At the recommendation of my realtor I called and used these folks. At first they were great however, my last couple of appointments were not great at all. The tech did not spray around my property a quoted. The last visit was the same, the tech was gone in 5 minutes, checked my cctv to see he only sprayed 20 on the front of my property. I did however rcv a full payment charge for the visit. Called the office to ask about this and all the lady kept telling me is the service is $45, not $40... so she obviously has no clue what shes doing. Now they are coming back next MONTH to re spray since Zach did not do it this month and Ill bet they try to charge me again for a half _ss job. My recommendation is find someone else or baby sit your tech when he/she arrives on site.

Just moved to Kingman and my new house had SO MANY pests- scorpions, wasps, spiders, roaches, ants, you name it! Tried another pest company, who came out 3 times, and I still stepped on a scorpion in my kitchen the next morning... that was when I knew I had to try someone else. I had called the other company back and they offered me a VERY expensive service called scorpion lockout...I finally called Blue Moon Pest Control and I felt like these people knew a lot more about what they were doing. The person on the phone told me that it was illegal not to disclose what chemicals were being used on the property and that there really is no such thing as a scorpion lockout. So that saved me thousands of dollars.The Blue Moon technician was great- he got in every nook and cranny even without me telling him. I was already burned from the other company not spraying in the irrigation boxes (where I found many scorpions and spiders) so I was very weary of this service. I then realized that he knew what he was doing and where to look. The last company said that they couldnt spray the bushes and gave me some BS about needing an agricultural license. But I have WASP NESTS in these bushes. For the love of God, help me. Blue Moon was responsive when I called them back to treat the bushes and gave me no issues about getting it done. Since they have been out, I have found many dead critters and I know that these guys did a great job. Technicians are friendly and wear shoe covers when treating your house. They also leave an invoice/document stating what chemical was used around your home, something that was not done with the prior company (Patriot Environmental).

Disaster. Squirrel reported in house by neighbor as we were away. Blue Moon came and guessed squirrel was no longer there, did not set a trap. Squirrel ran loose for two weeks. NLT $20,000.00 worth of damage as squirrel ate carpet, destroyed blinds, and finally got teeth into water line to refrigerator and flooded the house. I called Blue Moon and two techs were sent to house. They assured me, after listening with their squirrel attuned ears, that the squirrel was gone. Again, Blue Moon left without setting trap. That night, I found Mr, Squirrel and dispatched him/her/it. Total clowns.

Dont waste your money on their service. Came to my house and sprayed about 3-4gal of water around my house, sprayed some poison around my front door and window. Didnt treat the other 11 windows around my house, didnt spray out the easements or 10ft out from the house.

First time using this company since moving to Kingman, the technician was professional, kind and informative about the species here. The product they use to spry for bugs works great, saw a few dead within a day or so after the spray and have not seen any in my house until about 6 weeks in, having them out again.Prices are reasonable for subsequent sprays, friend phone staff

First they were late, then right after they called to say they were running late, they called back and jacked the price up 10.00 because we live 6 miles outside of Kingman. I had already told them where we live when I made the appointment. I guess the kid wanted some pocket cash. I called and left message requesting a return call to discuss this matter and nothing. They wouldnt answer the phone to speak with us. Talk about professionals. They are a joke. Cant be trusted.

Blue Moon has resonable prices and I get the same person spraying my home everytime, he is friendly and knows the product and will take the time to explain what is in the product, how it works, and if it will harm small children. Buyer bewear! Record everything they say and do. Both over the phone and in person and ask for a copy of the report before they leave. I can not stress this enough.

Rates to high try to sell u sprays u dont need

I dont personally know the owners nor have I ever used them for my pest control service, so I cant comment on their business or business aspects but I do have something to say about the owner or owners wife, whoever messaged me..... My ex wrote a review on their business under my name, it wasnt harsh or bad at all. It was a REVIEW, like this section is meant for...... Well, they searched my name in Facebook and sent me a personal message slamming me and putting me down and trying to harrassing me for no reason. VERY unprofessional and very non-business like. You cant please everyone when you own a business, and you cant write people messages like you did because someone left a review you didnt agree with!!

After being told it would take 7 months to a year to get it down as a secretary, they fired me after 1 month saying I dont have scheduling down yet. They talk horribly about thier employees.
