I have known of this company since moving to San Diego in 2001. The late Becky always had a smile or laugh to greet you. She was awesome & super friendly. Roger is excellent at keeping up with different laws that constantly change, especially when it comes to city, state or federal. You know where you stand with Roger, which I think is very positive, but some others are not so open minded.

Have no Idea why any home owner would choose these people to manage their property. They are not responsive to repair requests, lack the ability to pay electronically, they have to be contacted multiple times for anything. Ive been in my place for three (3) years now and have had to pull teethe to get anything done. They threatened me once with enforcing a portion of the contract when I took it upon myself to fix something I repeatedly asked them to address. I have now refrained from fixing anything but have to suffer with broken assets after requests for service. I believe that if the homeowner knew their performance, they would find another company quickly. Then I keep reading reviews that they steal peoples deposits and its probably due to their own lack of servicing items when requested. Poor, Poor, Poor!

They will Steal your Security Deposit for some reason for sure.I lived in my place for 7 years & they didnt do a Damn Thing without at least 6 Requests Ignored.If You want to rent Do Not Use This Company. Theyre CROOKS!! If you have a Property, for God Sake & your Investment go Elsewhere. Theyre Slumlords & Thiefs.I now have to Sue Apartment Finders and my old Landlord for $675.00 theyre trying to keep for Back Rent in October 2012. They now say that I owe them in 2017. Sorry Pal, not this guy!! See U in Court Roger. You want it You Got it. The Summons is going to be filed before you can say Jerkoff for which You Sincerely are.

Biggest Rip off Artists in the county. They walked through and said everything looked great before I moved out. They then hit me for $1200 in cleaning fees after I spent $400 on maid services. They charged for carpet cleaning on carpets that were destroyed when I moved in. They told me not to paint because they had special touch up paint. They ignored my concerns about the outside porch leaning 15 degrees. They did nothing about a broken dishwasher for 3 months until I put one in myself. Liars and thieves. Im so glad I dont live in California anymore.

This is a disorganized and shoddy company, I dont know why my landlord chose to have them manage their apartment. They cant schedule walk throughs without messing up the time, pathetic

They no longer do apartment still the same business same advertisement same sign, two stories from two different workers. Thank you guys
