Great company to work with in the temporary housing industry. They are always on top of their game. Nomad develops the future for temporary housing.

My wife and I stayed at a Nomad apartment just outside of Detroit for a few months in 2016 and it was a generally positive experience. The corporate side of things could be a little irritating at times but the actual apartment and the local team who helped us with out with a few things were always wonderful to deal with!Wed without a doubt stay with Nomad again.Hope this helps!

I am really thankful to Nomad for their excellent service during my month stay in River Terrace apartment (Santa Clara, CA) recently. I forgot some of my important belongings in a drawer when I vacated River Terrace. I was so happy when I got them parceled by Nomad at my doorstep. We stayed at a Nomad corporate apartment for three months. The apartment has a broken refrigerator that freezes all of our food. The bathroom fan doesnt work. The dryer had to be replaced. All the furniture is the lowest quality possible. Kitchen utensils are lowest quality from Walmart. The rate is also extraordinarily high and they require 60 day notice to vacate.

Broken glass on the floor of the apartment when we checked in. One badly cut foot later and we wont ever be using Nomad for temp housing again .

Worst customer service ever.
