I have the income however my credit is a 580 and my wife’s is 630. I just transferred with American Airlines to San Diego however we can’t get approved anywhere. Any recommendations?
Truly a HUGE rip off. A true con. Stay far away!!!
This company is a shame and I would refrain from doing business with them. It’s takes upwards of 2-4 days sometimes to get a simple response from them and their emails are the most unprofessional emails I’ve ever seen. The apartment complex they were negotiating with kept complaining about how slow and unprofessional they were. The apartment company would call and not be able to get a hold of them for 2-3 days. It’s impossible to get someone on the phone. If you call them it goes directly to an automated system telling you to book an appointment online if you’d like a simple question answered quickly. I was suspicious of this company and my suspicions turned out to be right. Any company that sends emails written in all capital letters and in four different colors is something you should steer clear from.
I booked two appointments. This company did not respond to their booked appointments, they ask you to do for communication. I got an email saying the company was bought out by another. Seems to me with a new business cutting off people is the wrong thing to do. I was told maybe in two weeks they would be open again? Yet, I see pop ads saying others have signed up?? Last weird thing, when I go to click on some of the icons a message pops up saying, stop trying to steal from me?????? Let a few vocal messages with no return. What do you think? I have went through cancer as a single mother, and my fico dropped . I have never been evicted. But I can not get into a new place because of this, horrible. Good Luck
Im not sure how it all worked out because I was speaking to a guy named David who seemed to know a lot about the apartment industry and here I was sending money without meeting him which everyone agreed was stupid. I did it anyway because I really wanted this to work out because I had already spent literally thousands of dollars just on app fees. I really got desperate when I offered to give the apt leasing office 3 months UPFRONT rent to show that i would pay. All this because I have bad credit. No eviction NO broken leases and I don’t even have a parking ticket but I cant get approved in California. Googled this firm and a guy named David picked up and told me about some Corporate lease thing and so was like I never heard of this so what do you need from me. Employment check and $$ I then felt some what comfortable when I did ask the leasing office if they have heard of a Corporate lease and they said yes. I then thought I must be the biggest fool in the world because now David said pay us and then we will show you that we can get you approved. I was so desperate I did it and then within 48hours I was approved and the apartment leasing office actually knew who I was. I walked in that following weekend and handed them my Drivers License and they gave me the keys without any issues. Thank you so much for this. Thank You David and thank you Jean whoever you are that was with the corporate office and was working with the apartment. God Bless all of you guys.
You guys are the real deal. Sorry for doubting you guys and asking a million questions! Tanya in the processing department is the best. Completely on point.
All the places in san diego are expensive if they are half way decent! Here they expect you to have perfect credit and lots of money to live in this city! Im still getting over a divorce so my credit is still a ‘work in progress’. I sound luxury no credit check apartments to be very helpful and they did save me a great deal of time and hassle.
Well I have to say these people wanted all my income information to see if I could afford the rent at the place I picked out. They are real sticklers about this. Not that im complaining, just be forwarned that they don’t take everyone with a pulse. They actually care if you can pay the rent after they move you in. it was a pain in the **** because im self-employed. But after talking to them I get it. A legit company would really care if you can pay the rent. I can tell you for sure they weren’t after a quick buck. They told me “getting approved is the easy part”. Making sure you can pay the rent for 12 months is the hard part. And, true it was. I was approved in 2 business days like they said
I have had a pleasant experience with FRNCC. I am very grateful to find a company that helped me find and get approved for a nice apartment for me. Everyone there is very nice from David, Mark, Jacob and Rebecca. Even though the startup fee is very expensive, it was worth it. Thanks to everyone for all of you hard work! My family and I really appreciate it! And did I tell you I got 1 Month FREE rent because of this company’s credit ???
Excellent prompt and professional service. Keep up the good work
So difficult to get a hold of someone there! At first I seriously had my doubts because no one picks up the phone… but after I spoke to lindsey this all made sense and moving in dec 1st! (confirmed with the manager and all)
These people get good deals on the rent and move in specials for me!
I will be sending you everyone!!!! If anyone has a problem getting approved to rent you are my go to people from now on!!!!
Thank you !!! thank you !!! thank you !!!!
