I had a vehicle in their facility. I called them and a woman named Wendy answered. She was the most disrespectful woman Ive ever spoken to. She was rude and very loud with me. She wanted to get off the phone as soon as she possibly could. She gave me false information about my vehicle and did not inform me that it was in transit to another facility. I called her to make the appointment and thats when I found it was not on their lot. She denied ever talking to me, giving me any information and she is the absolute most disrespectful woman. Do not speak with this woman unless absolute last effort. She hates her job from the tone of her voice and she does not care about customers.

Owner and Mgr. Were very nice but office girls think that everyone that enters are criminals or bad people. 👎

Man, where do I start.... First, the woman that answered (Wendy, maybe probably wasnt her real name) was extremely rude. Hung up on me 5 times intentionally. She answered rude and I called her out on it. Once I asked to speak with a manager, she said hell just tell you the same thing Im telling you. And hung up on me again. I called and asked again for the manager and she started acting nicer.Never have I had someone has unprofessional has this woman. She was differently a KAREN. I believe in karma. So I know it will come back to her. I will also be filling a complaint through their corporate.So to some it all up.. this place sucks.I have to admit that there was one nice girl who watched us gather our belongings and was very helpful with all the information she help us gather about the KAREN.

Do NOT use this vehicle. This is the car they use to steal cars with.

Thru no fault of my own I lost my van with 10 payments left. While the lady was nice enough the guys that snagged it were totally uncool. They could have knocked on my door and Id have given then the keys. It would have also saved me a needless trip to get the handful of personal things that were in it..on that note Id have also given them the spare, jack, and tiretool

Rude service over the phone. Businesses get busy, but just because a customer calls inquiring why they werent notified about their appointment being late is not the customers fault. The lady did not follow through nor did she even answer the phone to where I could understand her. She even hung up, WITHOUT apologizing for 1) not calling and 2) not having a driver sent out on time. A little common courtesy goes a long way.However, the driver that came was so nice and personable, that I came back to edit my review. Great service from him!

This is the worst towing company in San Antonio! If I could give them 100 negative stars I would. If they have your vehicle they will do everything in their power to hold on to your vehicle as long as possible so they can rack up more storage fees. They lied and said our paperwork was ready and it wasnt screw this place

They were really nice considering what happened to me..

Was quoted $250 for my car with no title over the phone from SA Towing and Recovery in IL and when they came to pick it up the driver said my car wasnt a total car due to no title and the tires were balled and offered $100. I advised him that I was quoted $250. without a title and with me answering all the questions asked regarding my car. The driver then advised that I would had never been quoted $250. without a title. So after a few more low ball offers I then knew that they never intended to pay me the $250. and that the quote was just part of the game. A sort of bait and switch. Please make sure you verify that once you receive a quote that would there be anything that would cause that quote to change once the driver arrives.

The entire people are 1st class and courteous... respectable and reliable as well make sure your vehicle and property are safe n secure.

Very nice staff my car wouldnt start and it was there for a while so the frint desk helped... super friendly professional people who regardless of towing your car they still treat you fairly...

My husband car was repossessed by the company .We got it back and one of the employees or The Company itself decided to put sugar in his gas tank messing up the vehicle as rebtribution towards the repo..If this is what you call being a professional towing and recovering business.You need to evaluate what line of business you have and the drama that comes with your line of work as a repossession company.You seeked to get revenge and damage the vehicle on your retaliation .This will be posted on Facebook Twitter and Instagram.We will be talking to Kens 5 Wants to Know . Educate yourself people of this place of business theydeal dirty and ruthless . Dont give a damn about customer service or nothing for that fact..I did post pictures of the sugar in the tank ..

Watch out. They ask you to sign recovery paperwork before even looking at your car. Same thing with belongings you dont know whats still in vehicle the conditionof the vehicle. Also when I called I was never told they stop at noon. Although when I called it was almost 10am and was told if I can give them another hour or so.
