I love living here! Beautiful amenities wonderful staff Roberto and Alex have been very prompt with handling any work order request. Alex and Scott are great and are quick to resolve any issues that arise. Theres so many options to eat right here on the property. Highly recommend.

Alex the manager is a jem! Maintenance even fixed other items I found after my initial inspection on the spot quickly and answered questions thoroughly! I felt I could trust him in my place alone or with the family. You dont find that quality of service often and Im pleased to call this place home.

I loved living here. I relocated to San Diego for a 6 month contract with my company and found their short term corporate rentals fit all my needs.My first day I had a problem with the scheduling of the elevator and was not a happy camper and was not very nice to Alex or Torin. Not only did they remain calm and professional, but also made me feel right at home and change my entire mood around. The rest of my move and stay was fantastic!I met the manager, Scott, when I was walking around the property looking lost when he helped me find my way to the pool. After what felt like a decade of chatting his ear off, he was able to recommend some of my now favorite places in San Diego. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and I cant thank him enough!I was really lucky to have a short walk to awesome food and local bars. If you havent tried the poke nachos from Sushi Freak, you must. I already miss my beautiful spacious floorplan and some really great neighbors i will forever keep in touch with.Thank you Scott, Alex and Torin for making Arrive home!

I have lived here for roughly 6 months now and my experience has been nothing short of perfect. If I ever need assistance with ANYTHING, Alex in the leasing office is always ready to help quickly and effectively and I cannot be more thankful for him. Very well run building!

The best part about this complex is Alex V, the property manager. He was the one who first helped us choose our first apartment, showed us every option available, and sat patiently for a solid hour while my housemate and I deliberated on all the options. If you want anything done transparently, efficiently, and in a timely fashion, the secret to success at this place is to deal with Alex exclusively. He genuinely has the best interest of the residents at heart, and has gone above and beyond to listen to our needs and requests fairly, objectively, and within reason. In all honesty, this apartment complex owes it to Alex for being an outstanding manager - he most definitely knows how to attract and retain tenants.I didnt know Alex previous to coming to Mission Valley, but he was so exceptional during our time here I needed to at least try and give credit where credit is due.

So grateful to Torin and the team at Arrive Mission Valley!!! They were incredibly helpful, and empathized with our situation. We drove over nine hours with two SUVs full of my daughter’s belongings. Our plan was to move her into a different apartment complex. Unfortunately it was not a good situation, and as her mom, I could not imagine her living there. We got a hotel and started the search for a new home. She remembered hearing about Arrive Mission Valley and booked an appointment for the next morning. We were both amazed by the amenities. Torin was awesome!!! He took the time to show us around, and presented a couple different options. We were literally ready to move in that day. I was so impressed by the community and all that it has to offer - charming Spanish style villa, top notch gym, beautiful pool and outdoor bbq area, meeting rooms, game room, a movie theatre... This place has it all, and the location is ideal. The Trolley is conveniently nearby for easy transportation around downtown San Diego, and there are several shops to get a bite to eat or relax with a cup of coffee. Parking is also secure in the underground garage. The residents are friendly too. Torin and the Arrive Mission Valley team (Scott and Alex) went out of their way to make this possible for my daughter and her roommate. Paperwork was easy and we received a quick response. The unit was not quite ready but they were able to move up the availability date with some calls. They even made a space accessible to store my daughter’s belongings for a few days. I am beyond pleased with this team at Arrive Mission Valley! I am comforted to know that my daughter is living in a safe environment with wonderful people around her. Thank you from a very appreciative mom!!! I look forward to visiting.

In the middle of Covid-19 I needed a place to move to from Bonita Ca and called Arrive Mission Valley and Alex answered, immediately guided me towards the complex with a kind effort to visit. My first impression of Alex was that he would be able to take action and structure and move in date within a week. He performed with excellence! The complex is nice, but with Alex engagement, My experience was smooth and flawless. Within the month he was responsible for the entire complex and noticed an immediate improvement in the community and when I had an appliance issue immediately took care it; He continues to impress me. Residents from arrivemissionvalley still stealing my amazon packages that makes me sad. that kill me hope and believe in humans . why is so hard to respect and not to take whats not yours.

