wont see any roaches but thats a lie and once you move in you will see them constantly forever. The laundry room at this place has roaches, the outside has roaches. There is a creek near here, so some may believe all the roaches may be coming from the creek, but thats all a lie, the roaches are coming from the neighbors and now all the walls of all the apartments. Mostly everyone here is embarrassed of there apartment because of the roaches.

This place is disgusting! Roaches, fleas, bad neighbors, you name anything bad it has it. Dont rent here unless you want to be overcharged for a run down aptartment, never be able to sleep and get robbed. They even ruinned my credit by charging me for the carpet that was already old and infested with fleas when I moved in. By end of summer my dog was bald. And if the manager wants to bash me in a response I have a long long list I could add!

My boyfriend went to the office to pick up a application and the manger wouldnt even talk to him decided to have a personal conversation in front of him with the maintenance man talked to some of the tenants in front said they had roaches and the manger were rude also they are way overpriced for that neighborhood unless you need a 4 bedroom

I have been living here for 10 years and I am very comfortable. Maintenance service is fast and very attentive. Everything is close to the apt. Shops, schools, freeways and the trolley. Quiet atmosphere.

I like the place because it is close to school for my children I like it because it is the friwey when I need you to tell me something about the chosen apt. Send someone and most importantly I like the support that kinda yla compression Grasias
