Hello I had my 2018 Honda Odyssey towed back to my house because of a flat rear tire, I didnt have a spare tire. When I had talked to the Dispatcher I had requested a flatbed tow truck. When the tow truck showed up it was a standard tow truck. I told the tow truck operator that I had requested a flatbed tow truck, and he said that it would be ok and fine that hes towed vehicles like mine all the time. I ask if he could put the tow dollies on the front or switch the front and back tire so it wouldnt be towed from the rear. His response was that anything he did extra that I would have to pay for it.. After the towed truck driver left, I decided to get back in my van and see if the dashboard was showing anything. Sure enough it was light up like a Christmas tree. There was 13 fault code on the instrument cluster. Said to myself now I have to take it back to the Honda Dealership to see what wrong.

He was very nice and quick with the towing. Just took a bit longer than expected to get to my car but that was understandable since they were short on workers apparently and dealing with the aftermath of a crazy storm the night before

Hi there, who ever has a tan truck with the License LXM1606, the driver who dropped off your truck to the discount tires off of DeZavala and i10 did not care. He was arguing with one of the staff that he was just here to drop it off but the discount tire employee was trying to instruct him where to properly drop it off, the driver from mission continued to insist that it wasn’t his problem. He put no thought or care for your vehicle and that’s a shame. You would think after trusting these individuals to help you transport your car with two flat tires, that they would take better care of it. Lost a potential customer.

Great experience! I needed my car towed to a local repair shop. Mission picked up my car around 11pm and brought it directly to the repair shop. They even texted me a picture showing that they had placed my key in the dropbox. Making sure my car was safe was a concern of mine and they went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and at ease. They were actually the most professional towers I’ve ever had. It didn’t matter how late it was, they were kind and provided great service without making me feel like this was an inconvenience like other tow shops have made me feel. My truck broke down while I was towing my 5th wheel camper. Heidi was amazing at getting me the best price and scheduling someone to get me off the busy I-10 highway. Roland showed up, very cool and professional, and picked up my whole rig and got me off the highway safely and quickly. I wish him and his children good fortune in the future. Bobby came by in the morning on time and professional and got my truck to the repair shop. I wish the best for him and his family also. The tow truck driver, Joshua, was very courteous, understanding & took great care of my car. He realized that my car was kind of low & took appropriate action & care. The previous tow company last year did not. They damaged my entire underbelly coverings & sheared off bolts. It got expensive for them for the damage they did to my car for not paying attention to little details. Mission is awesome with just this one experience. If I have an option the next time that I will need a tow, I will request Mission Wrecker. Thank you for taking care of my car.

Driver very professional and courteous… just had to wait over 3 hrs but apparently that’s just how it is.

Requested towing from my insurance app around 6:45 pm . When the service was requested it said would arrive in one hour. Personally thought it was a long time but what can you do when you need the service. Is 8 pm and the company says the driver is late and is going to take another 30 min. The 30 minutes pass and the driver is not there. I contact the dispatcher and she said she just requested the driver and it would be there in 15 min. 15 min pass and the driver contact me and said he just got the request sent and he will be there in 20 min. He did not arrive in 20 min. It took him about 35 minutes. By the time he arrives it was already about 9:30. I end up getting home about 10:30 at night. I going to assume that dispatch is the one to blame for such a long wait. Besides the super long wait and the driver was very polite and talkative.

My towing was scheduled through Geico and I got a ride from my driver Ernest to my cars shop. He was one of the nicest most genuine people I think that Ive ever met, professionally and personally the man did an amazing job. If he is a reflection of the company as a whole then I would recommend them above any other towing service in San Antonio.

They came to change my tire from one vehicle to another. They didnt have two jacks with them, they didnt even have ONE jack or jack stands with them. Also, they couldnt even bother to make sure there was air in the tire. It turns out there was only 20 lbs of air in it. This is extremely unprofessional and could have had a bad ending if I hadnt checked it myself before leaving. Looks like u was more responsible than those guys.

Fabulous service! The driver had a challenge getting our auto out of a carport and down a hill with a curved driveway. He had to use some ingenuity but was able to devise a way. Our driver, Chris, went over and above to get our non-starting auto to the dealer for repair. Bravo Mission!

Logan was awesome! He was able to get my vehicle with a dead battery in neutral and carefully get it out of my driveway with no damage to the car or driveway. He took his time and did an excellent job! We have a steep incline driveway and other tow companies have damaged my driveway and almost damaged my car. He had good thinking and was very successful in getting my car safely on his truck.

Did a great job. Had them load a salvage truck onto a step deck trailer. Had it done in under an hour, were there on time and charged me what they quoted me.

I have a Tesla’s that needed to be towed to the service center. Joseph and Kyle came to pick up my vehicle, they were great guys, both were friendly, knowledgeable about towing with a Tesla and did a great job getting the car loaded without issue. It’s stinks that I had to have my car towed, but it was a great experience otherwise.

This company gave an estimate of 90 minutes for arrival. Two hours in to the wait I decided to call and was informed there would be an additional 45 minutes until arrival. I waited another hour and called back for a status update. I was then informed it would be another hour to an hour and a half if everything goes smoothly. In all I waited 3 hours stranded befor I had to call for further assistance and have another service assigned. One of the worst experiences I have had hands down with any business. They lied to book the gig knowing there was no way they could accommodate. Please do not use these people.

We were stranded on I-10 East and the San Antonio Police Officer Rodríguez phone this wrecker service and they came out within 20 minutes. Felipe Castillo was the wrecker service driver and he went beyond his call of duty and helped us find the spare tire on this Chrysler Town & Country and helped us put it on the car! Our Van was in a real bad spot after we pulled off the hwy with a damaged rim and shredded tire after we hit a sinkhole on I-10 East. Felipe Castillo is a blessing to his company! We are grateful for his help!

It was worth the wait!!!Logan helped me by even finding the problem to my minor repair. Most tow truckers won’t care enough to ask you to pop the hood but the problem was very obvious right on top near my water pump it was a busted water pipe. Logan gave me peace of mind as too what was wrong. My mechanic will be fixing the repair. It took a while to get to me but Logan called me that he was on the way I was never in any danger so all I had was time. The tow truck drivers Chris and John were extremely professional very technical and was very safe and considerate. I drive a special vehicle and they took great care to preserve it I cant thank them enough. I would use them for any kind of towing service. I liked the fact that they showed up on time and I scheduled a pickup time two days in advance and they did a right by me which is something that seems to not happen very much these days. The technician was amazing! I was on the side of 410 with no shoulder and terrified another car would hit mine while I was stranded. Mission Towing was there within 20 minutes, he changed my tire in 3 minutes flat, even with locking lug nuts! Then he followed me to a gas station and put air in my spare because it was low. We had to wait about 2hours at the zoo parking lot, but once Lou got there, he was courteous and very helpful. He changed the tire quickly. I had my grandkids with me and he surely saved the day!

After being stranded on 410 for 6 hours because Shield Towing who promised me they would be there within the hour of my car breaking down failed to show up we called Mission and they were there within 30 minutes were 100 dollars cheaper and a lot more professional and courteous! Spend almost 2 days looking for my vehicle after an accident because they refused to tow because of fees which GEICO pays for. Driver did not communicate that with anyone until almost 2 days later. I would absolutely not recommend.

Had serpentine brake on the way back from Austin at 1:00 in the morning hauling equipment called four other tow companies and they either didnt answer, took to long, or too expensive.