We have been living here for a little over a month now, and the location is superb, as it is in the middle of all the main destinations in San Diego. Alex was of great help to both my roommate and I and got us through the move in process efficiently and quickly. He continues to help us with further questions and inquiries and am grateful that he is here to help.

Apartment was dirty beyond belief when moving in. Carpet in bedrooms was soiled with pet urine, and pet hair. Bedrooms also smelled of smoke. Human excrement stains on bathroom. Dishwasher broken. Roaches were found in the living room. Absolutely unacceptable condition.

I have zero complaints, the amenities are great, the whole building is always clean, the price is fair, perfect location, the leasing office is always open for any help and everyone there is so helpful especially Alex! I love living in Arrive!! Not only is it a great location, but I have found the facilities such as the pool and the gym to be very clean. The furniture and decorations in the apartment building are lovely, and the people who work here go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. Everything is so easy to navigate, the people are pleasant, its quiet, and its a great community.

Arrive Mission Valley is wonderful place to call home. The location is ideal and the amenities are fantastic. The staff is amazing. In particular, Marissa Padilla was so helpful during my move in when I needed a little extra help. Additionally, Marissa was again there for me and my family at the end of my lease. Marissa Padilla is professional, caring, communicative, and very concerned with providing outstanding customer service. I am very grateful for the 2 years I spent at Arrive Mission Valley!

Unless you want to move into an apartment where you constantly have to call maintenance for repairs and then call them again because they made it worse, black mold growing in the baseboards, then this is the place for you! When our apartment flooded, nobody was available to pick up the emergency maintenance line the entire night. Cabinets, towel racks, door stoppers, etc, fall apart weekly. Paying almost $3,000 a month has definitely not been worth the experience here at Arrive Mission Valley. My stay here has been overall very disappointing.

This place is great. Very affordable, really good place to live and is in a very good location for convenience. Amenities are of high quality as well. Service is great, Alex and Marissa in the leasing office are fantastic workers and are super friendly and make it feel very welcoming every day walking in and out of the building.

As a parent, you always want the best for your kids. You strive to love, care and protect them until they leave the nest. My son has lived at Arrive Mission Valley for almost a year now and my daughter recently moved in. We knew without a doubt that this would be a great place for my daughter to live, mainly because the grounds are safe and secure. Although she has a brother nearby, we find comfort in knowing that the community always has security guards walking the grounds and requires a fob for entry. We found the community manager Marissa and her team to be very helpful during the tour, application and move-in process. Although we already had one resident in the door, we were intentional in helping our daughter find a new home. Moving is a hassle but living here isnt! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

My experience here has been nothing short of perfect! Ever since I moved in, Marissa has been able to answer any questions I have and also helped me with a parking issue I had after hours! Unmatched professionalism and efficiency!

It’s alright, just have to call maintenance a lot. Feels like everything falls apart easily. Have to call maintenance at least once a week to fix something random like a floor board coming up or black mold growing out of no where.

Alex, our property manager at arrive, he has been very helpful making sure we find loss packages and also is prompt and thorough when answering questions we have concerning billing and our current ledger. Definitely one of the main reasons I recommend fellow USD students to stay here is because of the helpfulness of the whole downstairs staff, especially Alex.

Out of the 9 years that i have been here because i was an SDSU student and the convenient location near downtown, Maritza has been the most helpful property manager . Due to Covid I had to be away from my roomate for a few weeks, and Maritza lent my mom a parking pass because im in a wheelchair and my mom had to park her other car in the garage and take me and the van to Chula Vista Both she and Alex make a great team in the front office however, I do wish that soon they will upgrade the low income apartments or move in to a regular apartment because the recent bill passed which Section 8 being accepted in the City of San Diego, and vinyl flooring would help me to get around quicker and easier.

Residents use lot at night, then most go to work during day, which enables shoppers parking spaces while retail is open for business.So if you park in this lot, during day as a non resident...buy something 🙄

This was a fine place to live with good amenities. My only real issue with the place is the carpet in the hallways, I just dont care for it. The staff were nice to work with and the Manager, Marissa Padilla, was understanding when I broke the lease early to get away from a despicable roommate. I would recommend this apartment to others looking to live in the area.

Marissa and Alex have been an exceptional team during my process to finding the perfect home. Due to COVID I cannot move at the moment but will keep in touch and move in the future when it is a possibility.

I love living here for the following three reasons: First, the location is ideal. It is close to both interstates and beaches with easy access along Friars Rd. Secondly, the police station located across the street keeps the kids from racing up and down the street at night, and the 24hr security guard in the building keeps the building quiet so everyone can get a good nights rest. But most importantly, the building is maintained by a professional staff that keep it looking beautiful and are quick to make repairs when necessary. The leasing office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Marissa is doing an incredible job of managing the complex. Their doors are always open during business hours. If Im away, they ALWAYS answer all phone calls and get back to me right away. I am a retiree with a large dog, so being a pet friendly complex is a must for me. A quiet place in a great location, that is beautiful, secure, and professional staff, I would highly recommend to anyone.

The location of this building is superb. It is close to downtown and the malls. It is very comfortable to travel to Downtown even at night because of the security. The place is serene and peaceful at the same time. Building is well maintained. The hallway and amenities are clean and tidy. I can only give praises. Best community to live in. So far, so good. I’ve had to do everything remotely with Arrive as we are a military family that had to travel across the entire country to make this move. They took photos, allowed me to text back and forth, quickly returned emails with questions or paperwork. It’s been a huge stressor off my back having them to lean on. Marissa, Caylee and Michelle in the office have been extremely attentive, kind and knowledgeable. I had a lot of issues with deliveries being scheduled incorrectly, and Marissa the property Manager went out of her way to hold my packages and even had maintenance drop packages to my apartment before we arrived from our cross country drive. While I know we will have issues to come (apartment life comes with these nuances) I trust that the ladies in the office have my back and will help me handle all and any conflicts. Living in a complex that is also retail is not for everyone, and it’s a new experience for me. However, I think it’s going to be a great spot for our family and needs. Went on a self guided tour last week and the complex was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and Its definitely a prime location. Thankful for Marissa who answered all my questions over the phone, she was a great help.

All I can say is I have found what Ive been looking for. I have been living here for the past year and I am looking to extend my lease for many more years to come. What I like about living here is the cleanliness of the community and amenities. I admire that the management shows genuine care for the tenants. Just recently moved in here with some friends for the summer and found this place to be ideal. The staff we talked with were so helpful with the process of renting one of their properties. The facilities are amazing and the area is ideal for anybody traveling around San Diego. I especially want to refer to Casey and McKenzie as they were so accommodating and helpful to us! Would highly recommend renting here.

Living here is a breath of fresh air for my family. I cannot exchange it for any place else. My husband and I feel safe since there is always a security guard and we can let our kids enjoy the amenities without any worry. The people in the leasing office is very helpful and informative. Thru Caseys Guidance we were able to move in hassle free. This is a place I can recommend for a family to live in.

I love love love living here!!. The building is superb. The location is close to Downtown which I prefer its very convenient for me commute going to work. This complex is beyond amazing!! True definition of how management should be done in an apartment complex. The property is clean and beautiful. The balconies are just perfect! The location is great also! I have no complaints about this place. Modern design and great amenities!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! This place is extremely unsafe and shady. We pay extra for the underground gated garage parking and thieves still make their way in and burglarize cars. My car had every single tire stolen. Management didnt do anything about it. The Cameras do not work either. Picture posted. There are homeless people everywhere and the trolley is extremely loud to the point where you cannot sleep. This place deserves absolutely 0 stars.

Arrive has the perfect location and has great amenities! I am very happy with my decision to rent here and extend our lease for another year. During the summer it is so fun to barbecue by the pool and lounge in the hot tub.

Arrive Mission Valley has a terrible track record of getting back to people and following through on their given word. Ive called their office many times to hear the reply that someone would get back to me - someone will take down my phone number or email address, and then... nothing. I have to track down people to get issues resolved, otherwise the query will bounce around other staff members who arent familiar with my issue. The latest case of this was a billing issue for a residential unit - after over a month of back and forth communications with little progress, Arrive Mission Valley staff member Marissa Padilla conveyed that the billed charge would be canceled. I asked for this to be communicated in writing to my email address and the units residents email addresses and she agreed - no such email was ever received. Now, several months later, they have rebilled the residents (who have long since moved out). I called again today, only to be told that someone will email me. This did not happen. Arrive Mission Valley does not keep their word, and unless they proactively make changes and corrections, I will not amend this rating. Someone needs to hold them accountable.**UPDATE**: I sent the following email shortly after receiving the official Google review follow-up from Arrive Mission Valley directing me to their Cares Team, which I found highly tone-deaf in light of the many times their customer support team had overlooked my queries. When I sent this email, I addressed it to every single relevant community and area manager involved with the company behind Arrive Mission Valley (Trinity Property Consultants) and also hardcore Google-sleuthed the email addresses of the CEOs and Vice-Executives (IDK if they even were the right emails but it was worth a shot). I finally received an apology email six days after I sent this message. For those paying attention, one should not have to work this hard to get the attention of a community area manager in order to get a billing issue resolved. Adding 1 more star because they fixed this issue, but the company needs some professional development.

I love living at the Arrive. Everyone is so helpful and they are always there when I need anything. Casey and Mosie are always on point! If I have any concerns they help me right away. The complex is clean and the maintenance workers are so helpful, sweet and attentive. We love living here because it is central to everything and we love the amenities here. We highly recommend it!

Arrive Mission Valley is amazing! Not only are the apartments modern and clean, the amenities that come with them are second to none, I mean what other apartment complex has its own movie theater and game room?! Cant say enough great things about this place, as well as the leasing team being so kind and helpful!

This place is awesome! So close to work and to many shops in the bottom floors. Moises helped me find the perfect unit and was very patient with trying to accommodate my needs. Everybody is so friendly, the complex is clean, and like I mentioned, it is centrally located near to many places to shop and eat.

The community is very pleasant as I have not met many people yet. I do like the surrounding area and look forward to meeting more people the longer I am here.

Ideal place to move in. The management and their staff were extremely helpful and easy to deal with. The place is conveniently located. Its cozy, safe and the best part is all areas within the community is clean and orderly.

I went to arrive mission valley for my friends baby shower in the club house and I was amazed at how beautiful the community is. I went in to the leasing office to ask if they could point me the right direction and Moises was so kind he walked me to the community room and let me in. Not to mention there is a Starbucks at the community !!

I have been staying here for the past year and this building is the epitome of great hospitality management. The staff are really courteous and the building itself is really beautiful. I will be renewing my lease again by the end of the year in this building.

I am enjoying this apartment complex. John and Casey have both been very helpful. Any maintenance complaint Ive had has been handled immediately. Lots of amenities and part of a small shopping center. The trolley is directly next to it if you want to get around with out driving.

Its a good location, close to the trolley which gets you downtown and to east county. There are good food options walking distance which is very nice. The amenities are improving a lot like remodels to the gym, game room, and movie theater. I wish we didnt have to pay extra for things like parking and in general its a little overpriced.

I have recently visited a friend who lives in this apartment complex and it’s amazing. The apartment is very spacious inside, especially each bedroom. There’s also a balcony, which I walked out on and felt the breeze. The complex is close to everything. Jamba Juice is right across the parking lot, walking there and back to the apartment takes a couple of minutes. Both Fashion Valley and Mission Valley malls are very close, only taking about 5 minutes driving there. The beaches are also really close. Overall, it’s a really great complex and is placed in the perfect spot of San Diego.

Super disappointed. After 17 days of holding my money & “my future home”, I was advised that the unit I was “holding” was no longer available. In fact, it was never a renovated unit and was not scheduled for even being considered for upgrades. Casey, the manager puts off all the work on a brand new intern. No one answers the phone & the call center makes promises for call backs that NEVER happen. I went by on a Saturday afternoon 12:43pm and it was dark and closed. This place is gonna be managed right into the ground.

This place is great! Love the quiet location, gym and pool. I can be studying and take a break at their very own Jamba Juice. Everyone is nice here.

MOISES ALVAREZ took his time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By him being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. I could see myself actually living in a community such as this. It has exactly what I want and that is whatever I need, in walking distance.

Great apartment complex! I love living here, the amenities are great. Moises and Casey in the office are extremely helpful. All maintenance requests are fixed immediately.
